+ -1 moreI spend $120 on that service. Nothing really stood out about her. She wasn’t on time just because this was her first time to this area. It is a brand new neighborhood, so she had a hard time finding it, but she did let me know that she was having a hard time finding it. She communicates via text and did not really call that much and that can be problematic because texts are charged. She and two other of her associates came to the house and cleaned it very thoroughly and professionally. I had no complaints after that and I might actually use them again.
Description of Work: I use Miriam's Cleaning Service and they clean the whole house. The last time I used her was 3 weeks ago.

Description of Work: Whole house cleaning -- just under 3,000 sq ft. Provided prompt response to initial inquiry. Arrived on time to provide estimate. Arrived promptly at scheduled time. Professional. Quiet. Thorough. Detailed cleaning provided to pretty dusty, but well-kept house. Worked quickly, but efficiently with 3 person team, including owner, Miriam who is pleasant, business-like, and must be able to retain specific details about cleaning preferences. Appreciated that team did not "interrupt" homeowners with questions, etc. Came in, worked well, and left! Will use the service again on a regular basis!

+ -1 moreThey have copies of our house keys and we feel completely safe having them here while we are at work. The house is immaculate when they leave and guests are always impressed by how clean the house looks. We have several friends that have used them as well.
Description of Work: I have used Miriam's Cleaning Service for the past 5 years. Miriam and her staff of two are extremely efficient, responsible, and detail oriented. We have a 3-bedroom house in the Ballston Neighborhood of Arlington that they clean twice-a-month. For the services they provide, their rates are very affordable compared to other service providers. They clean the entire house, including sweeping, vacuuming, moping, dishes, the entire kitchen, clean all the bathrooms and bedrooms, dusting, and folding laundry.
