It went fine. They were punctual and professional. They were a little hard to get a hold of initially. Their bid was lower than anyone Else's. They did a fine job and I have had no leakage after that.

We hired Fletcher based on our realtor's recommendation to do a roof inspection for a home we were purchasing. The roofer was prompt and from what we could tell was honest in his assessment of the roof, an original early 1940s Vermont slate roof. He told us it was in good condition and just needed some minor, routine repairs. We hired them to come back after we purchased the house to replace about 18 slate tiles, re-seal two vents, and re-pitch the roof line in a few places. He again showed up on time, went about his work with no problems and the work was done for the original estimate, which was lower than we had expected (not knowing much about roof repair previously). The roofer suggested we have someone come out after each winter to check for any needed repairs on a regular basis and we certainly will continue to use Fletchers for this work.

I was happy overall. They had a very good price. I have no complaints.

They didn't try to sale me things that I didn't need and they pointed me in the direction of solutions that were less costly than I expected. They were very honest with me.

We have used this firm before. Because of extensive storm damage in our area, it took them a long time to initially respond. But the estimator came on time, and the repair team came on time and did the work correctly. One little item was overlooked and they promptly came and took care of it.

I have used Fletcher Roofing for 15 years. It is a family run business and they clearly care about their services. I have cement shingles on my home and Fletcher can replace them, and repair flashing damage. They also work on Slate roofs. When you call for an appointment, and they give you a date for the estimate. They call the day before to confirm the date and time. The estimator is the man who does the work, goes up on the roof, inspects the situation and knows exactly what is needed to be done. The work is scheduled, and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable

I like that hey can do slate roof. They have fixed our roof for well for over 30 years. They are a very small company, so sometimes it takes a while to get them. I have no problem since I am an old time customer. We are satisfied with them. They have been reasonable with us. They come twice a year to clean our gutters which are difficult and they need to replace some slate every time, which is not their fault.

They were courteous over the phone, the estimator arrived punctually and answered my questions and within a few days a detailed type-written estimate was provided by the office staff. They returned without hassle to re-show us the various color options available after we reconsidered our first choice and re-sent an updated proposal reflecting the revised color choice. We were given a 5-day lead time as to when the work would be started and the work crew arrived punctually as promised. The two men (one of which was the estimator) were efficient, tidy and even asked a neighbor for permission to enter a portion of the adjoining yard if it became necessary. The work was completed in the 1.5 day window that Fletcher's estimated to complete the job. All material and debris were hauled away by Fletcher's also as promised. No deposit or payment was required before or after the work, and an invoice is forthcoming in the mail. Our decision to choose Fletcher's over the other two estimates was a factor of price and the recommendation of friends. I am glad that we chose them and would pass their name on to anyone who asks me for a roofing, gutter repair or replacement contractor. Their pricing was very reasonable and their work seems thorough and done with pride. .

Call to obtain an estimate on roof repair - install flashing that was omitted by former contractor. Was told they don't do this sort of job.

Since a new roof was installed by another company the roof leaked twice around the skylight. Although, Fletcher's quote was fair, they did not offer a warranty for doing the work. I wanted a guarantee that no more repairs would be necessary, particularly around the skylight. However, Fletcher was the only company that had provided me an estimate and was willing to do the work. Since the roof needed repairing, I hired them. Although they did not provide a warranty, they performed the work while I was out of town.

They came to my home and gave an estimate first. The price was very fair. They came on time to do the job and the quality of the work was first rate.

They do a great job and they do it promptly. They are honest. If I ask them a question I always get a honest

No story to tell. Asked for an estimate and they never provided one.

Went great. Fletcher did the inspection for no charge (we paired up with two other neighbors on our block, and Fletcher did us all at once). We had feared that many slates were in poor condition, but Fletcher informed us that all the slate was fine. The tin roof was in great need of maintenance, though. We called them back to do the work. It didn't take too long to schedule, and the work was done promptly and (to our eyes) well.

Just an FYI. I called this company and they do not do roof replacement only roof repairs.

I was very pleased with the knowledgeable explanations by the service technician and his candid judgement. It took over eight weeks for them to get to our job because they were so busy, but they were the first of four companies to respond indicating that all of the good firms were busy.

THEY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAVE A REALLY GREAT CREW AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
