I had written a very satisfied review 8 months ago. That review was based on the fact that my outside 220V charger was working properly and the worked had been done in a professional manner. What I had liked a lot less was a bit of a mess which had been left behind and that I only noticed too late. Also when I met with Alan Pumphrey I had asked for adjusting 3 fans deep switches, a work which was forgotten. I paid my invoice upon receiving it, but at the same time pointed out the items I had not liked, which I thought was good feedback. Alan reached out to me with apologies, and when I mentioned that he had forgotten the deep switches he said "do not worry, I will take care of it". Sure enough a short while later the technician and an apprentice dropped by, on their way to another job, spent maybe 15 mn in my house, and fixed the issues. The next thing I know is that I received a bill for $ 262.50, that was what "taking care of" meant. When I complained, they agreed to take off the charges for the apprentice, but not the entire bill. What is leaving a bad taste is not so much the bill as the messiness of the procedure. No invoice was sent or agreed upon, leaving room for too much misunderstanding. And yes, it is worth mentioning that the whole issue started with the original work leaving a bit of a mess behind.

Outstanding. From the planning, to the estimates, to the installation, this outfit was top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He is extremely knowledgable and professional. New Age Electric is expensive but I have confidence the job is done right, which after multiple renovations over many years, is peace of mind.

I bought a new smart light switch to replace one in our kitchen and attempted to install it myself; however, once I got the cover off, the box was mounted poorly and the wires were so hard to maneuver, I couldn't get it installed and covered myself. Justin from New Age came out and took care of it for us in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time, was very professional, and said that if I needed anything else, even to just ask for free advice, I could call him.

Justin had everything he needed to complete the work and completed it professionally and quickly. He had us set up the timing and dimming of the devices to ensure we could do it later when he wasn't sitting at our elbow.

Great. In a very short time, Justin found that the switch for the disposal was broken and replaced it. Justin also advised us on switching a halogen bulb to an LED bulb.

Very well. Very prompt, courteous and efficient, as always. My go-to electrician. I won't use anyone else. I always source my own parts, which goes well most of the time but other times, not so much. Justin is always flexible and figures out how to achieve my objectives, even with the curve balls I throw him.

It didn't take long. The job was completed and left totally clean.
