They cleaned very thoroughly and explained about the situation. Difference is between Steamer and Quality Air Solutions.

Cleaned all supply and return ducts for air conditioning system and checked blower and evaporator coils. It was somewhat difficult because it required working in an unfinished attic. This ws much more thorough then that done by another company I ha used years ago. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. Did a much more thorough job of cleaning air vents and the dryer vent. The person in the Youtube videos actually came to do the work, which was really nice and he was very good at explaining what was happening and how long it would take.

My technician Tony was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. He explained everything thoroughly, and even gave us some tips for routine maintenance.

The company representative was thorough. He showed some ducts before and after the service. He explained some existing issues. I am very pleased.

They are very professional and got the job done quickly. They cleaned basically everything, the workmanship is top notch and they even setup my washer and dryer for me.(I just moved in, so everything were just laying around unplugged). Technician was very thorough in performance of work. Cleaned up after work. Left contcat information in case of need to follow up.

We were caught with a broken down 22 year old furnace in need of replacement. Our heating contractor provided an option in the bid process for a duct cleaning. Figuring that a cleaning would be a good idea to have done prior to the new installation we decided to have it done. I spoke with my heating contractor at 8:30 and Quality Air Solutions was at our home just after 11:00. Although we didn't choose the particular company we couldn't be happier with the service. The technician did a thorough job and was very clean. We took before and after photos and I was shocked at the difference. The duct work looks brand new inside. While doing the work the technician noticed that our dryer ventilation was not efficient and as it turns out damaged with only a layer of pack dryer lint holding in the flow of air. He replaced it with a steel vent that not only looks much better but has improved the efficiency of our dryer as well. We have been in the house for 6 years and the ducts have not been cleaned in that time, after this experience I will be sure to schedule another cleaning in less than a few years. Total bill $500. I did not rate the $ because I did not do any comparison shopping, but it was worth every dime for the peace of mind and fresh air.

Went well. Tony is awesome. Thorough, very professional nice young man.

Bad service. Would not return and put in a new vent. Did not take responsibility for the damage they caused to my dryer. Said would give payment back instead of fixing job and doing it right. Now Silver Spring Appliance Service, who is good and ethical , is going to fix the damage to my dryer.

The young man who came to our home, Sonny, was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and effective. I very much appreciated that he thoroughly explained everything he planned to do. Then he did what he said he would do. Afterward he showed me all that had been cleaned from my system - I was very glad that the dirt, and dust were gone! He laid tarps down to cover my floors before he carried/dragged equipment over them - a plus! After he was finished cleaning the ducts, he cleaned up fairly well. The only thing I found afterward were a couple of the small metal circles that he cut from the duct work (which he used for access holes for his tools and later completely plugged). Over all I was very impressed and happy.

Company did a house duct cleaning and cleaning of the dryer vent. Tech turned up on time, very diligent and professional. House duct cleaning for $350 seemed fair. $169 for dryer vent cleaning seems really steep esp since he was already there. But overall very happy with results

The service person was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. He explained the work before he did it. He recommended that we not clean some ducts on the recently installed attic unit because he checked them and they were clean. He spent a total of about 6 hours, consistent with the estimate. The price also matched the estimate. He provide helpful recommendations about what to do in the future when we replace our 20 year old furnace. He put down protective covers on the floors and cleaned everything up afterwards. I highly recommend this company. Note: I had previously obtained an estimate from another company that was for several thousand dollars for the same work. And they tried to sell us additional services that turned out to be unnecessary.

It didn't go. We were told when we made the appointment that our estimator would visit us between noon and 2 pm, and that the estimator would call us 30 minutes beforehand to let us know he'd be on his way. At 1:30 pm on the day we were expecting him, we called Quality Air Solutions' front office to see what was happening as we'd not yet heard from him and the 2 pm window was fast approaching. The receptionist/scheduler said she'd phone him and call us back. At 2:30 pm when we still hadn't heard anything, I phoned the office again, and the receptionist (who, to be fair, was very pleasant and apologetic) explained that she hadn't been able to reach the estimator yet. As my husband had taken most of the day off work to be at home for this visit, I said we had until 3 pm and then we'd be going with another company. We then got a call 15 minutes later to say that the estimator was tied up and could we reschedule for between 4 and 6 pm or tomorrow morning. Short answer? No. Perhaps they have scheduling issues due to their popularity, or today's snow. However, there's not really a good excuse for the lack of communication between 1:30 and 2:45. The estimator should have proactively called to let us know what was happening. As a result, my husband was inconvenienced, missed valuable work time and our timeframe for getting our air ducts cleaned is now delayed. On this basis, I cannot recommend Quality Air Solutions.

Anthony did a very professional job, was courteous and informative. He showed me the dust that had been removed and all told was here about 4 hours, working all the time. Our dryer vent was really clogged so we are grateful that he recommended that. We had had our heating ducts cleaned about two years ago by a different company and did not notice any improvement in the amount of dust in the house after that cleaning. With this cleaning there has been improvement so we are satisfied. When we need to have this done again we will have the same company do it.

When Brandon arrived, he was timely and professional. He went to our furnace, and opened it up to look at the return line and the blower fan, and informed us that there is no need to clean the duct work at this time -- it is clean! He showed me the areas of inspection and explained what I was looking at and what it would look like it there was cleaning needed. I was completely prepared for them to give me a sales pitch. Instead, he was forthright in explaining why we didn't need to do anything right now. I appreciated his honesty, and will definitely ask them back in the future if I have any concern about the condition of my duct work.

They did a really good job. One man came out with a big machine and washed the ducts and put water through the air ducts. I've only had one other experience with duct cleaning and the machine they used then was extremely noisy and it took them half of the day. It didn't seem to do anything for the home. I would reccommend

I was hugely impressed by Quality Air Solutions (QAS). Other companies gave us an estimate on duct cleaning without seeing our system. QAS rightly insisted on seeing the system before they could quote an accurate price, and their examination of the system was extremely thorough. They did a great job making recommendations (like an appropriate HEPA filter for our bedroom) and conducting the cleaning, thoroughly removing some fungus they found in one location. The only negative part of my experience was that in spite of it being the same tech who gave me the estimate and then showed up to conduct the cleaning, he was surprised when he came back that we don't have parking attached to our home (he mistakenly thought we had alley access). So, if you live in an urban area and don't have parking, you'll need to reserve street parking in front of your home so they have access to their central vacuum located on their truck. In spite of this minor problem, which was luckily resolved by a neighbor moving her car, I was very impressed by the detail-oriented nature of the QAS employees and their professionalism. I will use QAS for dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning in the future.
