From the initial contact with customer service representative/scheduler (Mary), until the completion of the job, I was pleased. I think the rates charged were fair, and the technician put for a valiant effort, on one of the hottest days of the year. He didn't try to take any short cuts and took pride in his work. Great job all around...Rarely do I come across a company that delivers! Thank you!

Good customer service both on the phone and on the job

They are not expensive but they did a fantastic job washing the house and structures around if. Nothing was broken or damaged. I was very happy with their service.

The house still had a few streaks and one whole corner was not touched. The biggest gripe I have is that the chemicals have killed off a large percentage of my plants. If you have plants and care about them, either move them or somehow cover them up or they will die.

I would be using them in the future.

Best experience in along time with a company - great job they did. I was so disappointed with the company i hired to do my Flagstone in the Backyard - the Flagstones are great - but they left such a mess on my Flagstones, mortar / cement....all over. It looked terrible and i couldn´t clean. I tried 3 days. So Happy - big smile in my face :-) - it looks awesome now, after Daniel did a great JOB!! Thanks so much.

The cleaning agent used on the roof yellowed my lawn a little where the runoff was, my lawn isn’t a golf course so I’m not too concerned. The water leaked into the Verizon box outside my home, knocking out tv and internet for a day. It was easy enough to get changed, but was an inconvenience. Cleaning crew came on a Sunday. Was very accommodating and professional. Would use them again.

Called them to wash my house. They came the same afternoon I called and did a magnificent job -- washed the siding and outside of gutters, etc. Their process involves pre-spraying with some kind of solution (chlorine based maybe) and then washing. We had some pretty bad green and black things growing on the North side of the house -- it all came off and the house looks new. Price was very reasonable. I would hire them again and recommend them to all the neighbors.

Very prompt;no excuses

Daniel was thorough in cleaning the gutters. He made sure to wash them twice to ensure no leaves were caught, and ran water through the downspouts to make sure there would be no clogging. Fair price. i would certainly recommend him.
