Description of Work: Structural foundation repair of 3 basement cement block walls consisting of installation of steel I-beams and Keflar reinforcement straps, and sealing of all cracks with Type S mortar. Also included demo of paneling and drop ceiling. Work was done on time and to the highest standard. Crew was professional and left the work area clean upon completion of job. The owner was a pleasure to work with--a really honest, good guy. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone with foundation problems.

Description of Work: The work performed by M. Taylor Enterprise, repairing a cracked pored concrete wall with Kevlar Carbon straps, was completed on time and at the price quoted. Additional work was performed at no increase in cost. The crew that performed the work was professional and the work area was left clean. We are very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: The contractor came over to review a masonry repair job for a basement seeping water. He was very responsive and helpful during the visit, but he never followed up with a bid despite repeated calls and emails.

Description of Work: I had major water coming in after heavy rains. Matt came over and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came over while it was raining so he could see where the water was coming in. Matt came up with a comprehensive plan which included and interior drainage system on all four walls. He also did exterior grading [ which none of the other contractors offered] . Mr. Taylor told me that the grading with the clay soil sheds water away from house, and will make the sump pump cycle less. His price was considerably less then the other two companies I called , he explained things very well. I like there policy of no money down, payment upon completion. The other companies pushed for me to sign a contract and get a check. I am very happy with the work, done neatly and proffesionly . The only bothersome thing is that they start at 7 am or so, thats a bit early for me since I am a night owl!
