Roberto and his team moved me from Chevy Chase to Atlanta last week. I’d originally found him on UShip where he gets over 40 reviews - all 5 star. Millennial has the best reviews and shipping terms, and a reasonable price. But, due to schedule issues on my end, I wasn’t able to accept a bid within UShip’s terms. I found Millennial again on Yelp and Angie’s list. I was a bit hesitant due to the few reviews here, but my interactions with Roberto were prompt and professional, so I went with them. So happy that I did. I’ve moved 8 times in 10 years - this experience was easily the best. First of all, they offered a guaranteed delivery date and time for a long distance move. None of that “will deliver in 3 to 10 business day” hassle that most others companies do. Second, their price was completely reasonable. While it was not quite the lowest I was quoted, but I was happy to pay a bit more for the delivery date. Roberto’s guys showed up as scheduled (a touch late, but DC traffic at 9 a.m. is a pain so no fault there) and packed all of my stuff into the truck in a reasonable time frame and with care. A day and a half later, Roberto and two of his guys delivered my stuff to Atlanta and unpacked everything really quickly. They were great about making sure all of the furniture was in the right place. My dresser was damaged a bit during the move (it’s Ikea style, so more a function of low quality). After unloading everything, Roberto and his guys went to Home Depot to get glue, came back and fixed it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!
