First I want to say Mariella is a sweet woman, she was very polite. However, the services rendered were subpar. After cleaning the main bathroom I went to inspect and I noticed that the tables were still sticky, there was hair on the toilet, there was hair in the toilet, there was hair in the bathtub, and the bathtub was not cleaned evenly. So, when she started the second bathroom I told her, they services were no longer needed and I would pay her for what she already completed. She said alright and started remove the products from the bathtub. She had already put a cleaning solution in the bathtub so she proceeded to take her broom to brush the product down the drain. I was horrified. That is when I realized that she use the broom to sweep the mat and to scrub the bathtub which was the reason why the bathtub wasn’t clean properly and there was hair everywhere. I would not recommend her services nor will I be booking again.

Before i Love Cleaning, my shed was a mess. I couldn't bare to go in there; I couldn't find anything in there; and I couldn't fit anything else in there. Mariela, the owner, advised me to shift all of the items that I rarely use and the seasonal items to the rafters above to make room below. She also helped me to get rid of the things I don't need. She dusted, vacuumed, and spiffied up the place. After i Love Cleaning my shed was pristine and now there is ample room for more storage. Now on to the next cleaning project ...

The service was performed as expected. Mariella and her team were very friendly and considerate. She was very flexible when I had to cancel and reschedule last minute due to a family emergency. When she arrived the day of the service she took the time to speak to us about our preferences and the different services they could perform. She asked if there were any focus areas for us prior to cleaning. The refrigerator and oven cleaning was an added bonus, as I've never seen my oven so clean! I expect to hire again in the future for all of my housecleaning needs.

As always, the job was done promptly and professionally, yet with a personalized touch. We have been using the services of I Love Cleaning, Inc for many years and they are, simply stated, a godsend. Their normal program of cleaning is quite comprehensive and effective--they have a long list of things that are done at each visit and then certain things are done either every other visit or every fourth visit (these are things that simply don't require attention each visit). However, should my wife feel that one of the less frequent items needs early attention she simply leaves a note- and it gets done. Occasionally, there is something extraordinary that needs to be cleaned and she will leave a note for that too--and it gets done. Let me explain about the personalized touch that I mentioned: more frequently than I care to admit I am running late in the morning and forget to wash the dishes in the sink, make the bed or something. But, when I Love Cleaning has been there I need not worry! They simply take the initiative to put things "the way they should be" and help me stay out of the 'doghouse'. We generally have them come on a regular cycle at a time when we are not home. We have provided them with a key to our home and an alarm code because we have always found them to be totally trustworthy and honest.

They delivered very quality work. I would highly recommend them.

They went out of their way to schedule a time that worked for me even though I made the reservation at the last minute. They arrived on time and did excellent work.

I recently had I love cleaning come over and clean my entire house as a birthday gift to my wife. we scheduled our cleaning in the morning but because of an emergency I had to postpone it for the afternoon, Mrs. Villanueva had no problem adjusting her schedule to fit my needs and when her staff arrived they got straight to work and the results were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend using I love cleaning. They will not disappoint.

I had been meaning to find help cleaning the house when I saw the I Love Cleaning van parked in my neighborhood. I called the number on the van, and Mariela set up an appointment right away to give me an estimate. She was on time, looked at the rooms that I wanted cleaned, and gave me a reasonable estimate, so I hired her to come the following week and clean my first floor floors and bathroom a week later. She and her associate showed up right on time, brought their own equipment and used my cleaning liquids (at my request) and were able to do everything in one hour. The only thing they could possibly do to take their service up a notch would be to take a picture on their cell phone of how everything was arranged before they cleaned so everything would be put back exactly where it was to begin with. I was pleased with her service and plan to hire them to clean monthly.

On a Saturday morning I finally decided to get some help with cleaning my home after getting overwhelmed with all of the cleaning so I went to search on Angies List in hopes that I would find someone reasonably priced and could get here fast I called a couple of places but Mariela was the first one to call me back she came out the same day and did a free home estimate I was so surprised because she was there within the hour After reviewing my home she quoted me a price and it was a little bit outside my budget but after talking she met me in the middle and I really appreciated that we schedule it for Monday and I was so relieved so Monday came and I looked out my window to see that it was tons of snow outside I knew for sure that she would not come but sure enough she was there on time I was so shocked she began cleaning and it was fast she cleaned all of the bathrooms dust the windows the kitchen living room dining room and three bedrooms and even help me fold a little bit of clothes within 3 hours a job that would have taken me a lifetime If you are looking for quality cleaning service this is the way to go and you better book her fast because I referred her to all my friends and family And now she comes to my house once a month
