Excellent experience with Power Home. The salesman was very kind and respectful, wast pushy at all and really took the time to make sure we understood every part of the window installation. We're very happy.

Power has been great so far. The job is going very smoothly, and they are nearing completion. From the original sales appointment to the installers everyone has been extremely professional and courteous. The bow window is looking fantastic and it makes such a difference on the home. The sales person help me pick the best style for my home and options that work for me. Overall I am extremely satisfied with everything that power has done, and I would definitely choose them again in the future. Thanks for a job well done

Another successful job by power. We had power replace 4 windows in 2015. It went as smooth as could be. We also liked how they were willing to do a smaller project. A few weeks ago, our deck umbrella blew over and broke 3 windows. We knew exactly who to call. The window looks great.

Sales Presentation – met rep in street while starting a walk, he came back as requested when I had finished to set up with Todd. Todd showed up on time, and initially discussed siding, but noted a new roof was more urgent. As it had been 20 years, I asked for the details. This conversation took about 3.5 hours, and was cut short when I had to leave for an appointment. I did feel a little pressure to “decide today” and “a deal is a deal, don’t cancel”, but overall felt satisfied with a new roof. I have solar panels on my roof, and he did advise me to talk with my solar company regarding the removal and reinstallation of the panels, which I did. He offered some deals in the pricing which compensated for the additional costs associated with this. Scheduling - Jordan, the scheduler, arrived the very next day to set everything up. He was very flexible, working around the Christmas holidays, and working with me to arrange for the solar panels to be removed. Installation - Supplies arrived with the workers on the date of installation. Work started shortly after 9, and five men worked all day to remove the old roof, install the new roof with a ridge vent. Included in price was replacement of up to 300 sq ft of soft or rotten roof decking. Almost all of this amount was needed and used! A walk around showed no nails left behind. The trim and gutters were completed on the following day, and there were no issues with either. In fact, they finished ahead of schedule! An additional bonus is that there were actually problems with the installation of the solar panels in that not all screws were properly sealed, leading to some of the issues with the roof. When the solar panel crew reinstalled the panels, they moved the conduit for the inverters, resulting in more unsealed holes. The representative from Power Home Remodeling helped with the documentation to get these issues resolved. I will say that they are a little more expensive but definitely worth the money because of the extra assistance required, and I really don't want to have to replace the roof again on my home!

So far the experience has been very good! Everyone from the salesman to the installers and project managers made sure I was taken care of and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the entire project.

The first step was a visit by Power's sales representatives Cooper Sawyer and A.J. Davidson. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. They laid out their product line in a straight forward manner with no high pressure in any way. They insisted that we understood the entire process and left us with the assurance that we were in the hands of a professional organization that was going to handle our transaction with great care. Next came Anthony Mahfood, the Pre-Install Inspector. He too was friendly and professional explaining all aspect of his role and what would needed to be done. Today, the installation led by a gentleman named Jose installed the bay widow with efficiency and great skill. My wife and I love the flooring, carpeting and bay window. It's beautiful and will make our Christmas holiday so much more enjoyable. Topping it off was a visit by Steven Del Rio, Power's Quality Assurance Manager. He arrived while the intallation was underway to ensure that we were satisfied and to assure us that if any problems arise the company would address it immediately. We are so satisfied that we are now undertaking another home project with Power as well.

The whole roof is on, but it's the trim that I'm waiting on. It's a lot of money. It's a lifetime roof, it never has to be replaced. They are responsible if anything should happen to it. It passes on, if you sell the house, the new owner gets the privilege as well. A regular cheap roof runs you about $15,000, so I figured with all the extra stuff, I might as well go for it. Overall experience with them was really good. I think it was overpriced, I thought it was very expensive.

Power replaced my roof, gutters, and attic insulation in 2011. Since then, I haven't thought about them. The leaks in the roof and gutters are gone and my house is much more comfortable all year. I had been thinking of doing windows since I did the roof. Power was so exceptional when they did my roof that having them do the windows was a no brained. Throughout both projects, everyone is so nice, helpful, and pleasant to work with all around. I would trust Power to do anything on my home.

