Beware this hard line sales team!! We were instructed that both "decision makers" in the household needed to be home to receive their pitch for replacing our windows. After I mentioned that my husband was the stay-at-home parent, I was asked "respectfully" to tell the associate when my husband got home from work so he could be a part of the process. They also pushed us to have them over that evening, even though I informed them it would be during my 9 month old's dinner time. The woman who came over to measure the windows and deliver the quote was the only breath of fresh air in this process. She was very courteous, dealt with our dogs well and was very knowledgable. At the end of the appointment, she delivered her price- over $13k for 12 windows, however if we acted RIGHT NOW we could have $4k off that price. She showed us other comparable window companies coming in at over $16k to show how great of a deal we were getting. She also warned us that if other companies were coming in way lower that they were probably "fly-by-night" contractors that were going to take our money and run. Luckily, I had already had another contractor come in at around $5k and I knew the company personally. I had also looked up the average price for the work we needed and it told me $4k-6k range. So we thanked her for her time and told her we'd call if we wanted to go with them. I was going to leave it at that, until we have received 18 calls from them in the last 10 days between me and my husband. They are calling at 9 in the morning, 8:30 at night, on the weekends etc. and refusing to leave a message. I looked up their number on Google after they woke my son up calling after his bedtime. This company is ridiculous. Do NOT trust them to be the lowest price and definitely do not trust their "take it now or pay many thousands more" scam. They know they're not the lowest price and they employ these aggressive sales tactics to make up for it. For the record, my window project came in at $5k with a trusted company.

WOW! From Salesman, Dean, to Sarah who double-checked everything, to Project Manager, Chris and the crew who made our roof look fabulous, THANK YOU! We are very happy with all services from start to finish, and will have them back to redo our attic insulation in the fall (too hot now)... Will ALWAYS recommend Power Home Remodeling, for the excellent products, exemplary service and follow up. We are the third house on our street to use them and haven't yet had a problem with any of them. Wonderful!!

Power did an excellent job. The crews were professional and cleared away the debris. We will use them again for future projects.

Everything was performed superbly. I like the lifetime warranty on everything. Their work is pricey but i guess it's worth the quality and warranty. If you can afford it, this company is the way to go. Every step of the projects was well coordinated

After working around the constant rain and heat/humidity... work began and was completed in a timely manner... my roof is a hip roof and is not only very high but also covers a large area. The whole Power Team from start to finish were very friendly and polite and extremely professional. I could not be more pleased!!

We had a significant amount of external remodeling work done through Power Home Remodeling and overall, we've been very satisfied with the results. Every team we dealt with was professional and responsive. We had a very minor snag when the final walkthrough before the job started where we found out some of the measurements were off but the reviewer made the adjustment and didn't charge us for that miscalculation. The pricing for the entire job gave us a bit of sticker shock but when coupled with the warranty for labor and materials from install to 50 years, the price evened out. We had to have some parts replaced from a previous job Power did and everything from the initial work-order to the moment the technician arrived, did the work and left was painless and pretty fast. We've gotten compliments on how the exterior of the house looks since Power did the work and we rave about them to anyone contemplating similar jobs that are in areas that we know Power serves.

We'd worked with Power previously on window replacement so we knew the quality of their work and they didn't disappoint this time either. They came in, did all the work on schedule, kept us appraised of what was going on throughout the process, answered our questions and left us with a fantastic end result. I think they ended up with a couple more houses in the neighborhood because people were so impressed with the before and after and they saw the whole process from start to finish. There was a mishap with the phone junction box and the site foreman worked with us and the phone company to get it fixed. House still looks amazing

Best service. Everything was done in a timely manner. I am getting more work done through this company. It is expensive but worth every dime.

It was the best experience one can have when remodeling.

All the materials and a huge dumpster arrived on a Friday as scheduled with the work beginning the following Monday morning. One crew spent an entire day removing old asbestos shingles (house ca. 1935-40). They worked non-stop and before they left, the whole area around the house was cleaned up and everything was thrown into the dumpster. The following day another crew began installing new siding and wrapping the trim. The house (Dutch colonial) has various architectural features not found on a "cookie cutter" house. This meant that the work was more involved and the crew took the time to make it look right. They also cleaned up at the end of each day as well as putting their ladders and other tools safely out of the way. All the workers were polite and friendly and worked with me if I noticed something that needed to be changed or fixed. To show my appreciation, each day I brought them Dunkin' donuts!

EXCELLENT. They did exactly what they did they would do. Excellent sales and crew. Kept us informed all the way. Was a two day job and cleaned up each day, including magnetic rake to get all nails and metal in grass. Used tarp to cover schrubs. The roof is warranted for 50 years,—NOT PRORATED— and transferable to two new owners for remainder of the 50 year warranty. The install process is high end and the reason for the non-prorated warranty. I highly recommend this group!!!

