Started off nice and charming, but turned in the worst quality. Tried to buy cheaper fixtures than what we chose and paid for, charged us more than $30,000 in extras we did not purchase, and screwed up the most badic parts of our remodel like uneven dryeall and floors. Threatened to sue us rather than fix tje problems, and used racial epithets against our contractors we used to fix their work. A nightmare.

We are very sorry to hear that and you have every right to show dissatisfaction. but it is clear that there are things that are not true and that there are always two versions of the story. you can do just to discredit the service of a company Moz Contractors has always put the satisfaction of our clients first and we are very sorry that this could not have been your case. with what remains to be emphasized that Moz Contractors never provided CHEAP materials as you say, because everything was according to what you requested and under your approval (all the proof are on file) the real reasons for your disagreement are the following: 1-you decided buy a floor cheaper than what we had stipulated in the contract being made by Moz Contractors but we adjusted the price and returned credit on the wooden floor. 2-You ordered a wood flooring that the factory discontinued for reasons that may be poor quality, defective, among others. and you want to blame us for the defective material that you chose and that you ordered even knowing that the floor was discontinued. You personally ordered from Chicago, which was the only place that had the wood flooring you wanted and at half the price (we are not against saving our customers money, but the guarantees of something discontinued are not the same as those of a material of quality) in this case you decided to place the order and personally choose the material (the proof are on file) from the moment you decided to place the order in your name they had to explain the guarantees and quality. as stipulated in the contract. 3- you decided to add more than $70,000 just in extras and then you didn't want to pay for what you added. when we require a payment to be able to continue the problem started. for not paying what Moz Contractors required to be able to advance the final part of the project, he offered that Moz Contractors would accept the amount of 15,000 only and not do the final walk through and thus be left with the finished job with almost $70,000 dollars in extras and the final check of more than $12,000 (proofs of work and extras, we have it on file) 4-nobody has ever made RACIST comments, we always treat everyone equally and with respect. we continue working to guarantee a better service for all our clients and avoid these problems in the future again Mr [Member Name Removed] sorry, thank you very much and blessings

Luis first remodeled my kitchen in my business. He did an amazing job and took the time to do the job right. He even showed me his taping teqnique to when it settles I won’t get cracks on the seems. After that I asked him if he would be interested in building out 3 new rooms for my studio. I told him it would be more work that average to build to make it sound proof. He took the time to really look at the details to do the job right even though at time it got ridiculous. I would recommend Luis to anyone with a remodel or drywall job his work is very good. His price is worth his craftsmanship.
