Absolute superb job done. The job prep is exceptional - the contract rep was patient in addressing all questions and the rep who did the pre-install detailed measurements was timely and thorough. Two person crew was assigned to do the install and they were on time, professional, efficient and paid strict attention to detail. There was no evidence that major work had been done in the basement because they thoroughly cleaned the affected area. This is my third service contract with Power - high quality products. I will be using them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend their products/services to others. In fact, I have endorsed them in the past.

Very well. Everyone we met with was knowledgeable and polite, workers were prompt, hardworking, and polite. There was one mishap in the installation process but the company took care of the problem immediately and expertly. The finished product was beautiful and, in fact, we have decided to use Power Remodeling for another project on our home.

Very well. I am very satisfied with the representative that came to my door, the rep that came to explain the products offered, the technician that measured and the workmen that came and installed. All the work was inspected to make sure of the quality and to be sure I was satisfied with the work. All the Power people were courteous, amicable, skilled, very professional and punctual. The rep who presented the product to me, Ian Parker, was very informative and explained the Power products completely. I had no hesitation in making my decision to go with Power for replacing my doors and windows. The projects were finished and inspected today and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this company highly.

It went great! The crew was polite and efficient. The siding looks terrific. I love the little extra touches around the light fixtures, electrical outlets and dryer vent. I am looking forward to the benefits from the extra insulation. I used Power Home Remodeling previously to replace my roof and gutters. I highly recommend them. My house looks wonderful!

Very well. One long day but they did a nice job. The workers were very polite and mindful of our property and they cleaned up the debris very nicely.

Went very well. Great customer service, quality installation and respectful workers who cleaned up after the work was completed. They will do my second floor by January. Very pleased with the quality of the windows as well.

I first used Power to replace the gutters on my house in 2016; a year later, they replaced a sliding glass door, and last month they replaced 15 windows and a door. The Power reps and installers were all very professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. I might have paid slightly more than I would have had I known there were more discounts available had I continued to ask for them with the salesman, but overall I was very happy with all three jobs and the prices were okay. Because those three projects went well, I have just contracted with Power to have my house completely re-sided. I believe I got a very good price this time, and I fully expect the work to go as smoothly as the first three projects (if not, I will revise this review). I like the lifetime warranty on all their products and work, and their representatives are all very personable. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

The roof replacement and attic insulation install went very well. The power team was very professional and performed the work in a timely manor. We love our new roof!!!

Everything that was promised was delivered. Quite pleased with the quality of the products and installations. They work efficiently. I had Power out to replace my siding, trim, gutters, and a few windows in 2014 and was so pleased that I now had them back out to replace my roof today. I will calling Power for future work down the line and would highly recommend them.

There are reviews of 7/18/13 and 5/30/17 that sound very similar to what I experienced: Power representatives being very high pressure and insisting on involving my wife when I repeatedly told them I was their POC for work at our house. I set up the estimate appointment on the strength of Power employee Eric Olson. While a bit high-pressure, Eric is a very positive minded person, mentally nimble enough to perceive and adjust his sales tactics, and we communicated very well. When I told him Power didn’t need to know how long I owned our house, he responded it was a way to find out if we were the owners or were renting. I get that, so why not just ask if we are the owner? Asking for anymore information is intrusive. After setting up the appointment, a young, “reading-from-a-checklist” person named Tom asked me the exact same Qs Eric did. When told him he didn’t need to know how long I owned our house, he abruptly cancelled the appointment Eric set up!! Eric quickly took charge and re-established the appointment. Outbound Tom (as identified by Eric) then got snarky when I would not give him my wife’s name. Again, he abruptly cancelled the appointment! Again, Eric had to take charge and re-establish the appointment. The next day, I called Power to confirm the appointment. Their representative went through the same qualifying questions I answered for Eric and Tom. I told him that I’d provided the info to Eric and Tom, and he said none of the info had been given to him. With an administrative process that poor, I wondered how well they’d do with the actual work. Again, I would not provide information I considered intrusive, and the phone rep cancelled the appointment saying they had to have the info. Their phone reps are clearly not well trained enough to understand when they are talking to educated people, and cannot, or are not allowed to, act flexibly enough to accommodate other perspectives. I see Power’s response that they “insist” on following their procedures for their reasons over 25 years of business. Great, but when your potential client has 40 years experience in facility maintenance, repair, and construction, in developing roofing programs and performing structural and water intrusion forensics, and has inspected thousands of buildings, you’d think a company would be smart enough to adjust their methods in order to gain a client. Actually, I see a lack of respect by Power towards other perspectives. It is interesting Power’s statement of client satisfaction at 95% to 99%. In Angie’s list, Power’s A+B+C rating for roofing is 87%, with D+F rating at 13%.

Adam, Brett, Amy, and Malcom were great at communicating the quality of the roofing and the professionalism Power brings to the table. They have great punctuality and are flexible around your work schedule. The install it self was smooth and thought as the showed up on time and throughly cleaned up afterwards.

Excellent work, timely very conscientious and overall great. Would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent work!!! I am very pleased with the services that was done. Even though it was supposed to rain all week the workers still came out and completed the job. My house looks amazing. I am so glad that I went with this company.

The installation was quick, efficient, and painless. The cost is higher than other quotes we received, but so was the quality of the materials, workmanship and the warranty far exceeds any from the other quotes we received.

schedule an estimate and the estimator did not show up. When I called about it, they said that they called me earlier to confirm the appointment and I didn't answer the phone. So they didn't show up. The CS agent was flippant. I told them to forget coming by. I have other choices.

The installers showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. We couldn’t be happier!!
