Great. On time. No nonsense. Good clean up. Things look great. Even had a QA rep stop in to check on their team and ask how things went from start to finish.

Staff were very professional and knowledgeable. New windows look great. I have hired them again to replace my shutters (which has not yet been completed).

Power Home Remodeling sent out an estimator who looked at several jobs we were considering. He spent four hours inspecting the roof, gutters, and doors then going over the options. We decided to start with the gutters as they were the smallest project and it would give us a chance to try them out. The estimator setup an appointment for a pre-install inspection where a supervisor came out and verified the job details (length of gutters, downspouts), date of install, and any site considerations. The crew showed up a bit late on the install date. However, they stayed until the job was done and cleaned up. Over the next few days, I only found a handful of dropped screws and nails they didn't catch. A few days after the install, a quality inspector came out to check the work that was done and ask us about the job. Once he was certain we were satisfied, he took payment for the job. I was very impressed by their policy of ensuring the customer was completely satisfied before asking for payment. We have already setup the next job for Power Home Remodeling to perform! I will admit, the price they charge seems high. Our roof is about 3400 square feet and the gutters (with six downspouts - a bit of overkill we requested) cost $4600. However, the quality is impressive and they warranty it for 50 years. The warranty will transfer when we sell the house and I see that as a value-add.

It went very well! We were met with professionalism from the beginning with Michael Vi, the salesman to Brian McCarthy the project manager. They kept to their schedule, cleaned the entire area, and were very polite. We have already hired them for a future project!

When you talk about smooth, no worries, and no guess work, wondering what’s going on; Power stripped all of that away with professionalism throughout the process from the initial consultation through material delivery, project installation and financing were easy. We had a total of five projects that started in January and completed in April. Our first project was getting a new roof. The crew came and worked from 0730 and completed the job at 1430. They had a crew of about 6-9 guys working on the roof. They cleaned up the area as they found it. The second project was the attic. They put this solar eclipse covering in the attic that regulates heat. Instead of the attic being very hot in the summer it will keep the temperature moderate. We are very pleased with the work and look of the roof and attic. The third project were the gutters! Man, these gutters are much larger in diameter than the original ones. I do not worry about ice buildup. The fourth and fifth project was the Foyer entry door and Half-moon window. This crew came on April 8, 2019 around 0830 and completed the job at 1600 hrs. We are very pleased with each project that was done with professionalism. We are so, elated that POWER did the work and completed it in a timely manner that we reached out to them for another project putting new patio doors in with automated shade. We are looking forward to them completing this project as the others with professionalism, care and dedication. I will say that this was the BEST company we have EVER dealt with!!! I can not express how great it was working with Josh Greer. In fact the entire group we dealt with at Power Home Remodeling from start to finish has been phenomenal! The windows are great and are everything that the company said they would be. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

From the sales team down to the installers, they were courteous and very professional. They even had a quality assurance manager come and explain how to work the windows, and to see if the job was going as planned. We will definitely be using Power Home Remodeling for our future projects.

We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. Definitely adds to the energy efficiency of the home Would strongly recommend the company for the quality of the work they provide, and the timeliness of the service.

I love my windows and doors, and the men who did the work were amazing. The sales men were extremely knowledgeable, There was never any pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need. They did a thorough assessment of all my windows and doors before they made recommendations. Everything they replaced in my house was custom-made and of very high quality. The men who did the actual work came on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are sooooo nice! They open from the top and the bottom. The sliding glass door has blinds in between the window panes. The front door is sturdy and just want I needed to keep the cold wind out.

We are very happy with the job Power did. Really looking forward to it being much warmer this winter. We already felt a difference the first night the were installed. We highly recommended Power for any window replacement needs

I've had an amazing experience with everyone at power. They have all been exceptionally professional and courteous of my time and my family. Especially Alex Ilie ( quality assurance manager), Mike Austin, and George Aggelis. They helped make us very comfortable and confident that we were getting the best; and backed that promise with their service.

The work was done well and professionally .

