it went amazing! From the initial sales process through the install and clean up. Overall I was very happy with my experience.

Door works great. Installers were quick and clean. They didn't talk much just came in did what they needed and left.

Power continues to impress us and be a great company when their second visit. We had them replace the roof on our garage three years ago and everything went so smooth. When the neighbor down the street got the roof gutters and insulation replaced, power came up the street and knocked on our door and offered another free estimate. We had been thinking about the roof for a long time so now is the perfect time to get the rest done. This install was even better and they really protected my house. They kept the job site very clean and we're finished very quickly. Everyone is so pleasant to talk to and can answer all my questions. We actually just signed on again to have our gutters replaced in a few weeks. This winter will be so much easier than in years past.

The siding installers were respectful of our landscaping and did a good job of clean-up. There was almost no interaction with the siding crew. The window installers were professional in their handling of the work and with their interactions with us as homeowners. They did an excellent job of protecting our interior, cleaning-up their mess and managing homeowner stress during installation. I have two concerns. First, both installations went beyond sundown. This means we were not able to inspect the work before they asked us to sign-off on the job. The company allowed us to inspect the work and sign-off on the following day. The other concern is with the installation. We have had several problems from minor to what I consider major items. Two windows had problems closing after they were opened (security guard had to be removed for the window to close). Resolution to one of these windows is still pending. The problem was due to the type and amount of spray foam installation applied to the window frame. The window, stool and some of the insulation were removed and reinstalled. This fixed the problem of the window being wracked by the over application of foam. We believe the other window is having the same problem. The minor problems were a tiny hole in the screen (the screen was replaced quickly) and difficulty opening and closing the casement windows (fixed by adjusting the installation screws). Up until the problem with the last window, they were responsive to our concerns about the siding and windows. However, I think their pre-installation, installation and post installation programs still need improvement. The final challenge was that (apparently from pre-install photos) there was a crack in the brick between two top floor windows on the side of the house. This was not called to our attention prior to installation and the installation made the crack much worst. We (separately) hired and paid for a mason to repoint the brick. Seeing this the day after installation, created an unnecessary amount of stress. However, the repair was not as expensive as we feared. It would have been much better to have called the situation to our attention prior to installation. This company used the same high-pressure sales techniques used industry-wide. Their pricing started higher than their competitors. (We interviewed 5 companies prior to purchase.)

All representatives and workers paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, kept the house clean, removed old windows and cleaned up. Quality of work was excellent and the windows were of high quality. This particular job was in a 120 year old house so it was difficult, but they knew how to handle it.

For starters, we would not have done any work if it wasn't for how professional the field marketer who knocked on our door was. Usually I turned away everyone who knocks at my door. However, when I came to the door I was greeted with a very well-dressed professional looking gentleman. He spoke very well and was very friendly. Because of his first impression was so strong, that's the only reason we took the offer for a free estimate. From then on, everything we did with power was very pleasant. When Dan came over to inspect our roof, he was very informative and really sold us on not just the roof but updating the attic insulation and replacing the gutters as well. The total overhaul on our roof and attic means will never have to worry about anything in need of using a ladder ever again. After talking with our neighbors, we realize that we got a great price for the amount of work we did. Two of my neighbors gotten noticeably inferior roof is installed recently as well and paid almost as much as we did for the entire system we got. Overall, we would say we couldn't be more happy using power.

Power turned out to be a great company. We had been in the house for 22 years and never had a problem with our roof. When someone knocked on our door, we didn't even think we needed the roof but knew it was getting to be time to start looking. When a representative, Tim Christian, came to our house, he really inspected our roof and educated us on why we needed to do a roof sooner than we thought. It is obvious from the time they knocked on our door that they were a professional company who cared. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly. Overall, a great company we would use again and refer to our friends and neighbors.

overall, my experience with power couldn't have gone any better. I'm a little skeptical when companies come and knock at my door but I knew we had an issue with our roof or gutters. We decided to entertain a free estimate. Brian, our sales person, did a very thorough inspection of our roof. He explained to us attic insulation and how the issue with the roof might actually be a gutter issue. Upon further inspection, we decided to replace the gutters to see if it fixes the problem. With the leaves about ready to fall, this will put the gutters to the test. If all goes well, we look forward to doing the roof with power in the future.

We replaced our attic insulation with power home remodeling her. Our sales person Tommy was helpful in explaining to us the benefits of doing the insulation instead of the windows. We found the windows to be great, but very expensive. The attic insulation was a great alternative because we have never replace the attic insulation. We did it just before winter time because that's when we hope to see the most benefit. We hope to see our energy bills go down.

Everything went very smooth. From the moment Power knocked on my door, I had a good gut feeling about them. Once I sat through the presentation, that feeling got even stronger. Power is an amazing company and I am very happy I chose them to replace my roof and gutters. I would highly recommend Power

this was a very good experience with Power. Everything was explained very well. Everyone was very professional. They were punctual and we definitely feel we got what we paid for. Great value in the services provided. We would definitely return to Power if we needed more work and would also recommend Power to our friends.