I found power at my local BJ's wholesale club. At first I was just interested in getting an estimate on replacing my roof. After meeting with the salesman he was very good at explaining what exactly was happening with my roofing system. He showed me all the products that power offers and gave me a fair estimate, I did not feel any pressure to buy. The installers for the roof were absolutely amazing, they showed up on one of the colder days so far this year and finish the job in one day. The crew was extremely efficient and professional. They did a great job of taking care of my home, and the cleanup was excellent. The gutters just finished today, and the attic insulation will be installed tomorrow. We did not sign contract. Estimate is good for a year. We will shop around and I am grateful for the professional review we received (2 and a half hours for it). Reduction if ready to sign that day. I told them I don't respond to that approach and they were respectful.

The window install when flawlessly. The installers couldn't have been more clean and respectful of our house. We would recommend power to anyone who needs Windows.

Excellent. All work was performed on schedule (with one day slip due to rain). The crews were all personable and very professional. Management was in contact with us to inform us through the entire project to inform us of progress and what to expect next. The entire project was completed in four and one-half work days.

Power approached us when we were shopping at BJ's wholesale. It was a pretty pleasant interaction and the guy was not pushy about setting up the estimate. We've been thinking about siding for a while so we figured we would start getting some prices. At Donovan came out and gave us a thorough presentation on everything we needed to know about siding. During inspection of the house, he also noticed our door was giving us some troubles. We had noticed this for sometime but it kept putting it off. The siding was out of our budget but the door was a big necessity and something we could handle right now. Leading up to the install, power was great about communicating with us as to when install would happen and when we were coming and going at the house. The day of the install arrived and the installers were very polite and comforting about everything. Our son was very intrigued with what was going on and the installers were nice enough to show him and let him help. The door looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

The first contact was with two young gentlemen who came to our door. They were professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Next was Scott the salesman. He was wonderful! Cannot say enough praises for Scott. Danielle was our customer service rep. She was amazing. Danielle dealt with our home owners association directly and got everything approved. Brad called us before the project actually started to let us know what and when things were happening. He was good also. Now to the actual window and siding people--excellent! Came on time, kept things picked up, and even waved at our toddler as she watched.

They did everything that they promised they would do! Overall very professional and on time, very knowledgeable. The consultant made sure to show us pictures so we knew exactly what was going on with our roof.

Power home remodeling dated outstanding job replacing our windows and back door. How are approached us about a year ago to do the project and even came out to give us a presentation. The windows look fantastic and we wanted to do the project but just weren't ready. A few months went by and power approach this again about doing the project. At this time, due to the end of the year, they were able to highly discounted project to fit into our budget. We're so happy because we love the windows and door so much. When install day, everyone showed up on time and worked quickly It was a cold day out but did not take long for the house to warm up around 2 o'clock once all of the windows were installed. The windows look great and we're happy to get the first big project when I knew him out of the way.

Power is currently replacing all of the windows in our home. The job is going very well and we are very pleased with the company. At first the salesman was a little pushy, but other than that the entire process has been very smooth sailing. We have 16 windows being installed today and the crew is very very good. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the products that power offers and the installation crew that is performing the work.

All of their people especially Scott Benjamin our remodeling consultant was friendly, personable, funny, knowledgeable, and worked with us to make everything fit our budget. We recently had power replace and repair our windows and doors in our home. At first we were weary because of bad experiences in the past. Overall we are very satisfied with the total experience. From our first contact with the gentleman that knocked on our door to the sales person we felt as if they truly cared about our project. The sales person was very professional and understanding of our needs, and helped us pick the best products for us. The installers did an excellent job of installing the windows and doors in one day. They were very efficient and friendly while in our home. The price was a little higher than we anticipated, but the quality definitely makes up for the difference. Thanks for a great experience.

Power is installing our 15 windows in the home. The job is going fantastic so far and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship of the installers. The consultant did an excellent job of explaining the products and materials that they offer. He was very professional, polite and thorough. We had other estimates from different companies in the area, and we felt as if power was the highest quality of all the companies we looked at. The lifetime transferable warranty was the biggest benfit to us that really made us decide that power was the right company for our project. If you are in the market for windows I would highly suggest looking at power home remodeling.
