The two gentlemen who came to perform the work (I think one was the owner) were AWESOME! They worked very efficiently! They were quick but very careful and very thorough! The backsplash looks GREAT!

were there on time and done on time with good response to emails and will be doing further repairs on my house!

The work was excellent. I truly got a big deal! The only problem I had was scheduling an appointment. That is the downside of the big deals when it comes to small companies. They usually have to schedule their own appointments; they usually don't have a secretary scheduling for them. These guys answer the calls and do the work. I understand it, and would not let it affect the rating. Yes, it was difficult for me to get an appointment with Honeywell; however, once they came out and completed the work, I was a very satsified customer.

I got 2 hours with two people. I wasn’t that impressed because they were on the phone half the time. I had to go out and buy more paint and supplies for them to do the work. They were okay. I had to pay for overtime. He said I could purchase another big deal for them to come back and do more work. I had to negotiate the overtime since they were on the phone, showed up on time but they didn’t get started right away because they wasted time deciding what they were going to do and not do. The work they did do they did a good job on.

Mr. Honeywell and his associate arrrived on time and went right to work. They removed to old, cracked grout and replaced it with new. The shower stall (13 years old) looked like new when they were done, and has held up without developing any cracks so far. They did a thorough clean-up before they left.

Jim was very responsive and great to work with. He came out for an estimate which we found very fair, so we went with his company without getting another bid. Within two days we and one helper installed a drywall along a staircase including a door at the end of the stairs. The work was done very professionally and they left the house clean after both days of work. I will certainly consider using Jim again for future renovation projects!

The work was never completed, only partially done, and he never responded to my emails to reschedule so that he could come back and finish. The work that was completed was shoddy at best with the door hinges being sloppily installed and two of the doors not even closing correctly. The third door was half way installed with no door knob and it also needed significant planing in order to close it. I was completely disappointed and will never use this handyman again. Ever.

It was "ok" but I felt like they were anxious to leave. I had to wait months to get them to come since they said they had an overwhelming response to their ad.

The handyman work was very good. I provided a list of the items I wanted to have done and the list was completed. For the paint job, they brought all the paint and equipment and took about a week to paint a two bedroom condo. The workers were very punctual, polite and finished the work in less than a week. There were a couple of spots where they got paint in places it shouldn't have been, but nothing major. They are definitely not professional painters, but if you aren't looking for a high-quality paint job, their work is satisfactory.

I was preparing my parents condo for resale. I contacted Honeywell Contracting and left a message. Jim Honeywell responded the same day and we set a time for him to look over the work and provide an estimate. We agreed that the living space (living room, dining room, bedroom, and office needed repainting. We also requested that kitchen be an option on the estimate. Jim prepared the estimate including a separate cost for the kitchen. We agreed on a start date and included the kitchen. I provided the paint color specifications and Jim was able to get the right color match. He and his crew finished the condo in 3 days. The quality of the work was excellent and I would certainly recommend Honeywell Contracting, LLC to anyone needing interior painting.

They are great. The work was very good.

The contractor did some odd jobs...fixed a door leading into a crawl space, installed flashing between roof and gutter, and screened eaves.

Honeywell Contracting is a more family business. They are not overwhelmed with 8 different crews and stuff like that; they just come in and do their thing. They are punctual,did a good job of cleaning up, getting back to you on time, and do the work professionally. I have recommended them to a few people.

My intent was to use the special as a way to try them out. I had other projects that needed to get done that were more extensive but wanted to see their work. It was difficult to reach them. After indicating they would follow up after they were finished their backlog, I have not heard from them. While I liked the quality of their work, I would need to be assured they were more responsive to use them again.

Jim Honeywell returned my first call promptly and discussed the work to be done. We also emailed details several times and set up the date for the work to be done. He and his helper arrived as promised and completed as much of the work as they could in the alotted time. Jim gave me an estimate for the remaining work I wanted done, took measurements, and we set up a follow-up date. Overall, he was professional, easy to work with, cleaned up, and responded promptly. I would hire him again as a handyman.

Great, except for a forgotten appointment to do the estimate which left me waiting for them when I should have been at work.

I would give them all A's except for their price. They did a good job for me and I would recommend them to other people and would use them again!

He came out prompt and setup, he explained everything he was going to do in the time frame I paid for, and finished. He clean up after all the work was done and loved the job he did. While he was there asked for an estimate for another job, which he provided which was reasonable. I would use him again for sure.

They worked very quickly and were prompt. They were professional and arrived on time. They were able to do everything I asked them to do. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased the special on this website last year. I called the contractor he did not return my call for a couple of days, when he finally returned my call, he asked me to submit my request via email. I did not have time to jump through all these hoops, so I hired somelse to complete the job. Although my coupon has expired, I now need new work completed. I tried to call the contractor on 7/15/2012 and again I was sent to voicemail. I sent 2 emails on 7/18/2012 and still have not heard back.

They arrived on time and set about fixing everything I requested. They were quicker than I anticipated and were even able to accomplish more work that I didn't think they would be able to get to. I was pleased with their work.