We entertained a roof estimate from Power in February. It was a very detailed presentation, and educational, but expensive and we were not ready to sign that day. Over the upcoming months we did our research and power happen to call us back to see if they could come out for another estimate. The roof hadn't gotten much worse but it still didn't look great and power was able to significantly reduce the price the second time out. Everybody was very professional and easy to work with. When it came time to install, before they even remove the roof I was notified that there would be a full read deck as well. My wife and I were not too pleased and wanted to cancel the whole project. Power was very great in working with us to reduce most of the cost and we ended up replacing the entire roof and all the wood. There was a lot of rain during the install and the workers were great about protecting the roof and making it watertight even though they couldn't finish that day. Overall power has been a great company to work with and work with us very well to make us happy.

originally We only needed 2 Windows replaced. They were broken for about 1 year. Power knocked on our door and we set and estimate. Originally, we were only going to replace the 2 Windows. Our rep, Kevin, showed us some other Windows that had even worse problems that we didn't even know about. After the presentation, we decided to replace 6 Windows and all the gutters and downspouts. The installs went very fast and were very clean. The installers themselves were polite, as well as everyone else we dealt with. We are very happy in our decision to choose Power.

Excellent. Only took a few hours in the morning to replaced 6 Windows and a door. Workers covered the floors so nothing got destroyed. After working in the room they cleaned up all the mess so the homeowner doesn't have to. Company came out on the weekend with no extra cost.

All work was started on time, our house was somewhat complicated but the guys were very good about adapting to all of it. Excellent materials. Sales presentation was long, but the details were worth it. The presentations included samples of all the materials and explanations of their quality, which just takes time. I appreciated just how trained and specialized all the people in the company were. The job was very efficiently managed, took an extra or two because of the complexity of our roof line. We have been very impressed with the people checking on the progress of the job as well.

3 day job. crew began work around 8:00 am to around 6:00 pm. Demolition of old siding, and installed new siding. Work was swift and efficient, a great attention to detail. Crew leader answered all our questions. Very courteous. Stacked up material and left area clean and neat. Finished job in 3 days as scheduled. Crew walked the property for nails and other material that may have fallen to the ground. Brought a roll of dumpster for the waste. The roll off dumpster was picked up the next morning after the work was complete.

They installed a new front door to my home. Everything went well; they were prompt, professional and considerate of my home. The installers were very neat and cleaned all debris. I was so impressed they are go to install a new back sliding door. Both doors are greatly needed and economical. They also installed 12 new windows a few years ago.

The project is in progress, and at this point it is going very well. I like the new windows and the goal of fixing damaged sills is achieved. The staff were informative and polite and kept me generally apprised of the whole process. Additionally, the roof and attic inspection was very informative and will be considered for future work.

power is a good company. They have great customer service and very helpful staff. The window installers were personable, respectful, nice guys who really was respectful of our home and clean. Everyone has been able to keep bus at ease throughout the project. We would definitely refer Power to our family, friends, and neighbors.

The roof looks great. We had a leak for 2 years. We also had some medical issues arise that put off the roof for a while. power showed us they have a great roof and an even better warranty. Now we don't have to worry about the roof while we are worrying about our health

This was a very pleasant experience. I was referred to power from my friend who got doors and gutters replaced. She said the company was overall easy to work with and I should give them a try. I had been having problems with my gutters in the back of the house which caused an issue with my siding as well. Power send Richard out to educate me on the siding and what I should do to replace it. We ended up coming to want to replace a door all of the siding trim and gutters. Everybody has been so great with answering all my questions and arriving on time. They put me at ease during the install by having someone come out to check on the whole procedure. I'm so happy with the way the siding turned out and can't wait to show it off to my neighbors. I am thankful my friend referred me and I definitely would refer my friends to power home remodeling group.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism I received from Power. The process, from sales pitch to installation, and beyond, has been wonderful. All of my questions were answered and I was immediately put at ease. The windows are excellent. I'm very impressed with their quality and workmanship. The installers were quick and treated my home with respect. I got a great deal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Power to my friends and family. I now have peace of mind with regard to my home's windows. That's something I can't put a price on.

High Pressure sales which will take up WAY too much of your time. They'll knock on your door. Ask you to take an estimate and then sign you up for 2-3 hour sales pitch. Then never stop calling you. There sales crew is a bunch of young kids fresh out of their propaganda marketing training. They are shameless, will ask you rude questions, will not stop bothering you, or leave even after you've told them to. And the biggest thing is they'll try to charge you more than 2x any other contractor would. If you truly want the best roof for the $ then just find a contractor on the GAF website under contractors - go with any contractor besides power and you'll save big $$. Power will probably try to argue no one gives a better warranty or better product. Even if they do it's not by much Power uses almost all of GAF's material as do many other contractors. And you can get a similar warranty with other contractors - not that you'll need it if it's a good company anyway. Any contractor besides power will still save you 50% or more. At the end of the day their sales tactics are insultive, rude, and aggressive and their prices are exorbitant with little more to show for it other than your empty bank account and some slick marketing material in your recycling bucket.

the overall experience with Power was an A+ My neighbor replaced their siding. They really were great in helping me get the ball rolling on a job I was putting off. Cassidy was very nice when he approached me at the door. He is the one who got me terested. Donnie then came out and did a full inspection. He also explained to me very well what Power would do to replace the siding. Best part is the lifetime warranty.

Everything went well, the installers arrived on time made their final checks, started working on the job and made good progress very quickly.
