This company sends their door to door salesmen to our neighborhood every year. They ignore "no solicitation " signs so we have to tell them to vacate the property and call the sherriffs office when they don't immediately leave. This company clearly has no respect for potential customers so they'll not get my business

Communication is awful. I had two set appointments and no one called or showed up. They tell a great story but the follow through doesn’t exist. The project looks nice, with the exception of leaking skylights. There was defiantly not a clean up person working during project like explained in their way to lengthy presentation. The contracting crew(people doing the work) were good, but project management has no follow up or responsiveness.

We used power home remodeling company to install new siding and windows on our home. There were parts of our siding/window project journey that were good but ultimately I am now here, after giving them multiple opportunities to make it right, to say DO NOT USE POWER for your exterior home projects. Our first interaction was with two wonderful admin ladies who stopped by our home as door-to-door solicitors. I typically hate these folks, but they were lovely and scheduled a sales person to come the following week. The sales person was a really nice person. The sales pitch is awful. If you ask no questions it will still take at least two hours. I begged to just pick my materials and get my quote but they insisted that they MUST do the entire presentation. The process of financing was fine. The installation process was good, the guys were friendly and worked long hours and weekends. I did have two issues, one was our front window which the workers were arguing about being installed incorrectly in Spanish. I speak Spanish, but never tell anyone just in case. So after they left I let my husband know and it was very wrong. He told the guys and they disagreed and the project manager was brought into it. Ultimately is was fixed. They also put siding over our air vent for our downstairs bathroom and never cut or replaced the vent. Which brings me to now. When I pay 50,000 dollars for work, I expect a follow up to discuss the job, go over finishing, and fix any issues. We waited 8 weeks, no one called. I called them and was told there is an entire department whose job it is to follow up. I finally had someone reach out and schedule my follow up. That day no one showed. I called to complain about the no-show-no-call and the gentleman was combative that he called us to say it was raining and he couldn’t come. My husband and I both have iPhones and had no missed calls. Each time they have to schedule someone it’s WEEKS/MONTHS before they can actually come. Then we got a new guy to come look, he checked everything out and said he’d get to work fixing the vent and some minor caulking/finishing stuff we needed fixed. Now this gentleman has been giving me a run around for WEEKS. I have texted him and worked with him via text several times and let him know that eventually I would wind up reaching a breaking point and leaving negative reviews. Here we are, after all this time, all these chances. My bathroom vent is still sealed up with siding. I will NEVER use power again. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to also not waste your money. Once the job is done, that’s it, good luck!

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We apologize for any undue frustration or inconvenience that occurred during your remodeling process. Your time is valuable and it is never our intention to overstay our welcome while delivering an estimate. Our number one goal is to make sure you have all of the information necessary to make the right decision for your home. We aim to be thorough because our customers must have a good understanding of what to plan for and expect during each step of the process, along with an awareness of all the various styles and options we offer. Being on the same page about these items can oftentimes be the difference between a great experience and a poor one and in our 30 years in business, we’ve found our customers value that thoroughness in the long run. Our aim is to install the project perfectly on day one and we regret that some mistakes were made during your installation. That said, when you partner with Power on a project, you are partnering with a company that will stand by the quality of our work long after the installation day. In this instance, we are glad to see that all of your outstanding concerns have since been resolved with follow-up service visits. If you have any additional questions or would like to discuss this further, please give our Customer Care team a call at (888) 736-6335, option 4 at the prompt.

We had this company out several times for several different window and door projects. On the third one, the crew left trash all over our yard, some of it sharp pieces of metal that could have cut my dogs feet. They also broke some items in my house while installing the windows and then tried to hide it. When we confronted the company about it they apologized and then blamed us when we wanted them to pay for some of the damages. We are still waiting on them to fix the door they installed that never worked. It will be 10 months by the time they finally come... If they come. We had several other projects we wanted to get done but it won't be by these guys.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, as we are always looking for ways to improve. We would like to sincerely apologize for the quality of the clean up following your project. This is not representative of the level of the service we aim to offer our customers and your home should never have been left in that condition. We have since performed a service visit on your home to clean up any left over debris from the original installation and have addressed this internally with the installation crew. In regard to the property damage incurred during the install, Power provides guidelines to homeowners on best practices for preparing their home prior to the installation. These guidelines are provided to mitigate the chances that property is damaged during the project. Our project notes indicate that this guidance was not followed which led to some pieces of property being damaged during the install. That said, Power worked with you in good faith and offered compensation for those damages. While we regret any inconvenience or frustration that occurred during your remodeling process, we are glad to see that all outstanding service issues have since been resolved with follow-up service visits. If there is any part of your experience that you would like to address further, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at (888) 736-6335, option 4.

