I had problems with my sliding door for years but was in no rush to replace it. I was approached at BJs about a free estimate. The girl was not pushy but suggested I just get some information. I invited apower out for the estimate and was very impressed. The presentation was very informative. I got an estimate on all the windows but opted to do just the door for now. The whole process of working with Power to replace my door was very easy and painless. It has been 2 days since the install and I have already noticed a difference in the outside noise and comfort in the room the door is in. I would definitely recommend Power and will be returning to replace my windows ASAP.

We found everyone we dealt with in the company to be very professional and very responsive from Chris in sales to Steve, the project manager. Their process is very efficient and they communicated well with us. The crew showed up on time each day of the project (our roofing project did extend into a second day). They took care to place tarps to prevent damage to the house and shrubbery and did a great job cleaning up a messy project. The roof looks fabulous and we have great assurances of quality and longevity with their terrific warranty. We would not hesitate to call them again for another project.

Power home remodeling has done a great job on our home. We contracted them to replace our roof and our gutters last month. The entire process has been very smooth sailing, and everyone that we have met with has been tremendous. The sales person did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the products and his knowledge was excellent. They came out to do a second measurement to make sure that everything was correctly estimated, and today the roof is being replaced. The installers are extremely efficient and I anticipate it finishing today. The Installers are doing a great job and the roof looks excellent so far. With the 50 year warranty that power offers I'm sure this is the last roof my home will ever need. I am very impressed with power and I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is our first experience with power, so far we are very impressed. The install is currently on going and the job looks excellent. From the moment we met the marketer at the BJ's Wholesale Club to now we have had A great experience. Seeing that I have a "NO SOLICITORS" sign on my door, I never should have heard of this company. But they ignored the sign and knocked anyway. I foolishly decided to talk with them since I had just busted my skylight on the roof and had been calling for estimates that day. I ended up agreeing to meet with them at 630pm that evening at my house. The sales guys were on time and were polite and professional. But they then proceeded to take 3 hours to explain why they were the best company to go with. I foolishly didn't stop them and ask them to get to the point as I was sure they would be done soon. They gave us some spiffy powerpoint presentation that would never end. We have two small children, yet it didn't even occur to them that they should try to speed things up. In the end, the guy told us the cost would be about $37,000 and we would be foolish to sign with anyone charging less than $20,000. My jaw dropped. Of course they proceeded to offer us a great deal of 30,000k(26k if we sign today). I'm not a fool. I've done my research and all the reading I had done said the cost of the roof should be maybe 8-12k. I politely declined their pressure tactics and thanked them for visiting. A few days later, the company that did my windows/siding came and and quoted me a price of about 10k. I quickly signed the agreement with them. Please be careful with this company. . They are way overpriced and their whole goal is to get you to sign right away without getting other quotes. I'm sure they would have done a fine job, but their sales tactics are shady.

Every step of the process from our initial contact with Power, through the pre-installation inspection, the installation process, clean up and post installation inspection was very professional. The Power representative who provided the original estimate explained why much of the plywood on our original roof may have deteriorated and what Power installers would do differently to insure that this would not happen to the new roof. We learned a lot about roofing during this process. The on-site crew was very responsive to our questions during the three day installation process. Overall customer service was outstanding. Our new roof is beautiful and we are sure it will still be beautiful 50 years from now. We feel we received excellent value for this significant investment in our property.

Our roof was severely neglected by the previous home owners before we bought it, so we knew it was going to be more than just replacing the roof, the wood needed to go too. Everyone from Power has been so informative and helpful through the process. The crew showed up early and have been working hard the entire time. We had both the project manager and quality assurance manager on site to ensure we were happy and things were going correctly. This is how business should be done!

Overall, I can say I am thoroughly impressed with power home remodeling group. The entire process was very smooth, the sales lady was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the products. The installation went well, and everyone took very good care of my property. I was a little bit nervous to spend that kind of money that I am on my home at first, but after seeing the finished results all of my worries are gone. The home looks amazing and the company did an outstanding job. I would recommend power to anyone interested in having their home remodeled.

We chose power after meeting them at our local BJ's wholesale club. The original consultant was fantastic and really helped us choose the proper products for Our home. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on the products and services that they provided. The company has been extremely responsive and has done a great job informing me of all the steps along the way. The installer Chris is doing the windows now and so far everything has gone perfectly. From start until now the entire installation has gone according to plan. We are very happy with our decision and we look forward to using power again in the future.

I contracted power to do my roof. The sales process was fabulous, John the salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful and picking the proper products for my home. The difference between power and other companies I looked at was the warranty. With a 50 year warranty I feel very confident that this is the last roof I will ever have installed on my home. John did an excellent job of explaining the process and making me feel comfortable with the company . From start until now, I feel as if I have been in great hands and everybody is on the same page. Power truly does a great job of taking care of their customers, and I feel as if their installers are very very professional. The job is not finished yet but I'm sure the ending will be just as good as the rest of the process.

