Quality Air was a high quality service. They were thorough and knowledgeable. They went around first and had me show them all the vents. They did each one. They were courteous and polite and they cleaned up after. They did what they said. I would recommend and use again. The only thing I didn't like was that one of the guys was really emphasizing how awful my vents were and how I'd been breathing in all this unhealthy stuff and it wasn't a helpful approach for my peace of mind.

I do not know all the terminology. They were on time, worked hard and in a highly professional manner. The brilliant results were obvious. They were very nice and friendly. Thank them a million! ''A'' means the beat!

Sonny did an excellent job explaining the process and answer my questions. He was very thorough, pulled an amazing amount of material out of the ducts. (They may never have been cleaned in this 1957 home!) Job took about three hours; cleanup was fast and thorough. Highly recommend the company and Sonny.

The project went extremely well. Before beginning the work, the technicians conducted a complete walkthrough with me, and explained everything that needed to be done. This included the need to make a cut out in the main ducts in the furnace for access by their vacuum cleaning system. The holes were later neatly capped and plugged when the work was completed. They were careful to cover much of my furniture with lightweight plastic in order to keep the pieces dust free during the cleaning effort. While doing the job, they discovered some loose ducting pipes which they repaired and sealed. Before and after pictures were taken of several points in the duct system and reviewed with me after completion of the job. The job required 3 hours to complete. The work was done extremely professionally. The technicians were clearly highly qualified and were very personable. I was extremely pleased with the performance of the technical team, and will use this firm in the future. Before leaving, the main technician provided guidance to me concerning how frequently I should consider having future work performed. He stressed the importance of addressing the vent system of the dryer every one to two years. I am highly satisfied with the quality and price of the work performed, and intend to use this firm again when needed.

Before I go into what Quality Air Solutions did; let me describe my previous experience with getting my ducts cleaned to illustrate the difference between the two experiences: The first time I had this done was with another company. A truck with a big vacuum bag was parked outside on the driveway, and the duct openings were covered with a piece of computer paper taped to the duct at the top of the grill. A hose from the truck was attached to the main duct coming out of the furnace, and the vacuum in the truck outside turned on. Supposedly, this was going to suck the dirt out of all the ducts into the bag in the truck. The whole procedure took about two hours. All this did was stir up some of the dirt in the ducts, but there was no performance improvement in air circulation, whatsoever. Frankly, it was a ripoff. Quality Air Solutions came in and blew out each individual duct with a pressurized hose, starting with the top floor, and working down to the basement. Then, when the gunk was all blown into the main furnace ducts in the basement, it was all vacuumed out by accessing the main duct in several places along its length until the furnace was reached, and then this was also vacuumed out. They The process took a full four hours to complete. I can see a big difference in how the air circulates in the house. I am completely satisfied with the cleaning, and would recommend this company highly. They did have to make small holes in the main duct, but these were all capped with rubber seals. (the previous company cut a big hole in the ducts next to the furnace, and just taped up the hole. This was constantly coming loose and falling off).

Sonny arrived within a half hour of the time I had specified. He walked through the condo with me before bringing in any equipment and assessed how he would approach the job. He was thorough and at the end of the job, showed me all of the dust and debris that was removed from the air ventilation system. He accommodated my need to do a certain room first so that I could move my two birds into that room to shelter them from the noise from the equipment (which was tolerable for me but uncomfortable for them). He assured me that he had found no mold in the vents, so no special mold treatment was necessary. He recommended air duct cleaning service again in another 3 to 5 years to prevent a similar buildup. A dryer vent cleaning was done in conjunction with the air duct cleaning. Sonny clearly explained some issues he found during the dryer vent cleaning, primarily stemming from paper left in the dryer vent tube during our new dryer installation and told me that the dryer should function much better now. He recommended dryer vent cleaning service again in 2 to 4 years. Sonny was courteous and professional throughout. I would definitely do business with this company again!

