When the two-man scouting team knocked on my door and told me they found one window with some problem, I was open to their offer. However, some of their answers and explanations raised red flags. In particular, they asked that both husband and wife need to be there for the sales appointment with their person who will discuss details of the project. I flatly said no as I make these decisions - my wife is not interested in such matters. They still insisted that we make an appointment when my wife is most likely home to go through this together. I refused to give them my wife's name. This sounds so much like the universally hated timeshare sales scam!!! One other annoying request from them is that you need to sign an authorization whereby you allow them to auto-dial your number "about the project." What a fraud. If you do not hire them for the project, following the appointment or even without an appointment like in my case, they will auto-dial your number EVERYDAY. Just a terrible scam! Never sign that stupid authorization. I can't understand why any reputable company has to resort to these scam tactics to make a sale. I have blocked their auto-dial call - it comes every morning before 8:30. I will ask them to remove my number from their list, but just like every other scammer, they will probably ignore you. This is by far the worst contractor I have dealt with related to my house maintenance. Avoid them like plague!

The process was fast and smooth. The work looks great and I am satisfied with the job.

Both the door & window jobs were done in a few hours. Any mess they made, they cleaned up and took with them. Very professional and courteous. The sale-to-installation process was very simple & easy from start to finish. The windows are well made and look great. The new sliding glass door functions perfectly and looks fantastic with the built-in blinds. Looking forward to enjoying their energy efficiency as well.

Poorly. Received a quote for 20k+ dollars for a new roof on my house (16k if I did it today) not including a redeck. Be prepared for a very long sales pitch. Easily double the price of other reputable contractors. Don't bother calling these guys.

The sales guy was at our house for 4 hours and quoted us $77,000 for new siding, roof, gutters and trim replacement if we decided to buy that day and a $90,000 quote that would be good for a year. Our house is only 2,016 square feet and the price did not align with any of the four other quotes we had gotten. After having a sales guy at our house for 4 hours and receiving such an outlandish quote, we felt scammed and the entire visit was a total waste of time.

All in all it went very well. However, the separate contractor that was supposed to pre-position the materials days before the scheduled installation didn't do so. This meant that the first day's work started late while the job supervisor had to get the materials himself. Rather than relying on the word of this contractor the project manager should have verified the delivery with us. A major complaint was that the actual sales pitch went on for four hours. While very nice, the sales person kept going on about other repair services in excessive detail. In addition to the benefit of replacing worn gutters and fascia, the covering of the rake boards definitely improved the look of the house and saved me a lot of difficult painting work.

It went great. They were neat, clean, respectful and on time. The work was top notch.

The crew arrived on time. If there was a change on arrival time I received a phone call the day prior. The windows took one day, the roof, gutters, and insulation took two days. Sliding glass door took half a day. My outside was clean.

The team was very professional from the initial sales pitch to the completion of work and final inspection. The roof was completed in one day, as was the other work. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling and would definitely hire them again.

The installers were professional as always. They called ahead, arrived on time, were polite and courteous and did a great job. The door is beautiful, and we are very happy with it.

Working with Power Home Remodeling was terrific. From the moment they knocked on the my door to the final inspection, they were respectful, friendly, and, above all, knowledgeable. We had faced some pretty serious power bills, which convinced us we needed to insulate our uninsulated attic. Power Home was the best. They explained the technology, the process, and checked in with us throughout the experience to ensure we understood clearly everything that could and would happen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for attic work. Definitely ask for Jeff Beaser the Remodeling consultant. He was terrific.

The work was done very efficiently, very quickly, and they left no mess whatsoever. Everyone we worked with was very professional and very personable. The remodeling consultant, Robert Bisson, was very nice, did not pressure us in the least, and we felt we got a good deal. He even gave us multiple quotes because we weren't sure if we were going to replace all our windows at this time. That really helped us decide to go with Power. When the workers arrived, they covered everything, got right to work, and kept us informed when they found some minors issues. The project manager handled the problem quickly and kept the extra price to a minimum. I work at home and they were very accommodating so I didn't need to miss too many hours. I am very pleased with my new windows and would definitely use Power Home Remodeling in the future.