This is the second time I have used power home remodeling group. the entire process was great, we originally contracted them in 2015 and have since done two projects. The entire experience has been fantastic, the company is very professional, and has always stood behind their warranty. I have been nothing but satisfied with power and I will definitely do work in the future with them. If you are in the market for home-improvement's I strongly suggest giving power home remodeling group a look.

Replacing this roof was not something we were looking forward to but it needed to be done. The representative they sent over took his time with my wife and I and made sure we understood everything they would be doing in replacing the roof, adding ventilation, and showed the quality of materials. It was expensive but not as much as it would for having some amateur do it the pun have to go back and fix it again. Top notch!

Power arrived on time, on budget, and on schedule. The clean up was extraordinary. We didn't expect the clean up to be done that well. The materials were delivered ahead of schedule and placed in an area where we could retain access to everything. Throughout the process there wasn't a grouch in the bunch! Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, responsive, and respectful. Rachel our sales woman was knowledgable and made us feel comfortable. Anthony our pre install inspector walked us through how our install would go to the T. The crew was very clean cut and were truly impressive craftsmen.

WOW! What an experience. I usually shrug off all companies that knock on the door but on that day I decided to take the free estimate. After meeting with Miguel I felt as if I would give them a shot at the project. The install went absolutely perfect and the job finished within 2 days for Windows/siding/gutters. Overall I am very impressed and would absolutely chose them again in the future.

The installers were really nice guys they were friendly. They finished in a timely manner and did everything that we contracted them to do. Christian was very was very nice and not pushy. We feel very comfortable with Power and would certainly consider then for futur work.

Very satisfied with power. This is the second time I have used power and they continue to impress. I was very happy with the roof in 2012, so I decided to use them again for the Windows. The company is truly amazing. They are very responsive and the consultants are very helpful and finding the products that fit best on my home. Another great experience!

from start to finish, this process has run smoothly. I was approached by a door-to-door representative. We all know how frustrating that can be. In this case, it wasn't bad at all. I explained my lack of time to which the representative was accepting of. I did schedule an estimate at that time. When the estimator came he was very thorough. He sold me on the quality of the glass and the heat test. He was also willing to work with me on the price. Before he left he answered all of my questions and measured the windows. Next a project manager came out to confirm the measurements. Again, he was very professional. As an FYI, the doors and windows are made-to-order. This is why the measurements were so important. Finally, it was installation day! The quality of the product, the attention to detail of the installers, the pride every representative seemed to have for their company, gave me reason to believe I made a good choice in choosing Power HRG. I'm excited to use my sunroom year round and will highly consider Power for future projects.

The installation went great! The crew was excellent. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done perfectly. It was a long day and they never seemed in a rush to finish. They cleaned up so there was no evidence they were there, except of course the beautiful windows. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Power to anyone.

I had to review again since they don't allow replies or edits as far as I can tell. They have the gall to get on here and call me a liar. He clearly states, the estimate was not $28,000, too bad I have proof. If you need further convincing, I posted pics on Yelp WITH the estimate. I'm pretty sure they currently have a class action suit against them for harassing people with daily calls. This sleazy salesman showed us pics of large water spots and ACTUAL holes, yet there are no holes in roof, he literally showed us pictures of someone else's roof!! Disgusting business practices. If you need further evidence of their depraved sales tactics, check out hones review sites such as Yelp. There are even reviews of their actual work...also 1 star. Stay away from these swindlers who prey on the elderly and uninformed.

The job went very well. They arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. I love my new window, and would recommend this company.

The overall summary is that while it seems they offer a good product, they are very highly priced and will take a long time to perform their estimate (2+ hrs in my case), use pressure sales techniques, and will likely lower their initial estimate substantially if you don't contact them back. Make sure you get competing estimates! This company was the 4th out of 4 that I had do an estimate on my roof. I actually had them come in to do a window estimate 3 years ago and had a horrible experience (which you can read about in another review), but my wife scheduled them to come in for a roof estimate and I decided to give them another chance. They scheduled us for either the same or next day. When the salesman got to our house, I first asked him if there would be pressure sales techniques (discount for signing a contract on the spot as opposed to the next day or after) and he said no. While he didn't pressure me, which I appreciated, there was indeed a ~10% discount that was only available for that day. The salesman was very polite and thorough. He was the only one that inspected my attics. Their estimate came in at $32k compared to my other 3 estimates that came in at $10k, $13k, and $10k. While their product seemed good and their process seemed very thorough, there was no way I could justify paying 2.5 times the next highest estimate so I didn't contact them back. Two weeks after not contacting them, I received a call from their scheduler saying that a manager was going to come in and offer me a discounted estimate and asked when I would be available. I told him that I had eliminated them from consideration because their estimate was so much higher and I didn't think they would be able to discount to the point of being competitive and when I told him that my next highest estimate was about $20k cheaper, he didn't even flinch and said that the manager could probably match that. He continued to try to get me to schedule the appointment with the manager but at that point, I was more annoyed that they were saying that they could match my other estimates, yet originally quoted me so much higher. How is it that now they can discount their price by more than half? So originally, they were just trying to gouge me? That just wreaks of dishonesty to me so I was done and told him that I wasn't interested and he finally gave up.
