I saw power in the neighborhood and the gentlemen came to the door and asked if I wanted a free estimate to replace the Windows. Knowing it needed to be done, I decided to hear what they had to say. After meeting with the sales guy, I was very impressed with his knowledge and the products power offered. Other than a little bit of pressure from the sales guy it was a great presentation. The Windows are being installed today and everything is going well. The installation is going exactly as explained and they prepared me well for what to expect. Overall I have been very pleased so far and would recommend power to anyone in the market for replacement windows.

They did two things: they did a bay window and they also did insulation. They did it on two different dates.

Contracted Power to replace 4 of our Windows as a test. They seem to be passing with flying colors. Windows look excellent and the working crew is friendly and professional. They are doing a good job with cleanup and the installation. Very impressed with everything and look forward to using them again down the road.

We're midway through the window install today, I never knew a project like this could be done so fast! You can tell everyone at the company loves their job and it shows in the work. Very happy with it all!!

Power is doing a great job. Everything was accurately described and the workers are doing a good job. The process has been pretty simple and straigh forward. Contact and professionalism was great. Very pleased!

The Windows are going great. The installers are doing a great job. The only thing we were upset about was the length of the visit with the salesman, but he did a really thorough job of explaining the product that power offered. Other than that, everything has gone according to plan. The whole process has been well explained and everything is going according to plan.

This was a dreadful experience, They told me I'd have to see the roofing people. They sent 2 young men who insisted I needed a new roof, They went into my attic and showed me photos.Obviously photos already on their phone. For $14,000, I could get a new roof with a 50 yr. warranty. I told them I was selling my house, but signed under pressure. Their sales pitch lasted about 3 hours I even had another scheduled vendor show up, but they still continued their sales pitch. I checked BBB after and saw there were complaints about this company. Cancelling was another nightmare. A registered letter, a phone call and then someone had to come out for another signature, I would NEVER use this company

it went great from start to completion. We have used this company multiple times and every time they exceed our expectations. This latest project was the roof and our remodeling consultant was Rachel. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with her she was GREAT! We would use them again and would recommend them to ANYONE! We couldn't be happier thank you Power!!

Power was fantastic. They showed up on time, every time - the estimate, the measurement, and the install crew. Everything they said would happen did. They measured twice, and despite the fact that they underestimated the roof area from the estimate, they did not increase the cost. They said they would deliver the supplies the day before, and they did. They said they would complete the job in one day, and they did! They replaced bad sections of wood with the same kind of wood (plywood on the addition, and board on the original house). I have seen a lot of contractors around the area up on roofs, and have never seen them wearing hard hats and harnesses. The team from Power were all suited up for safety. A good clue to whether a contractor is adhering to standards is when they adhere to OSHA standards. The 50 year transferable warranty is another good clue. Are they a little more expensive? Yes. Did they do exactly what they said they would do, and never change the price? Yes. The only thing that you have to put up with is the very long estimate process - we went over the roof with a fine-toothed comb, and the attic! Nevertheless, they are a fantastic company, with a superb group of professional employees. Highly recommended!

Great customer service as always from Power Home remodeling! Service personnel were courteous, punctual and picked up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new sliding door. I had all my windows replaced in 2015 and I love the fact that I don't have any more drafts and that the house is so much quieter. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project.

The window install is being done now and we are very impressed. The exterior already looks so much better and the job isn't even finishe yet. We have needed new Windows for years now, but never got around to really looking into it. When we found Power we figured we would hear what they had to say. After speaking with Ross the consultant we felt like we were in good hands. The process has been very smooth up to this point and we are very excited to see the lower energy bills.

we have lived in the house for two years. My wife has always complained about the condensation on the windows and how she would love to be able to see out of them. After this winter, I decided to replace the four that were the worst. Power was kind enough to do just those four. They made a big difference and my wife would've been happy I got them replaced for her.

PHRG insisted that they meet with both me and my husband, instead of just me. I explained that the best time for them to come would be during a day when I would be working from home but my husband wouldn't. They refused to schedule a time with me unless "both homeowners" were there. They claimed it was because many people get "confused" about all the options there are for windows. I explained that we know what we want design-wise and were comfortable with just me being there. The man I spoke with still refused to schedule an appointment. I let him know that I wouldn't be bullied into scheduling at a time that was less convenient for me and that I was perfectly capable of being there by myself to look at the options and get an estimate. He still wouldn't schedule an appointment, so we left it at that.

We chose power because our friends used them last year. They were extremely pleased with the work and we decided to give them a chance as well. The entire project is going extremely smoothly and is looking fantastic. The windows are almost all in and the crew is doing amazing work. They are extremely hard working and cleaning up after themselves. You can tell they take pride in their work. The salesman Nick was amazing and helped facilitate the project well, he showed us options and pricing so we were well informed when making our decision. We are certainly satisfied with everything we have seen so far!

Wonderful experience, I was very satisfied with the window replacement project power performed. We just signed up to do the siding with Power, I'm sure everything will go great with that too!!

My experience with Power was very seamless and efficient. It was truly a nice experience, to have some one come in and do what they said they would do, and then have another person come in and check it, I'm very happy with the finished result.

Well so far I think it's been a pretty good experience. Everybody has communicated what they were planning on doing and when they would show up. We were kept in the loop with each step of the way.

Overall this experience was a good one, expensive but good nonetheless. Power did my windows about 4-5 years ago and I knew I would b happy using them again. They helped me out with price on the roof, unfortunately we ended up having to change all the plywood which added to the cost but it's great quality and I'll never have to do it again.

The salesman was thorough and knowledgeable. He really took time with us and made sure we understood everything. There was no high pressure salesmanship but there was a significant discount for purchasing the first day. They called to set up an appointment for measuring, and for installation. Before the job was even completed, a supervisor visited to make sure we were happy with the job. The crew cleaned up meticulously and even moved one piece of heavy furniture for us. They were great.

They left nothing to be desired. Excellent job on the roof replacement, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Power. The salesman Ryan Thomas explained perfectly what would happen every step of the way which made me feel so comfortable.

Power Home Remodeling completed a new roof on my house this week (the roof was in terrible condition) and I am delighted with the results! I used Power for our new roof because, I am a returning client who was elated with the results of the work they did previously (two sliding glass doors with the blinds enclosed in the center) and felt comfort in knowing that Power would do a great job. The representatives from Power are always very professional and courteous, from the sales person, project manager, and supervisor to the laborers. They explain, in detail, the services they provide and exactly how it will be done and the timeframe of completion. Their knowledge of the products is outstanding; and they are more than willing to answer any questions regarding the products, job, financing, etc. They are in constant contact throughout the job and are readily available even after the job is complete. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling for your home improvement needs. I forget to mention that Power Company will be returning once again to install installation under the roof. I am a true Power fan.

Our experiennce with Power was a very good one. Everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Anytime we had a question it was always answered with confidence. Install went flawless and was very clean. The installers were also very personable and funny.