Great! Used drop cloths throughout house, vacuumed inside around all windows, and cleaned up everything outside. Installation was better than one could expect. All workers were professional and the overall job was excellent.

It went excellent and requested more services as things were done right the first time. I initially was getting my windows replaced and before the job was completed, the consultant notice some repairs being required on the gutters. Needless to say I was offered a great price for being a current customer. The total cost was lower than the average local contractor and without the hassle of the one stop truck company missing appts and completing past schedule whenever they can fit into their schedule.

The process with Power went smooth and just as planned. The staff was punctual and professional. They were very careful and cleaned up as they went along. The windows look great and I am pleased with the product. The pricing is high but the warranty is the real selling point. Life time and transferable if we ever decide to sell the house.

Talk about high pressure salesmen. I am not a big fan of being pounced on while shopping but this is how I first came upon Power Home Remodeling. I made the mistake of mentioning that I could possibly need a roof replacement. If you do that they immediately put you on the phone with someone to set up an appointment to come to your house. I said I didn’t wanted someone at this time but they had my number. I was getting calls every other day. Finally I agreed to have someone come to the house. This salesman spent four hours at our house. Talk about the hard sell. After four hours he tells me that a roof replacement would be $17,500 but if I signed a contract today it would be $12,600. Long story short, I had another contractor come out for another estimate using the exact same materials. Their estimate was $6,100 for the same job. Needless to say we will not be going with Power Home Remodeling.

It's been great. The Power Home Remodeling sales professional (Brad) was punctual, factual and went over every option we had in multiple price points so we could make the best decision for us regarding this big (and overwhelming) project. Chris, the Project Crew Manager, was easy to call if we had any questions, and showed up on site the first day of the project just to make sure we were happy with how the work was going. We would recommend this company to any friend and family member, over and over again. Very happy. 10/10

Crew was responsive, although most did not speak English. Foreman and supervisor were responsive and professional. Major problems occurred with installation. First, rough treatment during shingle removal caused a large piece of roofing plywood to break free and crash through ceiling drywall, narrowly missing gallery artwork. A drywall specialist did respond quickly, but spoke little English. That job was not finished properly because of lack of proper finishing tools. Because of slow response to finish the drywall, the owner decided to finish it himself. Second, a major leak occurred during a rainstorm. It was determined that no flashing was installed at a juncture between two sections of the roof. That problem was resolved by a separate crew. This situation was inexcusable for a roofing company that professes to be superb, and should not have occurred. Fortunately, Power Remodeling responded quickly to resolve the problems. So far, the new roofing looks fine with complements from neighbors.

Wow such high pressure tactics. It took 3 hours to get an estimate, which didnt really change after 3 hours of talk except for when I said no. If I said yes today and today only the cost was 22,000. If I waited the cost would be 30,000. Sorry too crazy for me. The job they would have done may have been great but not the high pressure sales pitch!

Sales pitch was way way way too long. I would not do it again. I'm sorry that I did it now. Although seemingly low pressure, yes, there is very subtle pressure. The promise of a lifetime warranty is great and the finished product looks good, but I'm not really sure we got a good deal. We had no opportunity to compare prices with other companies. We had to make a decision right then after the eternally long sales pitch.

The sales people and pre-install inspectors were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The installation team was top-notch. They were punctual, hard working, and careful. I heard them encourage each other to double-check measurements before proceeding multiple times. They talked over everything they were doing with me to make sure I understood what I was getting. I would hire again if I need their type of work done in the future.

We are happy with the results of both. Power delivers on their promises. They are professional, meet the proposed schedule, and the quality of their work is excellent.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality window replacement. They gave great advice and instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge on residential windows they pointed me in the right direction.

Someone from Power Home Remodeling came to our house to give a quote. We weren’t too interested in buying windows, but decided to give the company an opportunity to make the pitch. We were impressed by what the company stood for and the knowledge of the salesman (Paul). We purchased three windows on the spot and they were installed a few months later. The windows are awesome and the flip down feature for cleaning the windows is very exciting. We will be buying more windows from PHR in the future.

From the initial estimate to the pre-inspection and installation I had no issues. The quality of materials and professionalism of the crew made it a smooth process. The clean-up was done as the new roof was installed and the job was completed over two days. The crew cleaned up and left the house looking good at night before finishing the job. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling for your exterior needs, ie. doors, windows, siding, roofing. Even though their estimate was more than other companies, the warranty for the roof and the materials made it the best choice for us. They also offer financing. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and we got a great looking roof that will last.

Everything went well. The reps were courteous and highly professional, the process was efficient, they were prompt in meeting the deadlines established, and the quality of the work was extremely good. We are very satisfied with the entire process and the results.