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the work/professionalism of the staff at Quality Air! I bought a house that needed extensive work due to existing mold. A very big part of the project was looking at every possible area that would need repair or cleaning to remove the mold. I'm lucky to be working with an excellent contractor to take care of the primary remediation. Based on his recommendation, I gave Quality Air Solutions a call. This is my first time contracting companies to work with mold and its aftermath but I've worked with many contractors on home projects. You begin to expect certain levels of performance from contractors no matter the work. Quality Air Solutions earned all A's from me. A little background: The rec room was completely overrun with mold which needed a total tear down and rebuild of walls etc. From what has been determined, there was a massive water leak from the kitchen, the hot water heater was leaking in the rec room, the heat was off throughout the winter of 2014/2015 and there was a sump pump failure. To say mold was an issue is an understatement. After the mold was removed through the tear down work, we were ready to turn on the heat but couldn't until the ducts and HVAC systems were cleaned. I felt like I was on a cycle of what to do next and each item couldn't begin until something was complete. My contractor suggested that I call Quality Air Solutions for the HVAC cleaning. So I contacted Quality and they scheduled me in quickly because we couldn't turn the heat on until the ducts etc. were cleaned! They came and were absolutely professional and their expertise showed from the moment they walked into the house. I was walked around the house and the cleaning process was described and all questions were answered. I was even told about the need for cleaning bathroom fans that I hadn't thought a thing about. When I was shown what was hiding in the fans I was floored. Having to have so much duct work cleaning and then the cleaning of the systems themselves was a cost concern to say the least. But they were so fair with me I was completely relaxed in saying yes to the work. And I'm glad I did. They were excellent in the work, moving throughout the house and even into the attic for the second system. This was a milestone for getting the house ready to move in. If you need this service, you will be glad you called Quality Air Solutions!

Professional, thorough, informative. I already can see an improvement in the air quality after we had our ducts cleaned. I used them to clean my parents ducts and now our home. I would recommend them and will use them again

Agent toured basement and rooms with owners to determine duct placements and explain process. Agent then used forced air and vacuum to clean ducts. Discovery of fungus in ducts reported and owners authorized fungicide application.

The company arrived on time and introduced themselves. They also explained to me how they would be cleaning my dryer duct. While cleaning, they identified many holes in my hose, and replaced it for no additional charge.

Overall it was easy to set up and he arrived on time. The work was done quickly and he picked up after himself except he left his dust mask behind. The lint screen had a hole in it after I inspected the work performed which I confronted him about. He admitted that it was his fault and he would let the office know about it. I called the office to let them know about the mask and the lint screen which they said they would cover the cost of the replacement to keep their customers happy. I received a thank you note for using their services, but no refund check for the lint screen as of this writing.

I felt like it went well. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do. They noticed a lot of white dust in the system and asked if we had recently had some renovations done, because of the drywall dust he found, we did just have some stuff done. I at least know he was getting stuff out. :) They said it would take 2 hours, ended taking about 3.5 hours, there was not extra charge for the time. They were professional, did the job and cleaned up after themselves.

The individual was on time and did a very thorough job. He also gave us tips to avoid any problems in the future.

It turns out that I need to do a completely different project and do not need this deal. The company was pleasant to deal with.

Tery and Mike arrived shortly after calling me. They explained what they were going to do and showed me the build up of dust and lint. They finished in the estimated time. They were very informative.

The work was performed by a very professional and knowledgeable persons. All went well except for a few small glitches at the main office with scheduling enough people for the job. Very impressed by the results. The approximate cost of the service is very approximate - I don't remember the actual cost since the work was conducted about 6 months ago.

This company was first class start to finish. All my considerable questions were patiently answered on the phone. I received a reminder for my appointment and also contractors, Joe and Tony, advised when they were on their way and arrived promptly. Both were immediately pleasant, professional, and proceeded with the job in an orderly manner. Again, my many question in ragard to unforeseen problems were patiently and professionally answered. Yes, i would recommend and use them again.

The tech showed up on time and got set up right away. We own a large dog and we usually have to put him in his crate during the time that any work is being completed to our house. So when the tech heard our dog barking, he said that we could let our dog out while he worked and even played with him. The tech explained every step of the cleaning up procedure and the mold removal. Once the job was complete the tech walked me through the house and showed me all the work and clean up he did. Overall the process was quick and easy, while the company was extremely friendly and professional.

The technician arrived a little late, but once he started he worked hard all day. He showed me why additional work was needed. All work was done in a timely manner, clean up was complete.

I will give them a five star rating. They were the best. They were wonderful, polite, on time, they did a wonderful job, they stayed with their price that they offered, it was clean and we were very impressed with them.
