+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They replaced a square of carpeting and matched it so you cannot tell it was ever damaged. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They repaired our carpet from bleach that had ruined a spot.

+ -1 moreI liked Dijan; extremely helpful in terms of suggestions. He wasn't pushy at all. I had interviewed 2 or 3 others who were very pushy. The best part of this experience was dealing with him on this work. He's kind of an artist type who has great suggestions on things and is very pleasant and a gentleman. There was one minor thing with the install, but it was corrected. And they assured me they would stand behind it in the future. There was some time between projects and he didn't call to harass me to start the 2nd project. He wasn't pushy at all.
Description of Work: He put in a floor in January, he put in vinyl tile in the basement. He did carpet on basement stairs wall to wall, and carpet upstairs.
