They arrived on time and completed each job as I expected. After one of the jobs, their inspector found work that was not up to his satisfaction and HE (not me) caused it to be removed and repaired. Now, I have a new maintenance free house. All of this work was not cheap but well worth the quality preformed.

The company described everything that they needed to do, what could be expected once old windows were removed, any challenges with the installation of new windows, and the quality of the clean up. A job site coordinator was frequently on site and the company followed up with a quality control specialist.

Power Home Remodeling Group installed a new roof, ventilation for the roof and attic, trim (fascia and soffett) and gutters on our house and it looks incredible. The work in the attic included insulation that is up to code and will save us money on our energy bill. The work they've done to date has been exceptional and really looks great. In addition, all the employees we have dealt with have been outstanding. They are professional, courteous, and friendly and perform their work with expertise. All the employees we came in contact with are a credit to Power Remodeling. Every phase of the job has run smoothly and efficiently. We will definitely use Power Remodeling for any work in the future. In fact, we are so happy with the work they've done so far we've contracted with them to replace our picture window. Our experience with Power Remodeling has definitely been a positive one and we are very pleased with their work and how it changed the way our house looks. If you want quality material and superior workmanship use Power Remodeling.

Excellent! Besides for the price, we could not be happier. The staff was very professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. Our field marketer, Kali, and Tim Smith, our remodeling consultant, were exceptional.

The experience was great from the very beginning. The representatives we worked with from the first knock on the door till the end were professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Clay Newton, remodeling consultant, explained in detail the products and services they provided and detailed what would be done in our home. Great experience and we will use Power in the future.

Dillon Bland provided me with the information to make a knowledgeable decision and I appreciated his help greatly. The installation went smoothly, the team showed up on time and finished early. The cleaned up and the windows look great. Alex Ilie came and evaluated the teams work and asked me if I had any questions and activated my warranty.

I found out about PHR from a representative at BJ's Wholesale Club. Eric came out and explained the process and quality of materials used, and made a preliminary measurement for gutters. Anthony came out to look for issues two weeks later and schedule the install. There was a potential problem with a vent stack but it turned out to be easily overcome. The crew came four days later and installed 105 linear feet of gutter and downspouts. They were in and out in two hours. Everything looks great. If it costs a little more, it's worth it to get the job done right and with no heartache.

From the "cold call" at a local shopping venue to the Quality Assurance visit the same day of installation, this vendor earned my confidence, trust, and respect. I can't imagine not recommending them to friends, coworkers, and family. Well done! I am also looking forward to our next project together!

Everything went well with one exception. We were told by the salesman that our storm doors could be re-installed, but when the project scheduler came to do the initial survey, he informed us that they would not re-install the doors. This was one of the aspects that led us to contract with the company to begin with. Outside of that, the work was done very well. Top quality materials, excellent installation crew, and on time completion of the project. We are thrilled with the doors and the gutters. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

The installers at Power House Remodeling did a great job of installing the windows. However, the window product manufactured by Northeast Building Products Corporation is of very poor quality. The quality control representative agreed that the lot produced on the same day had defects reported by other customers. When a complaint was filed, the representative at Power House told us that the defects were not visible from the outside of the house and therefore, we should not be concerned as the windows met their quality standards. The caulking between the panes appear to resemble chewing gum. We have submitted letters to both parties and have yet to receive a reply or resolution.

The job went absolutely great. Three gentlemen arrived on-time. After their introducing themselves they went right to work. The job started at 8:04am and was completed by 11:07am. They explain as they were going as to what they were doing and clean everything up as it was when they entered. The windows look great. I most say this company "REALLY" stand behind their work..

This is my second time using Power. I first had them do my roof done about 5 years ago it is still holding up despite hail and hurricanes. Today Power did my soffit, facia, and gutters. It was another great experience. Tim Smith was my remodeling consultant and he did a great job. He was very friendly and treated me like family even showed me his engagement ring for his upcoming wedding! CONGRATS TIM. The installers were punctual and true craftsman. The clean up and final product is gorgeous. Thanks again Power!

Power was great from the moment we started working with them. They walked is through everything from the materials to the work. We never felt pressured to buy and in fact, they told us that we shouldn't replace many things we asked about. Shayne Kilgore was great to work with on this whole project. And the crews showed up early everyday - we never had to wait. We would use them again in a minute for a project.

Power team was professional and timely. The door looks really good. Everything went as they explained with no issues. They were also flexible with our work schedules. Will definitely hire again.

