I highly recommend Complete Pest Solutions. Oscar made us feel at ease from the very first visit. He asked us to describe what we had seen and heard in the house. Oscar had us follow him while shining his flashlight along the baseboard of each room, pointing out possible mice entry ways. He patiently moved items in order to do thorough inspections. Also under sinks, attic space, outside crawl space and yard. Oscar expertly advised on how to close the entry ways and treatments for inside and outside. After a few visits we are very pleased to be rodent free and educated. A few years ago we used a nationally known company. They never provided the top quality service that Oscar provided. Trust me, you will not go wrong using Complete Pest Solutions.

It went well.....I have not seen any mice

This is a great pest extermination company to work with. We noticed mice droppings around our main floor and called them in to take a look. They were thorough professionals, gave us a quote and gave details of how serious the problem was and how would they solve it. They put 12 bait stations around our home and the problem was solved soon after. Mice being intelligent creatures don't eat regular poison (I tried traps and stuff from Home Depot, nothing worked), but the tried and tested methods used by these guys really work. It is a bit pricey, but if you add up the cost of frustration and blood boil from nothing working, it evens out. Mice are a health hazard and professional help is required to keep them out of homes. Their service included follow up visits for 6 months, that equals peace of mind. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I am really satisfied with their overall service quality.

I got unexpectedly roped into a 6-month agreement--no one-time treatment option. The office contacted me via personal text. Very odd. I did get an official invoice and the gentleman who did the work seemed knowledgeable. So far no more mouse problem, but I'm not sure if i'll be stuck having to pay for monthly visits/treatments.

We had ants in our kitchen. We knew roughly where they were coming from, and had done quite a bit to attempt to get rid of them over the course of a few months. After our efforts were not working, we called Complete Pest Solutions. I received a prompt reply from the company, and Sajid was at our house evaluating the situation a few days later. He found an ant's nest in our wall inside of our electrical socket. After killing the ants, he proposed the best method of making sure they were gone from our wall completely, and a follow-up procedure every 3 months to treat the outside of the house and ensure that they did not come back. We have not seen an ant inside of our house since. The service was performed professionally, and we had a great experience with Complete Pest Solutions. Each time Sajid returns to the house to treat the outside, he sends me a text letting me know that he is at our property, and is doing the work. I highly recommend this company!!

I would highly recommend them because they were able to completely get rid of the mice. I tried a lot of other products and nothing worked as well as the baits that they used. They did a very thorough check of the house inside and outside.

i am TERRIFIED of mice. i called Complete Pest Solutions in a panic, The customer rep was very understanding and within a couple of hours M. S. a pest specialist was at my door. The specialist conducted a thorough inspection of every room and each floor as well as the exterior of the house. he proposed a treatment plan that was reasonable in terms of cost and it addressed my fears. MS reassured me that CPS was committed to doing a good job. I hate dealing with contractors it's often a disheartening experience bad customer service or exorbitant costs i don't believe i will have a similar experience with thi s company. i will post a follow up r view

We're using this company's service for our home pest control for last seven years. Every three months they do thorough outside and inside spray treatment of our home and also put glue traps for mice, insects etc. at various places throughout the house. They also did termite treatment once and provided with 10 years guarantee. We found their price for various services is very reasonable for top quality work they do in comparison to some of other local pest control companies. In addition, they're very punctual, responsive and courteous. We get prompt response from them to text or calls.

He sprays the house, sets traps for mice in the garage and keeps an eye out for every kind of pest. He was even ready to help with a raccoon in our attic (it left on its own).

Well, they just came back for maintenance. A different person came out, but he was well informed about our particular problems. We no longer see any ants and we are happy that we were able to find a solution that actually worked for our problem.

This is a great company. They came to our house last year when we had ants in the kitchen, and now they come quarterly to control for pests in the house and mice in the garage. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

We discovered the mouse problem late Friday night and called on Saturday morning. I spoke with Tricia and asked if service could be proved that day since we were leaving town on Sunday. She was very friendly and said she would check and call me back in a few minutes, which she did. The technician, Muhammad, arrived within an hour of my 1st call - on a Saturday! He inspected the house and showed us evidence of the mouse problem in various locations. He then did a careful inspection around the outside of the house. He proposed a service plan and offered several options for ongoing baiting and inspections. We negotiated the best plan for us and there was a $5.00 per visit reduction for Angie's list members. He explained what he was going to do clearly and took note of specific requests we made for not treating, spraying outside areas on our deck - to protect our cats from possible exposure to the spray. All baiting was done in sealed, key locked traps that were place in areas our cats don't have access to. He was here about 1.5 hours and was careful and thorough. He put on clean disposable booties every time he came into the house. Muhammad was friendly and a pleasure to work with. We signed up for a revisit every other month to load bait traps, spray and check for signs of infestation.

We discovered a yellowjacket nest in our yard a day before we were to go out of town. We have small children and we ourselves were stung while mowing, so we were eager to have the yellowjackets removed ASAP. We called Mr. Khattak on a Saturday at 8 a.m. Not only did he come out just a few hours later that same day, but he removed the yellowjacket nest, found and removed a wasp nest right next to our front door that we hadn't noticed, and got rid of pesky carpenter bees that were boring into our deck. He was also very personable and knowledgable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We were so relieved to have the job done quickly and well. The same-day service is wonderful.

I called to get a pre-purchase termite inspection on the home I am trying to buy and they were able to schedule it for the very next day. Muhammad showed up right on time (and called a few minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way). He was very friendly and extremely thorough. He checked the entire house, interior and exterior, from basement to attic, and fortunately found no signs of termites. He did have a few notes about other possible pests, like signs of mice in the attic insulation, and was very helpful in making suggestions for future services, and just general things I could do on my own to prevent future infestations. The price was very reasonable, a bargain in fact, and he submitted the report directly to the title company handling the home purchase (as well as a copy to myself and my realtor). I am very satisfied with his service, and if I ever need pest extermination I would definitely call him.
