Great. On time despite short window

Fantastic. The project was completed ahead of schedule and workmanship and attention to detail was much better than expected. Rather than one step to a stoop out our front door there is now beautiful flagstone even with the entry. Four feet out to a lower 5.5” step down, then a gradual approximate 3% grade flagstone walkway down to the new concrete driveway, which eliminated one of the 6.6” steps.

I hired Fortune Stoneworks to install a brick paver patio in my backyard and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team doing the install did a great job carefully prepping the area (they were even nice enough to carefully remove grass as sod so I could replant it elsewhere in my yard). They were also able to replace my old crumbling stairs leading to the patio with new wider concrete stairs. The installation of the pavers went very smoothly and was done just in time for Memorial Day weekend. I would recommend Fortune Stoneworks for your next patio or concrete project.

Eddie and his team did a fabulous job repairing our patio. Broken and stained stones and grouting were removed and replaced. Power washing followed. The patio looks like new and the price was right!!

I contracted with Mr. Eddie Lovius, Fortune Stoneworks to upgrade my porch, steps and walkway with flagstone pavers. I requested a specific color scheme. Mr. Lovius found the colors I requested and his crew did an excellent installation. The works were very professional, pleasant and punctual. Eddie Lovius & Fortune Stoneworks proved skilled, responsive, and prompt in doing several masonry jobs for us. Over the course of the past year Eddie has built a stone retaining wall for us, two stone stair cases, and a walk. Several of these we thought through while they were in progress. Eddie had no problem accommodating our requests beautifully. And his advice along the way was invaluable. We’d definitely hire him again - and we plan to.

After we purchased our new home, my wife and I wanted to update the backyard with a patio space and a gravel bed for planter boxes. We contacted half a dozen companies, all of whom couldn’t even get someone out to us for an estimate for several weeks. When I called Eddie at Fortune Stoneworks, it was a different story. After giving me an initial quote right over the phone, Eddie offered to come to my house that day to give me a more detailed estimate. He arrived within an hour, we discussed plans and his estimate came in right around what we expected. We contracted with Eddie the next day, and expected work to start in about 3 weeks. However, the Fortune Stoneworks crew had some space in their schedule, and Eddie offered to get started just a few days after we contracted. The entire crew arrived at 8AM sharp, along with an excavator, and the team was able to fully complete the 12x12 flagstone patio and gravel bed surround (plus a small concrete pad for a shed) IN ONE DAY. Let me say that again. ONE DAY. All I can say is that Eddie and Fortune Stoneworks have customer service at the heart of their business. Eddie and all of the crew were incredibly efficient, professional, and courteous. Huge kudos to Eddie and the Fortune Stoneworks team. Give Fortune Stoneworks your business and you won’t be sorry!

Excellent. Eddie was very professional. This was the second time that we had hired him. The first time that we hired him was a few years ago and he constructed a retaining wall at our former home. This time, he rebuilt an Idaho Stone walkway and constructed two retaining walls.
