Perfect Touch

Gave me a price estimate of $8,600 for 14 cabinets in an 11x11 kitchen space! MAJOR RIP OFF. National average for condo painting is 5K. Ridiculous.

Juan's knowledge of materials, techniques, procedures is exceptional but he brought much more to the work. He heads the family business and approached the work, the house, our possessions and us with respect and understanding. The project grew from plastering and painting to reconditioning and custom work on the woodwork, expert selection of paints and types of finishes, and loving concern for our cat and my husband who was ill at the time so they had to work around us. His estimate was reasonable, the work flexible and on schedule, and the quality beyond my hopes. He also discovered a serious leak in the chimney (roof had been replaced before plaster repair), fixed the chimney, and waited for two major rainstorms to test for water leaks before sealing up the ceiling. Outstanding. His work and values--and that of his family--are truly excellent, not to be found in the contemporary market. His English is impeccable and he is onsite every day.

Juan and his team were amazing! They removed almost all of the paint and the results were much better than I anticipated based on other homes in the area that had had this done. The team was very careful to cover up the area and catch all of the paint to dispose of it properly and left the area very clean at the end of each workday. Would definitely hire this company for any future painting/paint removal work. They are very conscientious, punctual, and courteous.

It was an incredibly good price. They were terrific. They were on time and they were clean. They did excellent work. They were easy to have around. I had no complaints. I am the president of our homeowner's association and Perfect Touch is on our list of providers that we use.

He was good in his presentation. I would consider using them in the future.

I used Juan and Perfect Touch Painting at the recommendation of a family member who had commercial work done by Perfect Touch. Juan was timely, accessible, and genuinely excited to work with my wife and I in estimating services for hardwood flooring. We had Perfect Touch remove carpet in our two bedrooms and install engineered hardwood flooring with shoe-molding in both bedrooms and closets. The crew was clean, organized, respectful, and careful throughout the worksite. Juan went above and beyond what I expected via phone, email, and in person meetings. I plan to use Perfect Touch again in the future.

They were very good. The price was what they estimated. They started on the day they said they would and finished on time. They were very detailed in what they did.