They did a wonderful job. The process was very pleasant from the initial consultation to getting the work done. The price of the entire project was more than reasonable. The warranty on the work and materials is excellent. All of their personnel were very professional. We would hire them again if we had another project that they could do. I would recommend them to anyone with a project coming up.

We used Power to replace our roof 10 years ago and we were so happy with the company, we called them when it became time to replace our siding. They began work in April 2022, and we should have known when they didn’t show up the first day without so much as a phone call to say they were not coming, that the company we were so please with 10 years ago had changed. The workers, who were contractors, even though we were told they do not use contractors, worked the next three days. They complained that the job was “hard” because they had to replace the wood siding and there were a lot of nails, and when we asked them about what we could do to help, including moving storage units, and disconnecting electric boxes, we were told they would handle it. The work was atrocious, the caulking looked as if my 8-year-old did it. The fascia was bumpy, there was exposed wood, they left over 100 nails and trash all over our yard. The electric was reconnected in a way we thought we were being punked. There were cracks in the new soffits and they did not order enough shutters or the right sizes. We requested a different person come out to fix the mistakes, but we were told they give the contractor a second chance to fix it first. When he returned, he still could not complete the job to our satisfaction. We spoke to a different person every time we called, we had numerous “quality” and project managers out to the house, and they all agreed the work was atrocious and not up to the “Power standard.” By the time July came, we finally had a date for a new crew to come to try to fix the mistakes. That crew came on the scheduled day but left after 30 minutes and when I called the office to ask why, they said it was because the materials were not delivered to the house, except they were delivered about 10 minutes after the crew left. The next crew came a week later to work on the “checklist.” This contracted crew did a good job, if we ever need anything else done, I would hire them (not Power) again in an instant. They worked for two days to complete the work that they could do. Unfortunately, we needed more work done after my husband had time to complete the electric work they destroyed the first time. Two days later, the first contractor came to my door and told me Power had not paid him for the work he did and he needed me to sign off on the work for him to get paid. I refused and said the work was not satisfactory and was not completed when he left, so I could not sign anything. When I called the company to tell them what happened, they told me they were “so sorry” and they will call him to tell him “not to do that again.” It was a very jarring experience, and I am still concerned that he may return harass my family. It also speaks to Power, we were very disappointed with that contractors work but to not pay him at all for 4 days of work is just wrong. It is now October 5, 2022 and the crew is here to finally complete the work. We have more supervisors here right now, than we did during all the work that was done over the last 6 months. Hopefully that means it might actually be completed today, but I won’t get my hopes up. When my husband asked them how we can be compensated for all that we have gone through, they told us they would take $400 off the $34,400 project and they claimed that the cost of materials alone inhibits them from adjusting the cost. Even though the wrong materials, sizes, and colors were ordered numerous times from the beginning, which is far from something we can control. When we also reminded the latest project manager of the headaches, the harassment, the extra work my husband had to do to fix the electric that was ruined by the first contractor, we were told that it was out of his hands and the most they could do was $574. Overall, this has been an awful experience and I would tell anyone looking for any home improvements to stay far away from Power Home Remodeling.

The windows are great. We received them about a month early. If you use this company it is very important to watch what they are doing during the installation. In our contract we were to receive 16 pine stools. The installation crew did not know and/or did not receive this information. The company deducted the cost and project continued. The crew chief did not follow up behind his crew. We had to request that they clean debris off of roof and close all of the windows (windows and screens were all at mid point). We were assigned someone from Power via text-he took care of pine stool issue. The morning following our installation I noticed a screen was damaged, I notified Ben he said no problem I will bring one to you on Thursday between 9 and 10. He was a no show. Rescheduled for Monday between 9 and 12. I received a text saying he would be there after a meeting. He was a no show again and never responded to my text. In between these interactions we received a callto set up a meeting with quality control. Set for Monday night between 6 and 7. At 7 I called Power, was told I was left a message saying meeting cancelled. We have not heard anything from Power after being told someone would contact us on Tuesday. Power also installed 10 windows and a door on December 31, 2021. Was great with exception that the crew was missing a screen. We have been waiting for this screen because of supply issues.... On the same Monday I was stood up twice, I was told because of supply issues and service times the earliest they could bring the screen from Dec 31, 2021 is December 30, 2022. Still no word abt damaged screen. We have paid them over $34,000. Time will tell, but I am skeptical that I will ever get my screen or have the other repaired. I will not recommend even though I really like the product.

