Description of Work: This company provides my weekly lawn service and does a beautiful job edging and mowing. The cut is always even and my sidewalk is always blown of all debris. I asked for an additional service a few weeks ago to have my curved beds edged. They came today and did an amazing job. Alex created smooth clean curves on all the beds and the other two workers Wes and Kevin assisted in making sure that the edge was clean and the new dirt pushed into the bed. It looks fantastic! They also hand pruned a large overgrown rhododendron to match the height of others growing nearby. Great work! Reasonable price and the owner David Lee is always responsive to my calls. Great company to work with!

+ -1 moreLast year the back yard was done. I could not grow grass because of excessive shade so they mulched the back yard and planted lots of perennials. It looks great. They also put in a walkway through the garden made of stone. This year they did the front yard. There is one old tree left but all other trees and bushes were removed. New exotic trees and bushes were planted and it looks great.
Description of Work: Replaced all trees and plants in the yard.

+ -1 moreOur project is still going, but the largest part (and the heaviest) is complete. This project has required alot of hard work, many different and often unique tools, and many back breaking hours. David provided it all with a smile and a great attitude about my vision! We are now in the most fun part with plantings and maintaining the plantings and David is helping us with all of it.this summer we focus on the details: the ground cover plantings, fill in plantings and stepping stones. David continues to be a great help and is very reasonabale in his cost projections and actual costs.
Description of Work: 4 years ago we found David in the Yellow Pages and worked with him to re-vamp our front yard....he did a wonderful job and followed our vision so well that we called him for our biggest project: David Lee started this huge backyard rennovation project with me 4 years ago. Our entire back yard was a tennis court, and David helped me to envision what I wanted in the new design - all garden and planting spaces but with our "friends" the deer families in mind! Over 3 years ( done in segments to spread the cost out over 3 years) David took up the tennis court, re-used the blocks of court as the base for the planting walls, and helped to design and implement the entire planting project to include building stone walls and stepping stones and the "bones" of a fire pit! David is very creative, works with you to come to a reasonable and cost-effective decision and I can always count on him to stay in touch and keep me in mind when he finds a great deal or a new plant that would be perfect. David also does lawn mowing and yard maintenance, and tree work, and we have turned to hiim for work on our trees as well as landscape design.We had a walkway paving job in the front that needed to be done, and David referred us to a friend who did a great job - and quickly! He is a wonderful and hard working young man.

+ -1 moreDavid Lee, owner, had been providing landscaping services for us for 1 1/2 yrs. At my request, he replaced the shrubs in the front yard in spring '08. He was paid in full. The shrubs died within a month of planting. I asked for them to be replaced, and he did (after many months, empty promises, and follow-up requests/phone calls). He finally replaced all but one of the shrubs - said he ran out. He promised to replace the final shrub within a week. It's now been over a month, with many follow-up requests, and empty promises from him. No shrub. David Lee is not a person of his word. He is quick to ask and stand at the door for an immediate payment, but very slow to respond once paid. My front yard look shabby, with a big hole where a shrub should be (and was paid for 8 months ago). Do not hire this guy!
Description of Work: The front yard shrubs were replaced in the spring with new shrubs and ground cover.
