Sonny performed the services in a very efficient and informative way. He explained what would happen and showed me the different steps. All air vents were handled with care and apart from a disposable filter all was intact when he left. Immense improvement to air quality.

After having not so good experiences in the past with air duct companies, I looked through the reviews to find a good company. Quality Air Solutions was not the cheapest, but clearly with air duct cleaning, the cheaper companies are risky. This company was great to work with, applied an Angies list discount, showed up on time, did a great job and was professional and courteous. They also gave us good tips for keeping the dryer working properly in between vent cleanings. I would highly recommend Quality Air Solutions.

The air ducts in my townhouse had not been cleaned in the 7 years I've lived here, and probably a good 5 to 10 years before I bought the house. The Quality Air Solutions service representative, Brandon, did an excellent job with little inconvenience to the family, and the estimated price was spot on. In addition, Brandon, cleaned my dryer and replaced a fire hazardous hose with a metal one, which not only improved drying time, but the possibility of a fire had I left the other hose intact. All in all, it was a great experience, which included a discount, and I will certainly use this company again and refer them to my friends.

The service technicians arrived on time, were polite and professional, did all the agreed upon work. The lead technician went out of his way to show the before and after results and to explain the issues. He even identified a problem with a UV light in the furnace which I much appreciated. The only qualm I have was with the cloths dryer duct cleaning and his subsequent statement that the that duct work needed to be replaced. He stated (and offered to show me) that the external vent for the dryer vent was clogged with lint and needed to be cleaned at a cost of $159 to avoid a fire hazzard. After performing that service, he stated the the dry cleaner duct work was clearly not correctly installed, pointing to peeling paint in the laundry room as proof. He recommended two duct replacement options and gave estimates for the one I recommended. I put off a decision because of other, related work I needed to have done first. What bothered me was how the external vent could be clogged with lint if the duct work was broken. I asked him about this apparent contradiction but got no answer. So I'm left wondering did I pay $159 to clean dryer ducts that weren't working or was I being sold a service I didn't need. There might have been and plausible explanation but I didn't get one.

Two servicemen came to the house and spent almost 4 hours meticuoulsy cleaning out the ductwork for our forced air system. They were polite, personable, and very professional. Tony carefuly explained what he was doing and let me see for myself each step of the way. He made numerous reommendations on how to keep the ducts clean. I would hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

I chose Quality Air Solutions because they had good reviews and I didn't want to worry about having a low-cost provider do shoddy work. Based on cost I would consider them a 'premium' service provider, but my interaction with the service technician did not live up to my expectations. First of all, he arrived a little late making me cut it close with getting to work on time. Then one of the first questions he asked while I was showing him around was whether I also wanted the sanitization option. He said he's cut me a deal and knock $25 off the regular price of $250. That's quite the upsell! Funny how they never even mentioned this additional service option to me over the phone when I got a quote and scheduled service. I had made the mistake of assuming it was included. Not a huge deal, but I don't really appreciate that this felt a little like bait and switch. I called the main office to ask whether this was standard and if I really needed this and she graciously suggested it wasn't really necessary except in extreme situations. The service tech on site hadn't told me this. Then he proceeded to try to scare my wife into cleaning my 10" long dryer vent (and inside dryer?) for $169 after I was at work. Bottom line, I thought I ordered a premium service. To me, that means they come on site and do exactly what you asked for--even a bit extra, with a smile. Trying to up-sell additional services--unless I initiate the conversation--is not acceptable. I have to give them a bit of credit, though, in that after all the quotes we asked them to sanitize the inside of one of the ducts in a bathroom--and he did this for no additional charge. I can't vouch for the quality of the cleaning--I can't see inside the ducts, but he did show my wife all the dust he extracted and it seemed like a reasonable amount.

Service technicians arrived on time in scheduled window, thoroughly explained what they were going to do and went about their work in a very professional manner. I had the ducts cleaned the year before by another company, but his service was far superior in the amount of dust, debris, etc. They cleaned out. They did especially good job on the dryer vent. A little higher price, wise, but worth it for better air quality.

Brandon and his team were very efficient, professional, honest, and friendly.The senior discount was applied without our even asking for it. I highlyrecommend this company.

Tony and Sonny were efficient and professional. They arrived on time and called just ahead of time to notify me that they'd be there soon. They were available to answer questions and in doing so demonstrated their expertise. They advised me as to the dryer vent of my laundry dryer. There was minimal dust fallout and they cleaned up after the job was done. The only issue was that they did not come with equipment (camera) to take photo's of the duct interiors as I had expected. However I provided them with my digital camera and they took the necessary photo's and a video so I could see the extent of the dust that had accumulated over time. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did, and felt comfortable with Tony and Sonny in my home.

Quality Air was able to fit us in the day of after we discovered an old dryer in our basement rental unit was shorting out the dryer and causing a potential fire hazard. Upon calling their office, Nicole (I believe that was her name or Denise) called me back within 10 minutes to let us know they could accommodate us that afternoon. Tony and Sunny arrived a few minutes after their scheduled window, which we did not care about since they were able to fit us in. Tony and Sonny were incredibly professional and very nice. They worked very efficiently and kept our rental unit very clean. They determined the vent had not been cleaned in approximately 20 years and created a lot of waste outside which was also cleaned up very well. We will use Quality Air again for future dryer vent cleaning.

They arrived on time, two very polite and professional gentlemen. They asked me which vents were to be cleaned and I had already marked where all the vents were. I gave them a house tour and they started working. They explained to me what they were doing and also showed me the amount of dirt they were taking from the vents. I was amazed to see what came out. Altogether I was satisfied with the work they did although a bit pricy.

Professional, timely, and worked around the logistic of our toddler's nap. Helped to have the housekeeper there behind them to clean. Servicemen are dedicated to their job and did nice work. The house actually smelled cleaner/fresher. Attached a bird guard on the dryer vent @ n/c. Yes, I would recommend this company. Don't beleive the "Val-Pak" coupons, you need a company that wont rip you off. Quality Air Solutions is a good provider.

Very professional on time, great manners. Explained what they were doing step by step. Asked us questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left our job.

He wason time and the job was very well done and thorough. He explained to me each step of the way what was being done. I had never had my ducts cleaned since owning the house for 26 years, and there was a ton of dust and dirt. He cleaned it all carefully and left no trace when leaving. I will use them again.

It was easy to schedule the appointment . The workers did a very good job and arrived on time. The were very efficient and even cleaned up afterwards.

The service by Quality Air Solutions was excellent. We have a 70-year old house and the ducts had evidently never been cleaned. Brandon came within an hour of when he was scheduled (having called to say he would be a little late) and gave a thorough explanation of what he planned to do. As he began cleaning, he discovered how dirty and clogged they were. He spent 6 hours on a job that should have taken no more than 3. Throughout all of this frustration, he was polite, patient, and careful not the damage the walls, registers, etc. He charged only the original estimate despite the extra time he had to spend. I highly recommend this company (and also recommend getting your ducts cleaned more often than once every 70 years!)

Everything went very well. The guys thoroughly explained everything they were doing and were very professional. They also were extremely thorough in inspecting our ventilation system and even went so far as to fix several problems they found such as poorly connected vents or holes in vents. Overall great experience!
