I contacted the company after my lawn and yard service that I used for more than 10 years went out of business. Grasshopper Landscaping contacted me quickly and we set up a date and time for them to come out to the house to discuss what would have been a long term contract. On the day they were supposed to come I recently bed no call and no one came. I called and set up a second time and again, no show and no call. The last time o called the owner wrote me and said that they would be at the house on Friday Again no show and no call. When I contacted them the owner told me he would have his partner contact me and for the last time, no show and no call. I never did meet the owners of this company but clearly they have no problem making and breaking appointments without any notice or any contact. Customer service is non existent. F rating

They did outstanding work! Once we agreed to the job order, they stopped by my house to do a quick survey, gave me a price estimate, and offered to do the work the next day. I was stunned by the results. Bravo!

Old turf was cut, ground was levelled, leafgrow put down, one pallet of sod laid. The work went extremely well. communication was frequent leading up to the day. All work was done quickly by professional crew. I'm very pleased with the results.

These guys are true pros! Our lawnmower broke this past fall and I had been reaching out to landscaping businesses to come handle mowing our front yard as a result. These guys were super responsive and the most affordable of the companies that we canvassed. Now that we have seen the great work they do in handling our yard, I would certainly highly recommend them if you are looking for a great landscaper!

We had a wonderful experience with Grasshopper Landscaping. They were very responsive and did a good job communicating their availability and pricing for various services. We ultimately hired them for a spring cleanup of our yard, which is roughly 1/3 of an acre. They showed up on time and did excellent work, including collecting and removing leaves and other debris from the yard, laying down mulch in several flower beds, and doing some edging work where the beds were getting overrun. They were extremely professional and friendly while at the house. We will definitely use Grasshopper again!

Crew did a great job. They hadn’t worked for me before, so they were cautious at first about not cutting the bushes back too far. But when I showed them what I wanted, they did it quickly and cleanly.
