i can't say enough good things about the company and the employees. From the first contact, everything has gone the way it should. The windows are being installed as I write this. The windows look beautiful and without a doubt I will see an improvement in my utility bills. The windows are very well constructed. Today's crew laid protective cloths at the entrance way and under each window to protect the flooring. I was called yesterday informing me the windows would be definitely installed today; this morning I was called providing me a 30 minute window for when the installer would arrive (and their names); another call touching base; and a call letting me know an inspector would be coming and i was asked about a convenient time for him to arrive. If one is just starting to consider new windows (or roofing, gutters, or siding) give Power a call...you won't be disappointed!

Power installed a large bow window and two sliding doors. I researched six different companies before choosing this one. They were not pushy, at all. They where the only company I talked to that actually listened to what I needed. Overall, a great experience.

Power Home Remodeling installed a front door for us. It looks great and really is an improvement to what we had. Power was easy to work with. They really we flexible on the price too.

They scheduled the installation a week after I spoke with the sales rep. Originally they quoted 6-7 weeks so I was pleasantly surprised. I received several calls from the project manager ensuring I understood all the steps in the process. He made hinself available whenever I had questions. They gave me a two hour window to arrive for the install but called before the window closed on that timeframe to notify me the crew would arrive an hour late. They arrived as promised and got right to work. They were clean, professional, courteous, protected my hardwood floors and carpet, and vacuumed when they were done. I received a thorough walkthrough of the work and they consulted me on fine details like how the caulk should be applied against my moulding. The product review during the initial sale was a long process but the rep was exceptionally knowledgeable and prepared. I paid more than I would at a big box store but the quality is better than most. I can already hear the sound difference. The doors also came with a lifetime warranty and are breakproof. Great experience overall. I hired them two more times in 2017 and they replaced two windows in a bedroom and a bay window. The experience was exceptional. They also inspected the house and gave an estimate on new gutters, soffits and fascia. They were able to come back a few days later to complete that project as well. They offer deals to repeat customers and I am very happy with the work completed.

The entire team was extremely professional and easy to work with each step along the way. The installs were unintrusive and clean. Overall we had a very positive experience and will definitely use Power Home Remodeling in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

So far this has gone very well! When they said they were going to be here they were here. They have a check and balance system where people come behind and recheck things to make sure everything is going as it should. Great experience!

It is going very well. The roof is nearing completion and it isn't even lunch time yet. I am very impressed with how hard they are working. The consultant Stephen was excellent and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall I would say I am more than pleased with the experience so far, I would definitely recommend power to anyone in the market for a new roof!

Everyone has been polite and easy to deal with. We needed the windows so that's why I chose to listen to them in the first place. Overall very happy with the experience. The crew showed up on time and have been working hard throughout the day.

Salesmen nice, thorough, presented lots of good information although the sales pitch took a long time. Ultimately we decided the price was not competitive.

It went well we had a minor problem and it was fixed immediately.

I don't often write reviews of services, but I'm so impressed with PHRG that I figured I would share this. I had new windows put on our house about 5-6 years ago. The workers arrived on time, did great work, and got all the windows in the entire house done in less than 8 hours. The windows look great, work great, and they're much more energy efficient than our old circa-1980's original windows. I give them an A on quality. About 4 years after installation, one of the windows they installed - a large window in the living room between two sliding windows - delaminated inside the window. These are 2-pane windows - there are two panes of glass with a space between them (I think the space has some sort of gas inside?). A coating between the panes had something go wrong with it, so the window looked like it was streaked on the inside. Power Home Remodeling has a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their windows. But I figured they'd find some way to charge me for labor, pro-rate me, or somehow find a way to make me pay despite the lifetime warranty. Pretty much everyone does that. And there was a phone call involved, so I ended up procrastinating for quite a while after I noticed the streaks. (At least a year!!!) I'm getting ready to paint the living room, so I figured this would be a good time to have them fix the window. So I sucked in my breath and called their warranty department. I could not have been happier! They got on the phone right away, knew exactly what the problem was from my description, gave me an installation time and date, and that was the end of it. I was so surprised that I asked about the charge, and they said there's no charge with their lifetime warranty. I was blown away! A gentleman just came to the house a little while ago and replaced that entire section of the window. He was right on time, very nice and professional, and replaced the window in about 20 minutes or so, and that was it! The gentleman was telling me that when it comes to warranties, Power will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. I don't think there's any way that I could possibly be happier with Power Home Remodeling!!! They exceeded my expectations, which is a very rare thing these days. Thanks for a great experience!

