+ -1 moreCharles was responsive to email and produced a fair (well below a competitor) quote quickly. He was able to complete the work in 2 mornings and was responsive to questions and requests. I would hire him again for similar work.
Description of Work: Charles replaced an 8x8 vertical wooden support beam on the corner of my sunroom.

+ -1 moreEvery aspect was just great. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism.
Description of Work: We discovered that we had bought a bookcase that would not fit through a narrow hallway leading to a bedroom we were converting into a home office. My husband found Charles Pepper in the yellow pages. We were delighted with the efficient way he cut the bookcase in half and then restructured it for re-assembly upstairs. He and a person he brought along to help did an excellent carpentry job and then moved the unit to the 2nd floor for re-assembly.
