 + 2 moreI used the " fake " wood for the basement and with the careless of few renters the place needed more then TLC . A completely makeover was done . My Oliveira with his 22 years of experience and his commitment to get it done right was All I needed to move forward and believed it could it be done ASAP . He ended up coming across many difficulties and that was only discovered after striping the old bathroom , he needed to cut the concrete and installed a new pipe on the opposite side . The walls were not level making harder the installation of the new tiles , cabinets and new bathtub . He left the place clean and was on time , cordial and pleasant to have around. Dealing with contractors it's NOT an easy thing but my decision to hired General Home Care was one of the best choice . I have plenty more projects to getting done and won't even considered to get nobody else to do it but Mr Oliveira . I hope this review will help you to an easy and stress free project
Description of Work: I was renting my TH located in Gaithersburg ,MD the last renters messed up the place so bad that I needed the whole basement to be fix from top to bottom. The bathroom was striped completely and a new layout was done. Mr Oliveira ( contractor ) suggested to take the shower down and replace with a bathtub making more attractive to new renters . The choice of colors and material was pick up with the help of Mr Oliveira where he showed plenty professionalism and patient guiding and suggesting all the changes to improve and increase the value of my Town House . Time it's everything when you are renting out and for sure he didn't disappointed . I'm very busy and Doing this major renovation on a budget and limited time was only possible because I hired the right company ( General Home care ) He provided the paint , tiles, drywalls , bathtub , cabinet , medicine cabinets , mirror , door closets, and all the little nails , etc to get it done .
