NADINE'S HOUSE

It was an excellent experience. She was really good. She was detailed in her work. She was punctual and professional.

Excellent job. Nadine responded very quickly to my phone call, set up a time to come to my house and review the work to be done, gave me an estimate of the cost, then set a date to return. She was highly organized and businesslike, yet friendly. On the appointed morning, she and an assistant appeared and got right to work on the study, which was groaning under several years of unsorted papers, magazines, books, and various household items. She asked me to give them about 2 hours to sort through what was there and begin to reorganize it. After 2 hours, she asked me to return, then presented me with several dozen items which she had questions about (typical question: do you need to keep this?). The two resumed their labors, and after another 2 hours or so called me back with more questions, then completed their work. What a relief! Their reorganization of my bookshelves was not quite what I wanted, so I spent a short amount of time after they left rearranging the bookshelves. I made another appointment with them several weeks later to straighten out a part of the basement that had eluded my attempts at rationalization for about 5 years. Once again, they did the job quickly and professionally. I now realize that it's easy to keep on top of clutter if a clutter expert like Nadine is available.
