Canceled the day of the original appointment less than an hour before he was suppose to be here. He sent an email verses calling me - I stated calling is the best way to get in touch with me. Rescheduled for another day. He didn't show for that appointment, email or call. i sent him an email and waited for a response - non received. I had purchased a voucher for services. Besides what the voucher covered I told him how many additional windows I had on the outside and was also looking to get the inside done as well so it's not like he was loosing money on the deal. He was looking to make at least another $100.

I never contracted with this woman for any work. I have no idea who she is. I have never done any scheduling or cancellations by email. I always do scheduling by phone calls. She reviewed the wrong company.
