Don’t waste your time on getting services from this company. I went in with my mower and power washer after being told over the phone to come on in. After getting there, there was an abrupt change of attitude by the manager who said he wouldn’t do business with us (my neighbor also brought his lawn equipment). No explanation - in fact refused to talk to us and ripped up the completed service ticket in front of us which was an odd display of aggressiveness. When we said we at least deserve an explanation, he said they didn’t service small engines which is clearly not the case. He did not provide eye contact and behaved as if we weren’t there. Even his own employees at the counter looked uncomfortable and kept looking at the manager and then us. It was so strange since there was no altercation or anything. After we left, we found a better service provider and realized that we had dodged a bullet here. Stay away.

Did not tell you everything over the phone (misleading). The guy was not very helpful. When I asked to see a manager the guy said he was not in. I went back in the store to get a business card and said could I have the name of the manager. He said I am one of the managers. So the guy lied about that. Who is to say he would not lie about the service I need on the lawn mower. I told them over the phone I was a teacher and needed to get to work in the morning so I did not have time to talk to the "manager". NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!!!