WE HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY UNTIL A YOUNG MAN NAMED OSCAR CAME TO OUR DOOR AND THEN IT BEGAN FROM THE FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH THE SALESMAN AT THE DOOR, TO THE REPRESENTATIVE COMING TO THE HOUSE (HE WAS WITH US FOR 5 HOURS) TO THE LAST GENTLEMAN COMING TO SET UP THE FINAL ARRANGEMENTS TO THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK, I CANNOT DESCRIBE IN WORDS HOW MY HUSBAND AND I FEEL, WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WE WOULD RECOMMEND POWER HOME REMODELING TO ANYONE. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT WORK FROM BEGINNING TO THE END.

Called and explained that my leaky roof needed to be repaired, the rep asked for all of my information (name, address, number). Then he said we don't do repairs. Why get all my information (to sell it) and waste my time?

Excellent! Rachel Peterson was very knowledgeable Remodeling consultant. The Customer Service team was great . Michael Watkins, project manager, was very professional and helpful, install team was great. Alex Ilie, quality assurance, very personal and professional. Very punctual team. Clean up was great. Would refer them to anyone.

The rep came for an estimate; it took a full 2.5 hours, and it was an incredibly hard sell. He did not even bring a ladder to get up on our roof to look at it, we had to let him use ours. He spent a lot of time talking about how great their company is, the charitable donations they give, showing us charts with stats about the industry, etc. He was perfectly nice, but the time spent and the amount of pressure exerted on us to sign a contract on the spot was unacceptable. I feel sorry for people who get pressured into not thinking it through, as they offer a large discount (thousands of dollars), if you sign on the spot. Then when that didn't work, they offered a discount for letting us use photos of our house for their promotion. That sort of sales pressure just irritates me. We went with another company who was much more straightforward - they showed up, did an estimate that took about a half hour, emailed us the details, and were very professional. I don't like rewarding companies that try to strong-arm people into going with them. (and their estimate was super-expensive - which I have no idea whether it was worth it, as we didn't go with them, but way more than we have budgeted for a roof).

We had severe rain today and despite that the Power employees still completed our picture window replacement. They were efficient and cleaned up all debris. Our window looks great and we're looking forward to sunshine so we can test the reflexive features. We had previous extensive roofing work done by Power. We would definitely use Power for future work.

I couldn't be more pleased. I had an attic fan that had died. They told me they could add suspended attic insulation in the rafters that would repel heat out and I wouldn't even need an attic fan. At first I was skeptical, but now I couldn't be happier. The attic is great and they did a good job with the roof as well.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. The salesmen were very courteous and pleasant to work with. Bob Lupton in particular made the sales pitch fun. The installers were on time, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. Steven Del Rio, the QA manager arrived near the end of the job and made sure my wife and I were very happy with both the work and the product. He explained the warranty, which is lifetime and transferrable. He pointed out other projects Power could do, gave us an estimate, and left my wife and I to decide if we would have it done. We did, and are eagerly looking forward to another great experience with Power Home Remodeling.

The customer service from the initial visit was prompt and very professional. I was hesitant to have the work done when I first signed up in Sam's but when the representative Kristen Hughes-Sheppard came to my home and provided me with the background on the company I felt more at ease to start the remodeling project. I had been having problems with water coming into my basement for some time and it was determined that a sealed leak under the door was causing this. Power installers came as schedule completed the work in one day as promised and I did not have to run them down like some contractors do when they start a job but won't finish it. The gutters installed on my home also look great and are size correctly to allow the rain water to run from the home properly. My screen door will be installed later this month and I'm excited about see that. The front door with the glass looks absolutely gorgeous. I have a grand foyer entrance that now really shows well as one. I have received many compliments on the door and with the increase in home sales I'm sure this will be an added feature for the home.

I would not even consider using any other company. The reason I keep going back to Power is they are the most professional company I have ever dealt with and Power gives incredible guarantees. The first thing I had done was my roof -- I can't tell you how professional it looks. The second thing I had done was my attic (you can't imagine what they can do). New siding and I had my gutters redone (they had a large truck arrive with about 6 guys and they had my gutters completely installed in less than an hour). All projects were done in one day. They left my property cleaners than when they arrived. I wish I had stock in the company. I am not related to anyone that works for Power.

Their representatives were very through with every aspect of the process, from presentation to installation. Each specific installation was handled by its specialized team and coordination and execution were on point. Although I felt that the cost was a bit on the high end, Power offers a lifetime warranty on the work done. Overall, good work, great product.