Estimator was pleasant, but not inaccurate in measuring and lacked knowledge. We enjoyed our time with Stephen, however he did not measure accurately and was ill informed on how to calculate costs, which in turn led to us being quoted a price of $50,000. We were told our house has 4750 square feet, which we believed to be quite high. I reached out to GAF, the supplier of the product we were quoted about, they in turn pointed me to two other well qualified suppliers in our area. One showed up, one day AFTER Power quoted me $50,000 for a 4750 Square Foot Roof, the new estimator estimator quoted me a 3200 Square foot roof for $14,000. Power's price was 357% above the $14,000. Once I learned how wrong the Power quote had been I decided I needed to tell someone. I did not sense any attempt to deceive me from Stephen, Power's estimator, and I enjoyed talking with him, and learned a few things from the demonstration, but missing the square footage by 1250 square feet, and quoting 3.57 times what another company by the same supplier is either incredibly poor training of this nice young man, or an attempt to upsell me by a massive margin. Hence the "D" grade. The only thing saving them from an "F" was the genuine decentness of Stephen, and the GAF Timberline product which carries a very good warranty.

We contracted with Power for our windows and sliding glass door. We had intitially just been interested in getting our slider replaced but after seeing the quality of windows we decided to get them all done. Nick was our remodeling consultant and his professionalism and knowledge/confidence in the product sold this for us. Our installers (Chong and crew) did a fabulous job! The tarped our whole home, installed efficiently, and left our home spotless. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

The process went well and there was always a representative to discuss what was happening and next steps. Ben Krigel was my remodeling consultant and he walked me through everything.

Terrible sales pitch, lots of scare tactics, poor estimate of roof size, far too many followup calls. Price was totally outrageous. More than twice anyone else, even compared to well reviewed, high quality competitors. I do not recommend at all and it amazes me they get as many sales as they do.

Amazing! I have to say I was very skeptical as I had never heard of this company before and was approached via field marketer. The remodeling consultant, Eric Dahlen, was professional and explained the product thoroughly. At the time of install, the project manager, Jay Johnson, kept us up to date with everything. After the install, Alex Ilie, the quality assurance manager came by to check the jov and make sure we were completely satisfied . The crew was here on time in every aspect of this process and very very professional.

Thank GOD we weren't coerced to getting this work done. Plenty of other reputable roofers available. Incredible experience... topped off with this WHITE PAGES reveal. Very surprised that Angie's List has this place so highly rated. WoW!

The positive: Staff were friendly and presented themselves in a professional manner. The negative: The entire sales process is annoying and very passive aggressive. Although the salesman attempted to use verbiage to suggest there was no pressure to choose Power over other companies, after a 2-hour presentation, we were given the choice to either sign a contract before the salesman left our house and pay $43k -OR- take some additional time and perform due diligence to consider options and make the best choice and pay $60k. This IS a pressure tactic, especially when you add it to the fact that the salesman kept talking about how much better Power's work is over other companies. Overall, we were haggled over price (additional discounts were introduced each time I refused their offer), and the prices quoted were 3 times as expensive as 5 other reputable competitors whose prices were all within $4k of each other. Mind you, these competitors were also highly-rated on Angie's list. I also checked with several of my neighbors with the same model house as mine in my community and was able to confirm that they'd paid significantly less for their roof replacements and encountered no issues. Power used scare tactics (tone of voice and dramatic reactions as they walked through my house inspecting), and overall it was just very passive aggressive and long-winded. Very used car salesman like. I won't recommend this company. Their work may be great, but I couldn't even get that far because of the price and sales experience. Price haggling is very off putting. Since I knew the whole pressure to sign a contract during the sales presentation was a tactic and that I could cancel within 5 days of signing, I went ahead and signed the contract just to lock the "lower" price in while I shopped around. However, upon finding much better prices for very comparable services and products, I canceled my order with Power. As opposed to an easy cancelation process, I was required to schedule yet another appointment to have another Power salesman (this time it was a sales manager) come to my house to "witness me signing the cancelation paperwork." As suspected, this "cancelation appointment" was actually Power's attempt to not lose the sale and lower the price yet again (more haggling). This was another waste of an hour and a half of my day. The sales manager took the opportunity to inspect my roof and attic yet again and echo the previous salesman's sentiments that my roof was in horrible condition and how urgently I needed to get a roof (more scare tactics). Ultimately, I went with another company that didn't give me a long, drawn out sales pitch, was upfront with what was needed, used comparable products to Power, and was candid about the fact that homes in my neighborhood will not sell for a high enough price to justify investing $60k in a roof (which I already knew but was glad to hear the roofer say this). Power operates in true capitalism. They will charge 5 different people 5 different prices for the exact same job based on how much a particular customer is willing to haggle with them on price. That, above everything else I've written, is why I cannot recommend their services. One last thing: During the sales presentation, after informing me of the 5-day cancellation window, the salesman asked me to shake his hand and give him my word that I would not cancel. Although I don't think he was ill-intentioned, that proposition was in extremely poor taste. I did not shake on that.
