Great. The number of brown marmorated stink bugs decreased dramatically and those few I did see in the weeks since were all dead. No other bugs visible since.
Description of Work: My home was affected by the double blizzard and mitigation companies had been in there making repairs between Feb - May. With so much torn up and put back together, bugs were inevitable -- more than I've had in 15 years living there. Once I moved back in I contacted LEEDS because they had a good reputation with my parents for the past 7+ years. Mr. Robertson asked me what the problem was, listened intently, asked a few questions, and then set out to apply treatments in areas he believed would be most effective. At the time, my elderly cat was still with me and Mr. Robertson was very sensitive to applying the treatment so my cat would be safe. As part of the treatment, Mr. Robertson went into the crawl spaces, technically common areas for my condominium. He found a variety of bugs, told me about them, and treated for them. (I notified my condo management company so they would be aware of it and look for it in other buildings. They offered to reimburse me but I demurred.) He's a really nice and good man, very wise, with a good heart and common sense. And he does a great job.