In November we had our ENTIRE roof replaced. We went with Power even though they were a lot more expensive than the average person, because we liked the warranty that would transfer to the next home owner. well when the project manager and another manager came out before the job was started, they asked us "So, were you approved for more money than what the project costed?" First off, this is not something that they can ask. My husband and I both declined to respond to that question. Well, the day of the job, lo-and-behold, our project was going to cost more money, and they already KNEW how much money we had been approved for! We did not give either of the guys at our house permission to access our financial information! That was between us and green sky. But as the work had already been started, we had no choice but to let them continue on. During the sales pitch, we had also been told that an entirely separate clean up crew would be sent out to clean our yard and both neighbor's yards with a machine. No new crew was ever sent out. it was the same guys who had been there for 10 hours using nothing but leaf blowers in the dark to "clean up". We found over 2 dozen nails in our driveway, shingles, shrink wrap, and more nails in the backyard around where my kids and dog play. We called to have them come back out, and we were told "Oh no. Not every crew has a separate clean up crew. That's only some of them". So we were lied to, and the same guys came back out with leaf blowers again to do clean up. Here it is two months later, and I just had to call them to come back out and repair their work around our chimney because we have water running down the wall. We were also toted the benefits of the new roof, and attic insulation saying how it would make our home more heating and cooling efficient. Let me tell you what. My house is colder than ever and my heating bill has only gone up since getting the roof replaced by power. For the $30K we are paying in loan now, it's not worth it. We should have gone with someone local, and not a national brand that just brags about how many awards it's got. Total joke and we were taken advantage of as new home owners, and they pried into our financial information without our permission so they could get the full loan amount. They also did NOT give us the 10% discount for being Angie's List members even though we repeatedly said something about it.

Work was scheduled quickly and completed timely. All staff were courteous, informative and accommodating. Schedule amended to fit weather conditions.

I had windows replaced to be more energy efficient. From the point where I learned about Power Home Remodeling to installation day, everything was professional and informative. The salesman explained all the features of the window and my expectations was exceeded. The windows are well insulated and easy to use and clean. The install crew was very professional and the quality manager who comes to check and make sure everything is going as planned was informative about the warranty information and explaining all the features of the windows and sliding glass doors being replaced. I have been very impressed with their service and products. I will recommend them when someone asks about window replacement, and hire them again for services they provide.

Working with Power Home Remodeling was one of the best experiences I have had working with a home improvement company. This company is not the least expensive, but they are definitely the most professional and are very concerned about delivering a top quality job. The representatives explained each step of the project in detail and made sure that they answered all of my questions and concerns. They arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. And the job was completed on time. Furthermore, the clean-up was superb! The new roof and gutters look spectacular and I am looking forward to working with this company on future projects since they were so wonderful and the job turned out so well.

They showed up on time, explained exactly what they would do, and were the only contractor that actually took the time to go up in our attic to check out the roof from below. The project manager has been on site all day, keeping us informed. Fast, easy, reliable and affordable. And it's fully guaranteed, labor and materials, for 50 years! I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone planning a remodeling project! They are the ONLY company we will call from now on!

They came when they said they would, worked diligently until the project was done, answered all my questions and did an excellent job. They policed the area after the work was finished to ensure that no “trash” was left behind.

Professional and comprehensive explanation of the project and costs, and a quick turnaround time on getting the job done. Work was done in an hour and a half and I have zero complaints. I will be coming back for further home improvements in the future.

So, after making an appointment and waiting several days, I get a call from 240-542-0185 an hour before they are supposed to show up to tell me that they won't come because the job is too small for them. To make it even worse, as I was inquiring about the reasons, the guy hangs up on me. It is despicable business practice; clearly they don't care about customers at all, they only thing they care about is the bottom line. I will make sure I share my horrible experience with "Power Home Remodeling" with everyone I know. I will make sure that you will be infamous of your negative reviews. Terrible customer service and terrible culture; I would not waste my time or money working with such filth.

The salesperson just spent 3.5 hours in my house even though i made it clear on several occasions that i had to attend to my kids and did not have the time for a long appointment. Then he quoted me a 1,000+ / per window. Come on, really???

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was excellent. We needed a new roof and Power knocked on our door. Normally we turn people away but Michael was so courteous and professional that we heard him out. After that, Karl McMichael visited and walked us through the entire process before anything was even agreed to. Then we had a pre-inspection. Zach Matthews showed up on time and measured everything. Later, we decided to re-deck the roof over the garage as well. Karl came back and adjusted everything -- it was all very easy. On the day of the installation, the workers arrived on time. It was a big job but they were able to complete everything in one day. The new roof looks great.

Power Home Remodeling company where a breeze to work with. Everyone was extremely professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. Believe me I had many of both. This is my first home and I was really upset at finding out I needed a new roof. Power Home gave me a beautiful new roof, gutters and two windows. If I had any issues they quickly addressed them right away and called me to make sure I was satisfied with all the work. I need new siding in the future and will definitely call Power when I'm ready!
