+ -1 moreWhen they didn't show up at noon (after I had taken the day off work to meet them), I called. The phone rang and rang, until it finally went to voicemail. I never heard back and they never showed up. Woody Allen said that 80% of success is just showing up. Even if they called back, now, I would not anticipate success in this project.
Description of Work: They were supposed to survey the house at noon to provide an estimate for a major upgrade of the HVAC system.