The work was well done. Power reps were on time for every call and inspection. They completed the roof in one day, and the additional siding work the next day. There was a slight hiccup with me not getting all the information I needed at the time of original measurement about needing to have the gutter system taken down; in return, they offered a credit towards the rest of the work. The roof and siding look great. I've gotten lots of compliments, and I am impressed with the quality,

They did a good job with the roof. It took them one day to install the roof, I felt it would have been better for them to do the work in two days. The quality of the material was good. They had to come back several times to fix a few things, but they always came out quickly to take care of the issue. They all had positive attitudes and no matter what I asked for they had no problems with it and ended up doing more. I didn?t have to fight them on anything. The door they installed is beautiful with all of the bells and whistles. It only took them 4 hours to do all of the work putting in the door and electronic locks. The crew did a really great job.

they refused to come out and do an estimate or discuss it unless I bundled the work with a siding job. I do not need siding replaced! I have never had a contractor refuse to give an estimate unless I bundle jobs and include an expensive job. At least I did not waste more time with them

Everything from start to finish great job the workers were very good and did a great job we will tell as many people as we know about Powers

our roof had looked aweful for years. When Power knocked on the door, it couldn't have been better timing. Working with power has been so easy. Everyone is so helpful and professional. We're happy to say we used power and we would gladly refer them to our friends.

I couldn't of asked for a better home remodeling experience. I was looking to get my gutters and trim replaced and rewrapped before the impending winter. Power was very easy to work with and the work looks great. I'll be getting the roof installed in the next month and I'm looking forward to being done with all my projects before the winter time.

i was referred to Power by my sister. She replaced her siding and Windows a while back and had nag but nice things to say about them. I was in the market for attic insulation when I saw the job sign for power in my sisters front yard and it said they did insulation. Brian McCarthy came out to give me an estimate. We had such a pleasant time. He is such a good person and easy to talk to. He gave me a great presentation and made me feel like my sister pointed me in he right direction. When I committed to doing attic insulation and two Windows, they really showed off. They were very communicative and helpful. The installs were quick and clean. As my sister did for me, I would definitely refer power to work on anyone's house.

Power had their team out to do the job when they said they would. The workers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up my yard after the job was done. From start to finish I could not be happier. I am writing this almost a year after the job was done so I could give a really fair review on how well their work has held up. The materials they use went through a fall, winter and now spring and after a year the materials have held up and look as good as the day the work was done. Very happy so glad we used Power. Am now looking forward to them siding our house

Power Home Remoldeling was superb. They arrived on time and set to work immediately very professional. The head man introduced himself and went to work. Very efficient with no debris left in the yard. Before the install a representative came out to explain exactly what would take place. Right after the installers left an inspector from Power came out and went over what was done and assured us that if we ever found anything wrong all we needed to do was call. The net day we looked around , thought there was something amiss and called. They came out within 4 hours and explained why this certain piece of wood was not covered, turns out it was a piece helping to hold our old siding up and was not covered. We understood and were very happy with their response time and the explanation given. This was the second job Power did for us this summer. Both jobs were handle beautifully with skilled workers on both jobs. We were amazed at how many time supervisors came out before, during and after the jobs were completed.

Excellent service from initial presentation to pre-installation meeting and final installation. The entire process was explained in detail. Company representatives were in contact with me every step of the way. All personnel were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The product materials were of excellent quality and the warranty is great. I highly recommend Power Home Remodelling Group.

The sales process was straight forward and I felt comfortable. The product was great and the salesperson was professional. The installers arrived on time and immediately got to work and put up the scaffolding even though it rained.
