Dino returned my call, listened to what the project was and agreed to come out and give us an estimate. He was on time, very thorough and took lots of notes, asked a lot of questions. I thought he was interested in the work and was looking forward to getting his bid. He was pleasant, said he would get an estimate together and get in touch with us in a couple of days. Crickets. We never heard from him again. I called once - voicemail. I sent an email asking if he was going to send an estimate, was he still interested in the work. Nothing. I don't mind if you don't want to do the job but don't waste my time and be a little more professional - just tell me you aren't going to submit a bid. For the record we did get a total of three bids. Two from Angie's List and one from a recommendation by our plumber. We settled on the other Angie's List firm and will be submitting a review after the work is done.
Description of Work: We contracted several companies on Angies List for a tile installation job on our basement. Total square footage for the project would be approximately 1200 sq. feet. The basement was completely unfinished and we are in the process of adding a bathroom, two bedrooms, two storage closets and open kids playroom. We were about 2 weeks out from having the tile ready for install. For reference we contacted three companies on Angies List for this job. Two of them were interested and showed up to offer a bid. Menna Tile was one of the two.

Menna Tile and Marble did a fantastic job on our bathroom. Dino is easy to work with. Scheduling was easy. He had to come back the next day to finish but in the meantime he left the work area impeccably clean! Everything looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Menna Tile and Marble for any of your tile needs!
