From the beginning to the end of the project Power Home Remodeling was a great company to work with. Before the installation, they doublechecked their measurements to ensure that the correct materials were delivered. They also kept us up to date on installation dates and when there was a delay, notified us promptly. The teams installing the windows and gutters were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. After the installation, Power Home Remodeling checked in with us to ensure that we were satisfied with the final installation. We are very happy with the quality of the products as well as the installation process.

I was blown away with the professionalism and work they did. I was kept in the loop on every step. Power Home Remodeling sent various people out to be sure I was informed about what to expect, when to expect the work done and finally whether I was happy with the work. Lastly, they did tell me about other services they offer without the hard sell to do them.

We had a wonderful experience all around with Power. All the crews came on their scheduled dates and times. From start to finish everyone was very professional, polite, diligent, knowledgeable, and neat and precise in their work. All the teamwork on this large (to us!) project was simply amazing. I have no idea what this type of work entails but I do know a "well-oiled machine" when I see one. Our roof, trim, gutters, attic, and siding look stunning and my husband and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. These Power Folks have not only changed our home, they have truly changed our lives. People always want to know the price: it's neither the most expensive nor the cheapest, but worth absolutely EVERY PENNY to us! It went very smoothly. I have no complaints. I really am enjoying my new Bay window.

From the 1st meeting with the 1st PHR's representative, I was sold. I was so impressed with everyone's kindness and professionalism, making me feel very secure. Our coordinator showed us a few videos of the process. Every question we had, he answered without hesitation and he provided samples as proof. We signed that day and within one week, we had a beautiful new roof with an even more wonderful guarantee. The crew arrived on time, they were all courteous, kind and clean. The entire project took one day. I was contacted by several people during the course of the day and after, in person and by phone, to make sure everything was going well, then after the crew manager walked me around the house to make sure I was happy. The perimeter of my house looked as though the guys vacuumed my lawn it was so clean, better than before they start. We are both so happy with our new roof and our entire experience, we will definitely use PHR for our next project... siding.

Scheduling was easy, the follow up for confirmation is where the trouble occurred. Was told that the estimate could not be scheduled unless both me and my spouse were both present. When I explained that not only is it only my name on the deed, but I paid the mortgage entirely by myself and my spouse did not wish to be there, I was told that they could not do the estimate because "company policy" requires both spouses. This to me reeks of a high pressure sales tactic. They know that in general one spouse may be more prone to making quick decisions or that a "divide an conquer" strategy is best employed. This company lost out on a chance to gain my business.

The team arrived promptly at 8am as discussed. The team was very professional and polite. They were even considerate of our cat. Alex came by to review the work being completed and informed us again that they stand behind their work. It was an overall pleasant experience and would use them again for any outside home projects.

I, initially, had several windows and a door replaced. The installation team did a great job installing the windows and door. I also had Power replace my roof. The roofing team did a great job with that installation as well.

One of my worst Customer Relations experiences, ever. It would appear as though Power Home Remodeling outsourced their Customer Relations Management to a telemarketer. Upon searching for roofing companies on Angie's List, I was immediately contacted by this company, which not only wanted to set up an appointment but started asking aggressively about my credit and how I would be paying for the job. They did not keep 2 appointments. When I asked simple questions about the job that they for some reason could not or would not answer, they hung up on me. Twice - no kidding. Never talked to the same person more than once. Unbelievably bad experience - would not touch this company again for anything.

They did a great job, from sales to install.

These are the best windows money can buy, and outstanding service! The estimate was the final price, the follow-up measurements were quick and on time, and the installers arrived when expected, and were absolutely superb. They were fast, safe, professional, and very neat and clean, too. The best thing is the warranty. We had a small problem with one window after install, and it’s already been addressed. Then, when a crew was here to install gutters, they cracked one of the windows. No problem - that’s covered by the warranty! While the price is a little higher than your average installer, the product is top shelf, the service can’t be beat, and you will have complete peace of mind with their warranty. It’s worth every penny!

Power Home Remodeling was very personable and reasonable in their consultation. Options were presented, and while they will advise you on recommended projects, they are very reasonable in what is a need vs what is a project for down the road. If you don't want to pursue a project, they won't push you out of your comfort zone. Our fascia was rotting, even letting in critters into the attic. This fascia needed replaced, as did the gutters as they had to come off for the repair (and they were old and falling off, too). Unfortunately, it was missed in the project review that the crown molding under the fascia would need to be removed to make room for the new fascia and gutters. Power Home Remodeling was very understanding that this was a surprise, and as they don't like to surprise their customers, they capped the newly exposed wood free of charge. Their work was very professional and payment is not expected until after the job is done. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and will certainly reach out to Power Home Remodeling if and when more work is required as we periodically update our home away from rotting wood to modern siding.

Everything was covered under warranty, so there were no charges involved. Servicemen arrived right on time, looked everything over to make sure of what they needed to do, and fixed things to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent! They got them all installed in one day. The did a fantastic job in sealing the windows on the inside and the outside against water damage. The windows are excellent quality. The windows AND the sealing work have a lifetime warranty. The workmen were professional and left the house as clean as when they arrived. They come when they say they are going to come. They ensure that you are satisfied with the work before they leave. I would definitely recommend them.

Product is excellent, installation excellent. However, they replaced the old metal window frames with wood frames and I have 2 issues: I told the sales rep I wanted 6" sills as in the old frames, they put in 2" sills, so I have ~20 plants to find new real estate for; the frames are primed but not painted, so now I have another major project to do. This was not explained to me, I presumed they came factory-painted. Better communication with the client is needed.

Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof.

Was the best contracting experience I have every had. They even swept my porch which was not dirty lol. They measured everything and built to speck wit 0 installation problems. I think the installers actually insulated my walls better also!

They came to the house and they wanted to included gutter. But that what I wanted. They price was too high.

Great, we are going to order more as soon as the Virus moves on.
