Very well. This is the fourth time we have used this company and they always do a wonderful job of getting rid of pet odor and stains.

Junior did an excellent job. He removed stains that had previously been unable to be removed. I saw what he did at a client's home in Bethesda, it was a miracle. When it was time to get my carpets cleaned, I called and requested Junior. He came trough for me too. He was on time, courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend Excellent Carpet Cleaning.

For service, I'd give them an A. The pricing was extremely high and we finally negotiated to something reasonable. They were on time. They were professional. They were very neat. They wore little bootee shoes. They did an excellent cleaning job.

The tecnician was on time, neat and polite. The carpets came out well except for the path between the garage door and lower stair flight and the lower stair flight. These remain soiled. Although we complied with the instructions, he did not clean beneath the 2 recliners and only blocked under 2 pieces of furniture.

The initial cleaning of our carpets was good, but not great. Some of the carpets are over 10 years old, so I wasn't expecting perfection. However, within a day, stains that were not visible before the carpet cleaning appeared and looked worse in some areas than before the cleaning. I planned to contact Excellent Carpet Cleaning the next day to discuss the problem, but they called me to check in about my level of satisfaction before I could call them. I told the representative that I thought the job was good, but not impressive. She said that they wanted the customer to be impressed with their work and asked what could be done to fix the situation. I informed her of the stains that had appeared that were not there before the cleaning, and she gave a reasonable explanation for that occurring and offered to send someone out to work on the stains at our earliest convenience. Within a day a technician was sent to my home and he worked on the stains for over 2 hours. The results were impressive!! Our carpets look really great and I would definitely call Excellent Carpet Cleaning to care for our carpets in the future.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning truly was excellent. There was some confusion because the service had been set up over the phone for my Aunt, who is elderly. This led to a lengthy delay but both the rug cleaner and the office were extremely patient about working out the square footage and the price. They recommended one rug be taken back to their shop for a deeper cleaning, which we did. They did a great job.

Normally we have this company come by every 6 months to clean the high traffic areas but it had been a while since we had several of the infrequently used rooms cleaned so we had them clean almost the entire house; living room, dining room, pool room, stairs to 2d floor, the master bedroom and a large area rug. The cleaner arrived on time, treated the stained and heavily used areas, and then steam cleaned everything. As always we are happy with the results. They're a reliable company with fair pricing.

They came on time and did a beautiful job. They went over the spots on the carpet that really needed to have concentration on first. Then they went back and shampooed the carpet. It was well done. One person came out. He was excellent. He came on time. He came and observed the areas I wanted him to clean and then came in and cleaned those areas. When he came in, he always put little slippers on his feet.

They did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing our carpet. I have done it many times myself using home remedies. However, this time, my elderly dog urinated on the carpet and then my son then tried to clean it by pouring a gallon of my concentrated rug shampoo over the extended area. Now I had 2 problems and although I tried to dilute the shampoo using buckets of water, I could not get the smell out and it looked horrible. So, I contacted Excellent Care Carpet Cleaning in Vienna, VA, and they were so very knowledgeable about what to do. We set up a time, their team came on time and were very good. They spent time getting it done right. It looks terrific and I could have never done what they did. Their steam cleaning and sanitizing was absolutely essential and it could not have had a better outcome. Thank you Excellent Care!

It was fine. The workers were prompt. They were good but I would probably shop around a little bit more on the price but we did have very huge rugs.

I knew how expensive good carpet cleaning could be and as much as I needed the service, I was reluctant to shell out the kind of money that premium services charged. I spoke to a few people who have lived in the DC area and they told me that if I wanted it done right, Bergmanns was the way to go. Unfortunately after reading some of their more recent reviews online, it was clear that times had changed, and they were not what they used to be. To be clear, I have had no personal experience with Bergmanns. I was simply scared off after reading a few horror stories. After searching for a while, I came across Excellent Carpet cleaning. I spoke with them on the phone and after describing my needs in detail, they proposed a wonderfully reasonable price. It was basically half of the 800 dollars I had been quoted by other establishments. Although their facility isn't close to my home, they aren't too far from my parents. They were willing to come to me, but I didn't want to spend the extra money to have them do that. I was going to be out of town for a week, so I decided to have it during that time, and they were excellent in accommodating my schedule. I dropped the rugs off, left town, and sure enough, they were ready when I got back. I was very pleased with the results. There were some stains in the older rugs that they were unable to get out, but I was prepared for that. Other than that, the rugs were, and still are, in beautiful condition. I was wary that my price hunting would result in lesser service, but that was not the case. The people were friendly, accommodating, and professional. The price was impressively reasonable. I could not recommend them more highly.

This is the fourth time we've them. They have cleaned grout and carpet for us over the past 8 years in three different homes/rental properties. This time was consistent with the previous experiences we've had, they are on time and the carpet/grout always comes out cleaner than we expected.

They did fine. It was reasonable compared to other estimates that we did.

He arrived on time did the work with no fuss no muss and the fee was very reasonable. I had checked other providers and chose Excellent.
