Keith performed the work. He called ahead to let me know that he would arrive early. He did the installation and was done within half an hour. He was very professional and nice.

Booked online, so received lower online rate. Very convenient system. Technician was Justin B. He was punctual, friendly, and super professional. He called 30 minutes before to let me know he was on the way, which was great. Also, wiped his feet on the mats thoroughly when he entered since it was raining. He answered my many questions on the installation. Also he cleaned up after. Would definitely hire again.

Everything went very smoothly. Mr. Baker called ahead to say he's on the way, arrived on time, and worked on the lightings (a dining room chandelier and a hallway flush mount) very carefully and still quickly. We were very happy with his work.

I was disappointed in the inspection report, which was only provided after I requested it and was essentially a short list of things that New Age proposed to do rather than a complete report on the status of the electrical systems in the home. I was also disappointed with the work proposal which was excessively costly and included tasks such as replacing lightbulbs.

Among all the estimates we received for this electrical work, I really appreciated New Age's customer service and pricing. A lot of my home's ceilings don't have fixtures for lights and fans, and my husband and I finally wanted to address this in our top floor where it naturally is warmer during the summer. New Age has a very user-friendly website to make submitting an estimate request straightforward, and when I needed to confirm certain details, they were great in getting back to me. The work itself was booked within a week of the estimate and only required 1 work day. The completed work was performed as expected, there were no messes, and a couple weeks later I can say the fans/lights we now have in place in 4 rooms add a lot of comfort and convenience. I would book this company again in a heartbeat.

The guy showed up, did his job, and did it well. I don't remember the exact cost, but I do think the pricing was fair.

It went well. The electrician was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He throughly inspected the fixture. When the problem wasn't found there, he said he wanted to check the switch. The issue presented itself immediately. We also talked about LED's and the best places to buy them.

TDI Construction Group left the door with open wires and out existing outdoor light not connected. Outdoor Illumination (Derek Thomas and Mark Oxley) recommend New Age. It Rained for two week. But The New Age crew. Kept in touch with us until a dry spell hit. They came out and did the professional Job we expected from TDI Construction. They are now our first choice for electric work !!