Well when the sales person came to our home he was explaining how long the company been around and how they make sure you're satisfied with their services before paying anything and if you are not they will right which was lie he told us that certain areas around the home would be replaced with the new trim so when they started the work we asked about the trim around the chimney and the front door and the guy said they can't put the trim around the door and the chimney but the sales guy told us it would be done so that conversation went on about a month because they dragged their ***** in responding back to phone calls and emails and fast forward they finish the trim and siding and the guys who installed the gutters got black paint on the front of our house which you can spot from a quarter mile out and we reached out top them about the paint on the wall because it was a eye sore and it made the house look bad so they said we can just have someone to power wash it and they would reimburse us for the cost which did.t happen and they also said that if we got the trim around the door painted since they told us it would have the trim and didn't they would pay us for the paint job just send them the receipt and we did and that email and phone call exchange took about 2 months and they never paid they sent out a guy name Ben who was so rude and unprofessional the **** he said out of his mouth to my wife if I wasn't at work when he came I would've gotten locked up and to anyone considering using this company read the low reviews on google and see that they all say the same thing and don't believe anything they say and whatever they tell you ask for it in writing before you sign anything and before they start any work or you will be the next person writing a review exposing this company BS.

Overall the installation went well except the "bowing" in the portion of the roof over the garage. We contacted Power on several occasions, but we haven't received a proper response yet. Below is the email we sent to Power. Power did acknowledge receiving the email, but nothing has happen so far. Email: You replaced our roof April 23, 2022 – project number 35-74502. We’re pleased with the replacement except for the portion over the garage…it’s bowing. Below, is our account of the events detailing how we have tried to resolve this issue. March 26, we met with sales team, Chris Pierson and Christy. We were assured that the bowing over the garage would be addressed and corrected since we were getting a brand-new roof, down to the decking/framing. The replacement should resolve this issue unless it’s structural. Brandon, project manager came out March 30 to check the readiness of the installation; to verify the frame could support the new roof. During the appointment, he mentioned that he would be on site the day of install. The roof was replaced on April 23rd. No on-site manager ever came on site, the lead guy of the work crew was not an effective communicator. We engage beyond the one time he asked for an extension cord. I called POWER and left a message with Chris Pierson that same day after the crew left to express my dissatisfaction with the roof over the garage. POWER came out to inspect/QA the project at completion (the roof) on April 25th, I believe his name was Zach. We pointed out the concaved roof on the garage. He stated that portion may be a structural issue and Power could not address that. I asked him how much would it cost to replace it? He thought about it for a minute or so, then stated it could be replaced, but it would be “redo” and he quoted us a price of approx. $8900. He proceeded to say that he could knock it down to about $7800 if we added an additional project to replace the house trim. This is when he mentioned that they have company meetings on Tuesdays in the morning and he was sure this project would be discussed. He acknowledged that POWER’s communication could have been better (better details in the project notes). We waited few days thinking that someone from POWER would reach out and when that didn’t happen, we called Chris Pierson (the POWER sales guy) on April 28th. During this call, Chris scheduled another QA/follow up appointment for May 9th at 10:00am; he said Dylan, a service manager would come out. On May 9th no one showed up. About 10:20am, we called POWER only to find out that we did not have an appointment for that day. We were not the appointment list. We then rescheduled for 10am the next day, not even 10 minutes later POWER called back to inform us that unfortunately they were not going to be able to make it because of some staff meeting. I recall asking “is the meeting all day”. That’s when we were told that the next available date was June 16th; feeling like we had no choice we accepted the June 16th date at 6pm to allow both of us to be present for the meeting. Upset and feeling like we were about to get the runaround, we placed a call to GreenSky (financing team) to inform them of the matter since loan was activated and payments would begin soon. After sharing the situation with the GreenSky rep, she took notes, and we submitted a complaint because again we felt like we were about to get the run around. On June 12th, we had a call with the assigned GreenSky caseworker. He advised that we should continue to try and resolve the matter with POWER. On June 16th around 1:50pm, I received an apologetic call from Terry, apologizing for being late, that his prior appointment ran over, he was out in the sticks and phone reception was not all that great. I mentioned that our appointment wasn’t until 6pm as so my husband could be home. I was told that I must be mistaken because they don’t make appointments after 6pm, his latest appointment would be around 4:00pm. He said that my husband really didn’t need to present, it would be a quick look and since he was in the area. He asked for a summary of the situation; I gave him the run down. He asked if I could send him a few pictures, which I texted him a few of the garage roof. He said he got the jest of it. He apologized and asked what could they do… we said that we would be open to a knocking something off the price or repairing the area. He said let me call my office. He called us back to say that someone from senior management would be calling us to try and resolve this that evening of June 16th, but still haven’t heard from him or POWER.

