Carpet Bays and Floors

I really liked the experience. The owner was easy to work with, flexible, and very knowledgable. I never felt pressured to buy more than I had intended. He told me what I could do to prep the floors to save money on the installatation. He was able to order the carpeting quickly, even though it was the holiday season (week between Xmas and New Years), and was very flexible on installation dates. The men who installed the carpeting were friendly and professional. They even offered to help me move the funiture back -- not just what they'd moved but all of it. The carpet looks great. It also never had that "new carpet" smell that I hate. The dogs immediately ran over it with muddy paws, and the dirt vacuumed right up. I was pleased with the experience and the final product and the price seemed fair.

After getting an estimate from Empire Today we checked out Carpet Bays to compare and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of types and colors of carpet and price. Well, Empire would do it next day, with Carpet Bays we had to wait for about a week as the carpet needed to be transported from Georgia. Mr. Sasan was very friendly and made sure we were happy with the carpet and installation. He recommended the best carpet in the market with lots of warranties. And this great carpet was much less expensive than Empire's offer which was inferior in texture and color choices. Mr. Sasan personally visited our house to get measurements and gave us a more precise estimate. He kept us updated on the status of carpet shipment and the installers arrived on the promised date and time to get the job done. There were two installers, who worked for about 5,5 hours. They were courteous and neat. The cleaned up everything afterwards, vacuumed the newly installed carpets clean from debris. We are very happy with the carpet and installation. Mr. Sasan called after the installation to make sure everything was done right and we were happy. Overall, we are very happy with this company's services and would recommend them to anyone. If you can wait for several days for the carpet to arrive you get superb service.

I had to wait for a couple of months for the carpet, as the manufacturer doesn't run all colors all the time, but my experience with Carpet Bays was very positive. As soon as the carpet was available, Mr. Sasan called to set an installation date (a couple of days later). His men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the room, removed the old carpet, and installed the new. I am very pleased with the product and thought the work was efficiently and effectively done.
