+ -1 moregreat work ethic, performed all agreed upon work, offered great advice to reduce cost on other non-contract items - like planting a tree fence around property (which he ended up doing for us under a separate contract). advised on how to take care of a weedy lawn without having to take it all out and replant it - saved a lot of money by following his advice on lawn care.
Description of Work: Annual contract for maintaining lawn, yard cleaning, gutter cleaning, snow removal, grass cutting, mulching and leaf removal.
