Highly recommend. Mr. Davis called first, made sure he understood exactly what issues were. He made suggestions for me that I could do myself, which I did. He could have made a house call and charged me for his time but he did not (and I wouldn't have minded). So very kind, patient, and ethical. If I have further issues, I will call him again.

Mr Davis came to the home, worked efficiently. This corrects an earlier review - initially, after getting an Angie's deal, we were unable to reach the company, did not get callbacks, and got frustrated. But they really wanted to make good, decided to come here instead of working remotely, and we ended up very happy with the service.

All was taken care of

Very well. the Technician arrived within the stated window of time. He listened to the problem, and was able to fix it in less timed than he had estimated on the phone - and that was after I also asked him to check out a laptop that had not been working right on top of everything else. He then followed up with an email a few days later to make sure everything was all right.

Things went extremely well, far beyond my expectations. However, I am not surprised because Davis Computer Technologies (DCT) has always given me exemplary, dedicated, and professional service. Karlos, himself, dedicated the time and tenacity to restore my computer to its full operational capacity; thereby, saving me the cost of having to purchase a new system. My system is running like brand-new. Karlos restored all files, programs, virus and security protection, and applications including all of my email accounts. It's operating even more quickly now than it did before the crash. Karlos was responsive, on time, and helped me to understand in layman terms what the technology issues were. Because of his esteemed technical knowledge and quick analyses, I was able to get back to work on time without losing any project work in the que. I have been a small business owner for over 25 years, and Davis Computer Technologies by far is the best IT service provider I have ever dealt with. Karlos has cared for all our computer technical needs in our home since he started his own business. He has been there to help us with all our technology systems, including smart phone setup! Never responded to service request

For the first time I had to call a technician to repair a personal computer. Needless to say I had no idea who to call and if house calls were possible. As always, I searched Angie’s list for recommendations. Angie has never failed me and once again I got the best advice. Davis Compiter Technologies is the best. He was prompt in replying to my request.I first worked with owner, Karlos Davis via phone to see if the problem could be resolved remotely. When that didn’t work, we scheduled an appointment for him to come to my home. Mr. Davis was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. After putting me at ease, he told me he would need to transport the computer to his shop for reloading of the software that would take hours to do. Every step of the way Mr. Davis communicated with me via text about the progress of repair. Within a 24 hour period he had repaired and returned my computer to me. The computer is working beautifully now. A bit better than before. Davis Computer Technologies will definitely be a company I will call for future service or guidance on the purchase of my next computer.

I was referred to DCT by a former client because I was having trouble with my current security cameras. I contacted Mr. Davis and he was able to come out within 24hrs, diagnose the problem and provide me with a quote within my budget.
