We have used Fredy and his team for several projects in our home. Fredy is very responsive and flexible. We constantly added on new smaller projects to the list and he was always able to accommodate last minute requests. Some of the interior work took longer than expected, but Fredy always communicated clearly with us to explain the status of the work. However, the exterior work was completed faster than expected! Overall, the quality of the work is very good and the price is very competitive compared to other quotes we received. We highly recommend Fredy and his team and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Love these guys, there was a huge, varied list of things that needed to be done on our rental. After tenants moved out, and left the place trashed, we wanted to get it back up to par quickly. Freddy was super helpful, took on a BIG chunk of the list, and really simplified getting the house back out there!

Fredy was very responsive and communicated constantly with us. Very accommodating and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We had an old popcorn ceiling in our kitchen removed and replaced with drywall and the whole kitchen painted. The finished product looks amazing. His team set up and cleaned up every day and were respectful of the house.

I had a terrific experience working with Fredy and his crew of Maxc Impressions. Fredy is smart, organized, honest, and an excellent communicator. The primary job was to paint a house in Rockville I was getting ready to put on market – mostly interior but some exterior portions as well. The crew worked straight and tirelessly for about a week-and-a-half. I didn't even have the house completely cleared-out as I intended when they started working, and they just moved stuff and worked around it. I scheduled a meeting with Fredy to get an estimate; he arrived promptly and was polite and detailed - taking pictures of specific items as we went through the house. He e-mailed a proposal within a few days. His cost was reasonable and amongst the other contractors I met with, his proposal was the most specific and thorough. I gave the okay and his crew started working within a couple days. At maximum, there were perhaps a dozen crew members working on different things around the house. Beyond painting, the crew also did minor carpentry, floor installation, power-washing, trash haul-away, siding patches, dismantled a metal shed, and replaced electrical fixtures,. A lot these things were add-on items beyond the original proposal. Fredy would give the options and the costs and would only proceed if I gave the okay. At the end of the project, they cleaned-up after themselves (they would also cover-up and sweep at the end of each day) and even labeled all the leftover paint cans which I really appreciated. During the project Fredy and I would correspond through calls and text. When I texted he would respond back within a few minutes – a couple hours tops. For more detailed matters, he would e-mail things like itemized lists and costs. Sometimes when I talk to contractors, I have to worry if they really understood the main gist or underlying issue of something. I never had to worry about this with Fredy; he is always on point, understands my concerns, and gives me the insights and the best options. The crew was skillful, hard-working, and polite. When I was in the house trying to clear things out, they would subtly shift their working area from where I was. Overall, this was one of the best working experiences I’ve had on a larger project. I highly recommend Fredy and MaxC.

I called twice and got no answer, just a recording. Left a message asking for a callback about a job I need done--but no response in 24 hours.

The crew members were experienced and worked well without supervision. I explained what I needed and was available to answer any questions. I am very pleased with the results.

Once again Fredy has been very responsive to our needs. Since hiring him for some exterior painting last October, we have used him for many other jobs (re-framing fire damage ceiling, drywall and flooring). We had a recent urgent need to get some invoicing processed and Fredy went out of his way to help us meet that need. A++ all around for him and his company.

Maxc Impressions installed, sanded, and finished drywall for our unfinished basement. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up every day before they left. Freddy (project manager) is very responsive. We also asked for some small paint jobs to be done to our framing in the kitchen for a nominal fee. We were very pleased with everything and will highly recommend them for any home improvement project.

The work was satisfactorily performed. Alex worked steadily for 1 1/2 days to repair damaged areas caused by water. He was very professional and methodical. He ensured that the non-work areas wete kept clean and not damaged. He reinstalled insulation that had been removed from the attic; replaced, primed and painted drywall in the ceiling and walls; replaced a part of a door casing; and installed a flush mounted light fixture. Overall, he did a very good job.

MaxC Impressions LLC was recommended to me by Home Depot. Fredy (owner) contacted me immediately and came out to give me an estimate in a timely fashion. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of the work I was requesting. He gave me an estimate that was int he similar ballpark as 2 other contractors, but I went with MaxC Impressions because I was comfortable with Fredy after meeting him. Fredy was very flexible with me and my work schedule. The job could have been completed in a week if worked on in consecutive days, but due to my work schedule I needed to break it up over a couple of weeks. Fredy was understanding and able to adjust to all of my requests during the project. Midway through, I decided I wanted a bar in the basement and Fredy was able to have one done a few days later. Fredy has a lot of workers and they are all respectful and great workers. Any issues I had at the end of the workday, Fredy had fixed by the next work day. Each work day, Fredy would come by in the morning or during the work day to ensure everything was going well. I would HIGHLY recommend Fredy for another job. I am already looking forward to having my mudroom drywalled.

Fredy Cubas and his team did an amazing job. We had a small and completely unfinished basement, and some general ideas about what we wanted - an office, a playroom, some closets, and enclosure for the HVAC. They quickly created a plan that met our needs and maximized space, and got to work right away. They were very fast, kept the workspace clean, and communicated with us throughout the process. As with any such project, we had some changes and additional requests along the way (including opening the stairwell and adding a railing, and tiling part of the floor) and they were very flexible and accommodating. Leo in particular had some great suggestions and creative solutions. The project took a little over two weeks, start to finish, and the only increases in the cost over the original quote (which was very affordable) were for the additional work and materials upgrades we requested. We are extremely pleased with the results and would absolutely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone.

I have an 80+ year old bungalow. The former attic space was finished out by a previous owner, but they did a really sloppy job. Maxc Impressions removed all the shoddy work, and redid all the drywall and carpentry. Their work turned out beautiful. The space looks like the new house. The project went very smoothly. All communications were prompt and clear. And the price was reasonable, based on the three estimates I got in advance. Would definitely hire again.
