Mr. Romero completed project on time, despite his being out of the country for at least 7 of the 14 days he had my project. His on-site employees were very competent, though their lack of English made communicating difficult. The tile man and plumber are to die for, there work is that good. And any communication problem was easily resolved by calling office and speaking with Corrine or calling the foreman, Juan or owner Marvin. Even when not able to speak with someone always right away, you don't worry because they will get back with you before end of workday.

Our entire experience with this company was truly, EXCELLENT!!! We were so blessed to find this company, the RIGHT company to handle such a major job as ours. From the beginning when we met Marvin, the owner, he was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Constant communication was never an issue. They were ALWAYS available. He understood the scope of the project showed a calm confidence. His ideas were great and he just made me feel comfortable right from the start. But most of all, I liked his motto,"we do the job right the first time". We shared our home with this crew for 5 1/2 weeks. We actually hated to see them leave. From start to finish, this crew of 4 men headed up by Juan, was ALWAYS ON TIME, everyday without fail. They worked consistently and diligently for 10 to 11 hours everyday. It was a lot of work to do and they were so fast. This company is not your "typical" contracting crew, these men all share a wonderful, nice spirit about them that you can really feel.

Marvin was the only contractor I had an estimate from. I contacted several companies from this list. Many did not do work in my area. Two that showed up never got back to me with an estimate even when I called a week, or so later. One contractor never showed up. Marvin arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very informative and helped me understand what I actually needed as opposed to what I thought I needed. Since I didn't need as much done as I thought, I was happy with the price, and didn't bother contacting more contractors. His workers were prompt, polite, fast and neat. We had several heavy rains after the work. My basement and porch are dry and rain no longer splashes out the gutters, or pours down the side of the house like a waterfall.

I found them to be punctual and very efficient. The owner came and gave us an estimate on the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the work needed.

The contractor, Marvin Romero, returned my initial call quickly. He said he would come out the next morning to do an estimate and did so, providing me with a proposed contract the following day. He said they could start the work in two weeks. I told him I was concerned about possible further damage from an existing leak during the two-week wait. He sent a roofer out the next morning (a Saturday), who worked for four hours to do temporary patching, which kept our house dry while we were away on vacation. No additional charge for this. When we returned from vacation, I called Mr. Romero, and a team of four roofers showed up the next morning and worked steadily for the following three days in blazing summer heat, completing the entire job. A drywall-er showed up the last day and did the interior work. I'm not a roofing expert, so I can't really evaluate how good the price or the work was, but I did get a strong impression of hard work, job knowledge, and professionalism.

It's really important to compare exact same services provided in each estimate, otherwise it is comparing apples to oranges. Comparing his services to other bidders, he was around $1,500 less than two of them, and the same as a third, but I chose him due to responsiveness over the other low bidder. He did excellent work, had good and clear communication, and did thorough cleanup. When we discovered a difference of opinion over reinstallation of plastic gutter guards, he agreed to replace all of them at no extra labor charge even though they may had blown off before he even started the job. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend.

THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR WORK. THE JOB STAYED WITHIN BUDGET AND THE ROOFING MATERIAL LOOKS NICE.

I COULDN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MARVIN'S TEAM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEAR ACROSS THE BOARD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES & THE GUTTERS LOOK VERY NICE.
