Independent Fire Protection Inc

This is a very unreliable company and I will never do business with them. I am looking for somebody to lower a sprinkler head for us to put up a new ceiling. I called and a week later I never heard back from anybody so I called again. Then finally I get somebody to come out, about 2.5 weeks after I initially called. After we got the estimate we asked for a written estimate and never got one so I called to cancel the appointment but asked for the written estimate. It's been over a month and no word from them. I didn't realize how hard it is to find somebody to work on sprinkler systems. I have called numerous people and they only do corporate work.
