MAID 2 CLEAN

I had been working with them for a long time. Some of my things went missing and broke a couple of things. Finally, I told them that if something went missing or if they break it, then they had to pay for it. I filed a complaint and they were supposed to pay immediately. It took them several months to get things aligned and pay me back. I then got a weird invoice from them that claimed that I owed them about $1500. I told them that I had the records of all my payments. Nobody responded to that and kept sending invoices. I paid them once several months earlier with a debit card. I found that money was missing from it. I contacted the bank and they said that Maid 2 clean had withdrawn the money. The bank investigated it and was able to pull all the money back. They had put it as a collection. So I had to contact an attorney and get him to after them for that. It was a real mess. They were very difficult to deal with. First they were a very small business and were easier to deal with, but once they got bigger, it was very difficult. They were just dishonest.

Caring for handicapped relative with not enough time for cleaning up after him. Maid 2 Clean does a great job, they are sensitive to our relative's disabilities and are trustworthy. Not only do they do the job correctly but they provide peace of mind. I have retained their services for nearly a year now and I deem it a solid investment for all of us.