Everyone that we worked with was great. Very professional and straight forward. Mr Khalil helped us understand the whole process and insured that we were truly prepared to proceed with the purchase and answered all of our questions. Mr Ilie and his crew were very quick and on time. Alex ensured that we were well taken care of and answered all of our questions. Received a roofing quote from this company, in which they stated the entirety of the roofing structure to include all wood would need replacement. They quoted me at around 30k to which of course they "discounted" twice to around 24k. I had another roofing company come out the very next day and do the exact same type of examination as they did, to where they examined the wood in the attic and stated there were a few discolored pieces of wood and some cracks but nothing that warranted a replacement of the entire roofing structure. As the other company was leaving he turned and asked "did someone try to scare you about the wood in the attic?" to which I replied "yes", he simply shook his head and said "you're good", and left. Power HRG is a door-to-door scam company that will take advantage of you in order to get your money. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME. They will use dishonest tactics and scripted marketing pitches to try and sell you products and services you do not need.

Excellent! The supplies arrived the day before the installation and were placed where I wanted them in the driveway. The 5-person team arrived the next morning as scheduled and 8 hours later I had a new roof. The team was very professional and knew what they were doing. The after-install cleanup was very thorough. A quality control person showed up mid-afternoon to check on their progress and my satisfaction with the install up to that point. I was very happy with the entire process from the initial contact to the completion of the work.

Power is worth every penny. From the very beginning to the very end, they were clearly a high-end company. Every person I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. Evan, the sales rep, was SUPER thorough in his evaluation of our roof and helped me understand what we needed to do and why. Karl did our pre-installation inspection, spending hours measuring and inspecting every inch of my roof to make sure the day-of install crew would be prepared with what they needed. And the install went so incredibly smooth. I’m still amazed at how much work they were able to get done in a single day and how perfect the work looked during and after installation. This crew was SO good and I’m so happy with the results of their efforts. Brian, the QA rep, stayed on site most of the install day and walked me through what the crew was doing and why it was important. He also, naturally, pointed out some other work that Power could do to help bring my new home to another level. And I can’t wait to dive back in with Power. They’re not cheap, but the craftsmanship and professionalism make the extra cost worth it. I’ll be hiring them again for my windows and trim and I can’t wait to get started.

First of all, do not believe positive reviews this company has on Angi.com or other sites, or any of the awards they receive from the sites. They pay for positive reviews, which I'll get to shortly. This company engages in sleezy sales tactics and grossly overcharges people. A sales rep will come to your house. Give you an estimate that is way to high and say it's good for a year. He will then give you another number that he says is good just for the day if you sign up right now. Then, he'll knock about 5% off of that price if you promise to write a review. And the price will still be much higher than what you should pay. Oh, and all the while, you'll face bad faith sales tactics like badmouthing the competition or, "our roof is the only way your house won't fall down in 10 years." OH, and if you don't go with them after that appointment, they'll have ANOTHER sales rep call you to set up another appointment, where they might sweeten the deal a bit and still be overpriced and still waste a couple hours of your time when you have to endure their nonsense. No thanks. Not how I want to do business. On the plus side, the only thing earning a star is that both of the guys who I met with who read their scripts were on time, friendly, etc. This review isn't about them. It's about how the company teaches them to sell roofs.

The job was very well done. The workers did an excellent job with replacing our windows and doors. They were even able to accomplish the job in a single day with no problems. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

We needed new, more energy efficient windows. Made it through the loooooong sales presentation but we’re glad we did. Windows were done in one day and completed well. Thankful for the lifetime warranty.
