The staff showed up right on time, and were very kind and professional. The cleaning only took about 90 minutes (we’re in a 1-bed apartment), and the Benefact made our apartment smell great! Also, communicating with Karen via Angies List was fantastic. They did a great job removing the dust and mold from our vents!

Excellent, the team was great to work with. They were here all day as we have a huge 7K square foot home. The amount of stuff pulled from our air ducts was shocking. We had never done this in the 20 years that we have lived in our home. They found some mold in our air ducts and treated it with "Benefect" an EPA-approved product (we read the materials on the EPA website first before giving the ok to use the product).Our HVAC company recommended we do a full house air duct cleaning with Quality Air Solutions before the HVAC company installed two brand new HVAC systems for our house. Things smell better and my husband's allergies are now greatly improved. I kinda thought air duct cleaning was a gimmick if you now what I mean, not any longer. Won't wait 20 years to do this again. Quality air solution responded to my quote in a few days, and the quote was the most affordable provided. Still, they did great worked. Clean all my vents, two hvac units, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me informed the whole time. They even took lots of pictures along the way, to show me, and explained the kind of care I should take. I highly recommend them.

Technician stopped by and did a fantastic job of arriving on time and getting the job done quickly. He was thorough in checking that the dryer was working after doing the necessary cleaning. Although I wish the price were lower, I would recommend this company on basis of results along with the Technician whose name was Juan.

We’ve used Quality Air Solutions for several years (dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning). The recent job was for dryer vent cleaning. They have consistently done a good job.

Professional, polite, and effective.

We have lived in our home for 30 years. We began to smell a musty odor in the upstairs north facing bedrooms. After mold testing revealed two mold allergens, it was recommended that we start with conservative treatment and get a dehumidifier and have our air ducts cleaned and disinfected. The mold inspection company that was recommended was Quality Air Solutions. The person I spoke with was very courteous and gave us a reasonable estimate. We were scheduled within the next week. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained the process. The time was about two hours from start to finish. The cost $600 duct cleaning and disinfecting spray in the airducts to kill mold.

Quality Air Solutions, LLC is top notch. My request was taken by Karen who was very personable and professional. She called to remind me of my appointment and kept me informed about the technicians. Technicians Joe and William were excellent! They were informative, engaging and professional and left my laundry room clean after finishing the job.

I was a little worried that quality air mostly focused on cleaning rather than installing vents, but they turned out to be expert at the latter. Of six contractors we spoke to they had the most thoughtful solution to our complex installation challenge in a DC row-house. The work involved working above our ceiling in the “crawl” space between first and second floors and drilling a hole in our brick external wall. Anthony and his team were extremely skilled and resourceful and based on all the research I’ve done on vent installations they did a great job. In addition we could easily have paid more than twice as much based on quotes from other contractors. All around a great experience.

After he left, I came up with yet another design solution. He allowed as how he, too, had thought of it but did not propose it because he thought it might detract from the appearance of the space. Well, he came early (7:00 AM). I admire his work ethic... totally professional with a real commitment to doing the job correctly. Excellent clean up, too. There's just something very satisfying about working with people who are committed to excellent performance!

I really can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Quality Air Solutions from booking their services to meeting their professional cleaners. Prior to hiring Quality Air Solutions, I heavily researched what duct cleaning entails, including average pricing and which scams to look out for--especially mold. So when Sonny and Ramon came over for the duct cleaning, I directly asked him about mold and it was clear by their response that it would be unlikely, that they were not out to nickel and dime me. However, they did find mold and even showed it to me as proof. They treated it right away and were able to keep their services at fair price. What really impressed me though was how both professionals worked so efficiently and quickly that they completed the work in 2 hours without leaving a trace of dust. Now my house smells refreshed and even my allergies have tremendously improved! I would definitely recommend this company and have already recommended them to my friends! I look forward to continuing working with them. If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would. EXCELLENT!

Mike cleared the vent and even patched a part that was torn, and now our clothes dry like they did when the machine was new. He was friendly and professional, and I would hire this company again without question.

Superb services!!!!!! Joe and William were professional, courteous, respectful and informative. Upon entry they respected my home by taking off their shoes. Joe explained everything to me prior to the service and updated me through the entire process. The placed drop cloth throughout each area ensuring my carpet remained clean. The hesitation I had about this type of service has been removed. Thanks Joe and William, I DEFINITELY recommend these gentlemen $1,000% !!!

Anthony came the day after we called. He went through the house and gave us a very complete estimate. The house is over 80 years old and we had never had our ducts cleaned. We scheduled him to come back the next week. It took around 6 hours for two men to clean the ducts. Anthony showed us both before and after pictures. The heating in our house is much better since this was done which I found interesting and didn't expect. Some ducts were completed clogged! He also recommended other things we should do like change the furnace filters (which we had done in the fall but because the ducts were so dirty the furnace filters were dirty). I would strongly recommend this company.
