THE MEMBER WHO LISTED THIS PARTICULAR COMMENT HAS NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENTED HER EXPERIENCE WITH DEDHICO. WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER 20 YEARS. SHE DEALT WITH THE DAUGHTER OF THE COMPANY OWNER, NOT SOME NEUTRAL “REP”. DEDHICO HAS A HISTORY OF INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND OUR COMPANY WORKS HARD TO TAKE CARE OF OUR PROSPECTIVE AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS, BUT ONCE WE SIGN A CONTRACT WITH A CUSTOMER, THEY BECOME OUR TOP PRIORITY. WE CURRENTLY HAVE SEVERAL ADDITIONS IN PROGRESS AND, ON THE MORNING OF HER APPOINTMENT, THE OWNER OF OUR COMPANY (WHO MEETS WITH ALL NEW AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS PERSONALLY) WAS TIED UP WITH ONE OF OUR CONTRACTED CUSTOMERS. WE TRIED HER TELEPHONE NUMBER EVERY 15 MIN. STARTING AT 9AM. EACH TIME HER TELEPHONE WAS BUSY. WHETHER SHE WAS ON THE TELEPHONE OR NOT, I CANNOT SAY, BUT WE HAVE THE TELEPHONE RECORDS SHOWING WHEN WE CALLED. WHEN WE SPOKE TO THE MEMBER AT 10:15 (15 MINUTES AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, NOT 30) SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED THAT WE "HADN'T BOTHERED TO CALL" AND ACCUSED US OF BEING LIARS AND FRAUDS WHEN WE EXPLAINED THAT WE HAD TRIED CALLED. WHEN WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THE COMPANY OWNER WAS TOO FAR AWAY TO BE ABLE TO GET THERE IN A TIMELY FASHION THAT MORNING, SHE REFUSED TO LISTEN. AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO RESCHEDULE HER APPOINTMENT, BUT SHE JUST HUNG UP ON US AND REFUSED TO LISTEN.
