He was right on time, explained everything he would do, and showed me photos of what he found. He did convince me to throw in an expensive add-on -- deodorizing and disinfecting -- but that charge largely disappeared when I asked for a senior discount. Really good experience.

I contacted the company a few days ago and immediately arranged for a technician to clean my dryer ducts. He arrived on time and immediately started to work - the work was completed in about 15 minutes. Second time I used this company - very pleased.

I had the BEST end-to-end customer experience with this company! I first requested a quote from them using Angie's List. Of course, every company you request a quote from calls you within a few minutes of receiving the request, so it's so hard to answer every call, but I received a text from More Fresh. I had an appointment with another company scheduled for later this week, but they were able to fit me in today. Bitsy was the tech who came to clean the dryer vent and he was GREAT! He explained everything that he was doing, showed me how bad my vents were clogged (ALL MY FAULT!), and cleaned up afterward. He was so friendly and professional! I can't say enough wonderful things about the responsiveness, service tech and the quality of the job - all were phenomenal!

I had this service in Nov 2017 and loved the customer service and the Tech Etamar! He was thorough, efficient, professional prompt, took the time to explain and that would be done. He took pictures and videos before, during and after, and showed me all that had been done. I needed another cleaning after a natural disaster happened to the house, I called the company yesterday 11/5/19 I talked to Ben, very customer service driven, I explained to him I wanted the same tech as before, and he diligently searched until he found receipts from 2 years ago.. WOW! OUTSTANDING! He was able to find the tech that came out previously and in less than 24 hrs the job us COMPLETED and I'm just as SATISFIED as I was 2 years ago. I would definitely be referring them out. Ask for Etamar, he a GREAT TECH who knows his way through the events, lol, and does a THOROUGH job. I'm submitting this before receiving the before and after photos. I will post them after I receive them. I even received a return customer discount🤗 And I am a REAL CUSTOMER!
